Staff was great. Elevator was extremely important. Room was spacious and kitchen gear helpful. Laundry and gym were very useful and machines worked.
Furniture and bedding were lacking. Leatherette headboard was shedding chips of plastic into the bed, which I was afraid I might inhale. I may have gotten one in my eye. Microfibre sheets were thin and continually worked their way off the bed. Blankets appeared to be worn-out mattress covers—not wide enough to cover bed nor come up to one’s shoulders. There might have been something more edible on the breakfast bar, but the turkey sausage breakfast sandwich was awful. Apples at the desk must have been around awhile. Granny Smiths should be crisp and juicy. These were mushy and bruised.

Comfortable bed, nice linens, quiet location. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also right next to EV chargers, so we left with our Tesla fully charged which was great.
The breakfast wasn’t that great, the bathroom door wouldn’t fully close, shower head was weird.

Breakfast was awesome so many choices , best we have had in a long time.

Real close to family. Easy on and off highways.
The front desk help was very helpful and friendly.
When approaching housekeeping none of them seem to know English. I just wanted some trash bags and more towels .. I just had to get them myself.
The parking lot was messed up for 2 days.
The swimming pool and hot tub will close for 24 hours on Friday
The breakfast is okay but the eggs are crusty on the outside from being heated up. Not the best . Picture below.

Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly but not helpful.
The pullout bed in our room was so uncomfortable we could barely sleep on it at all. We were unable to call the front desk from the phone in our room because the button did not connect. I talked to the girl at the front desk about that, she made a not about it but nothing was done to replace the phone or make it possible for us to contact the front desk from our room. The shower head in our shower was terrible and we were unable to adjust it. It was just not a comfortable stay at all. I told the person at the front desk how bad the pull out bed was when we checked out. He wrote it down but did not offer an apology. I would not go back to this Hotel again.

We booked a suite, had an email confirmation from both booking.com and the hotel itself, then when we checked in at midnight ( we were driving from California) was told that they don’t have the room any longer, our reserved suite was given to someone else and we still get charged for the night.

Nothing, everything was great there!!

The staff was friendly, the room was nice for the price and the location worked well.
There wasn't really anything I didn't like. Great hotel for business travel.

super clean! good gym equipment & good breakfast sandwiches

very clean and accommodating. the suite had everything I would need in the kitchen area plates, silverware, etc. anything I needed was already there.
the parking lot being so icy/snow. being from California I know it’s not always convenient.

The breakfast included some pre-pandemic favorites, including omelets and the waffle maker. It also included some of the packaged choices (bagels or English muffins with sausage, cheese, and eggs) that they introduced during the pandemic.
There were some damaged items in the room, including a lampshade and the headboard, that appeared to have been clawed at by a dog. The good news is the facility is due for remodeling this year.

breakfast was good lots to choose from
not enough pillows and the rooms were dirty

Cold air leaked in the room from AC unit.
Breakfast eggs and sausage sandwich were bland.
Bed seemed to sag. Middle was firm but sides not so much.

The bed was comfortable
The breakfast was the worst hotel breakfast I have had

I didn’t feel excited about the breakfast options. I would have liked fruit. I liked the breakfast sandwich but there weren’t enough of that kind, they had too many bagel sandwiches. And the yogurt was a a sugar filled Trix variety- I would like Greek yogurt with granola .
The grills outside wouldn’t heat up very well or quickly. We had to send someone to ask for towels at the pool. And we were there for quite awhile and it didn’t seem like anyone restocked the towels routinely. Also seemed like they have an advertisements offer from cornbellys that mentions 4 tickets but they had more restrictions that made me question the point of having the advertisement if it was just disappointing to the actual customer staying there that they wouldn’t give tickets to, especially as a nurse that lives locally staying there for my kids birthdays.
4.5
convenient to my family. love the pool and hot tub, was able to get a good nightly rate, like the kitchenette
breakfast, rooms are a bit dated but comfortable, didn’t realize I had to ask for garbage collection and new towels but that’s cool once I figured it out.

good location
somehow in the morning our vehicle was covered with spots that looked like dried raindrops. yet when we went to remove them it took a lot of el is grease. not sure what caused it as we did not park under a tree. the city sprays insecticide at night so I wonder if that may have been it.

Location was great and easy to find. The rooms were nicely decorated and spacious. The refrigerator was a nice size.
The breakfast was a nice variety however was lacking in flavor. Breakfast sandwiches were prepackaged and simply heated, the cheese inside was gloppy and flavorless. The oatmeal wasn't cooked all the way, and was still watery. Maybe less variety, better quality.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was great.
No shuttle available.

breakfast was fine, nice perk

I really liked the oatmeal at breakfast. It was really good. I also really enjoyed the waffles, even though I was full from the oatmeal I still ate them because they were really good.
Nothing enough to complain about it. The staff were good and that breakfast was really good, but I feel like I already established that.
