An excellent accomodation, well located, friendly and helpful staff.

Staff accommodated my request for handicap accessible room as I have a broken foot. I did call ahead to request this room.

Sink in bathroom was a slow drain. I reported it at check out.

Great location if you are ok with dated units and don’t ever need anything from the front desk staff.

Convenient location close to town/ grocery store. Laundry room on site was a nice benefit as we were there for a baseball tournament. Spacious units.

Very outdated. Bathroom walls were literally falling apart and paint peeling off the walls. Walls are thin and you can hear full conversations that neighbors are having. Parking lot was ALWAYS full and not suitable for large SUVs. No housekeeping and you have to got to the front desk for towels etc (they won’t bring to you) and they leave a list of things for you to do before you leave… along with a tip envelope which I’m not sure what anyone would be tipping for! Front desk staff was totally unhelpful and had no personality and seemed annoyed when approaching the desk (deep in personal convos). We needed to extend our stay and they refused to help onsite. Directed me to booking.com, and when booking.com tried to call them they didn’t answer and never responded to the email request. We ended up moving to another hotel which was very inconvenient but ultimately a way better choice since this hotel has been incredibly accommodating!

Disappointing and physically harmful

The location The kitchen and bathroom although dated. The staff were lovely

I used the pool daily. 5 days. Fifth day my entire body was covered in an itchy horrible rash lasted 2 weeks. Either too many chemicals in pool or wrong chemicals. The entire building smelled musty including my suite. I will never return not to mention my dermatologist bill.

Not our worst experience but not the best.

The location is close to area amenities and fairly easy to get to. the room we stayed in was comfortable. a little bit of paint peeling in the bathroom but nothing major. A complete kitchen with dishes and all was a huge plus.

The staff wasn’t very helpful or friendly. one of the elevators was out of service and they didn’t tell us nor did they tell us where the other elevator would be found, we had to ask. The jets on the hot tub don’t work a majority of the games in the activity room are out of order and the pool is in disrepair. the floor material is crumbling. Friendly staff makes a HUGE difference. I didn’t feel welcome at all upon arrival. I was given a sheet of paper and told to fill it out front and back then given my room number and keys. Upon checkout I was only asked for my keys and was told I was all set, clearly no one at this resort cares how out stay went.

Disappointing

Don't book through any 3rd party sites. Tried communicating with lodge and they ignored every message. Called them directly(fyi the number on booking.com sends you to a hotel in florida) and they said they couldn't change anything and would let their manager know to look for my messages.. Never did! Never got back to a single message. Worst hotel experience and they shouldn't advertise there hotel on 3rd party sites unless they can communicate. The two different people I spoke did not have great customer service at all.

Good

The room was clean and very convenient, with full kitchen (oven, stove top, toaster, refrigerator, blender, dishwasher, all need utensils, dishes, physical and pans). It was also fairly quiet with the occasional kid running up and down the hall. The room was spacious and fit 3 adults comfortably.

All elevators were broken, not a huge deal, just made it tough to get luggage up to the room.

We made the best of it!!

Love location. Tuck away enough. Directly across the street from a great shopping store & market. Minutes away from Bousquet ski mountain about 20 minutes from Jiminy peak ski resort. Great size pool for kids and in ground hot tub located directly outside. DURING SKI SEASON THE COMPLIMENTARY HOT CHOCOLATE!!

Comfortable and clean big suite

The suite (kitchen, living area, bedroom, bath were large and roomy compared to most places. The carpet and vinyl plank flooring seemed new and everything was clean.

signage for elevators could have been better. We got lost on the first floor and didn’t realize that there was not an exit to parking lot from that floor. 2nd floor exits to parking lot. Some signage would be helpful. This happened to others on the property as well.

Exceptional

Perfect central location! Clean and very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Slept well, very comfortable bed. Spacious and warm.

Hot tub not open! Very disappointed. Also one of the elevators broken. Didn't seem like they were planning on fixing either one anytime soon.

Mold on the wall coming out of the vent, it was the size of a hand. Not good at all. Hair in the sheets, when we inspected the beds

Lovely location and beautiful room!

The pool was very nice. We liked the kitchen.

The hot tub was out of order. Also the tv was difficult to navigate by remote control.

Room, room size, kitchen...spacious

2 Elevators and only one worked. You have many older/handicapped clientele. For that size building, both need to be in service all of the time. They break frequently and, of course, need to be in service during your high season. An omelet pan...small frying pan in the kitchen would be great!
