The stay was comfortable enough but had we known about the pool was unserviceable we would have cancelled and gone elsew

It was close to the major roads in and out of the area. It is a well designed hotel. The check in staff were friendly.

The property was fine apart from the fact that when I booked I specifically chose a hotel with a pool. The pool has not been in operation for months. No advice was sent to us that the pool was not in operation. When I asked the staff about it on 2 occasions I was fobbed off with it is what it is. No consideration was given by the staff to make any adjustment to us for the fact that the pool was not in operation. Have they even bothered to let Bookings.com know that the pool is not in operation?????

I will never use Booking.com again. Sent me to a different hotel and charged me $15 above advertised

Waste of money

Location was great...

I wish I knew the pool was closed until summer! We went to Williston for a hockey tournament with my three children. I had to spend more time and money looking for the Parks & Rec Water Park. I will never stay there again or recommend.

continental breakfast. There were items one day and then not stocked the next. maybe just needed to keep a better eye on stuff when it got low

Great rate.... For a room and a bed

Very nice, spacious room. Very good rate through booking.com, after arrival, figured out the reason why more than likely was so cheap

Pool was "indefinitely" closed. Elevator was out of order so we had to go to either end of the property and use the stairs. I was charged $5 extra for my "complimentary" breakfast?? Had a nice stay but these are important aspects to some peoples travels.

Staff don't care -dirty rooms, poor excuse for a breakfast

Price was reasonable

Our rooms were dirty and had previous guest's items left in them. Pool was so cold that we couldn't get in it. Continental breakfast was so gross - salty cold eggs, empty coffee, watered down juice, gluten free bagels, empty waffle machine -no staff around to ask for more - when staff finally showed up, they were extremely slow, rude,, and didn't seem to care at all that everything was empty. Our group of 7 had to order breakfast elsewhere when we left. I'm not a hard to please person, but this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Would not recommend this hotel. Brutal.

Disappointed in the pool. The heater went out and they haven't fixed it. My kids were looking forward to swimming while we were here.

Wifi was ok but to slow to watch movies, when I stayed all the power in the town went out. This caused the hotel rooms to be dark and cold. Hotel should have a back up generator. The parking lot got plowed right away from the blizzard. 1 big reason I stayed here.

Great location, nice breakfast, friendly staff and a awesome warm swimming pool that our grandkids enjoyed during our stay. Will stay there again next time I'm in Williston.

Never had any housekeeping in our room during our 4 day stay.
