Great value for your money.

The room was big, there were free breakfast, the room had microwave and refrigerator.

The cleaning can be better and there was no vent in the bathroom.

Rough start waiting for someone to check in, but the rest of the stay was fine.

The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable.

We had to wait close to 20 minutes to check in - no one was available at the desk. If you cannot offer an early check in, then someone should be available at check in time.

Wonderful

The breakfast was phenomenal. The staff were super. We traveled from northern Michigan to Florida to California back to northern Michigan in three months. We went through 17 states, and stayed in numerous hotels. The Quality Inn / Econo Lodge in Brainerd Minnesota was by far the best experience of our journey. If only staff at all hotels could be as dedicated, helpful, and courteous as they were in Brainerd. If only these staff members could be cloned.

beds were uncomfortable the walls were thin you can hear everything. the room was not clean at all the fridge had mold in the freezer it was disgusting the breakfast did not look good we went to a restaurant instead

Very dirty. Friendly staff. They don’t answer the phone.

The heater in the room smelled great worked amazing.

the dirty sheets that weren’t changed. the fact I had to have maintenance let me in my room twice due to door malfunctions. I was told I’d be comped for my stay and difficulties but wasn’t. Nobody answers the phone and I couldn’t tell if the hotel was 2 hotels in one or I was missing a front door. The floors were soooo disgusting my socks were ruined from walking on it. you could clearly see salt foot prints on the floor of the room from a multiple different pair of shoes.

Very good

The website said no pool and there was. I would have brought my swim suit, as I could have used a good soak after a day of moving. Heat didn't work in my assigned room, was moved to another. The gal did try to get the heater moving and offered to take my bags for me.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location.

Not at all what we expected and we left.

Two hotels in one building, the old dirty side is the Econolodge. Bathroom light didn’t work, TV didn’t work, dirty. We did not stay and asked for a refund. went somewhere else.

All in all not bad for a cheaper motel, but I wish phone could've worked and toilet didn't flush.

The beds were very comfortable and it was very convenient to where we needed to be, easy to get back to 371. The size of the room was great and the water pressure was good in the shower.

The toilet didn't flush but every once in a while and the phone was dead. We also got no housekeeping service, no towels were taken or replaced and garbage bins had not been emptied, nor had beds been made. Maybe we were supposed to request that? I don't know. When we left the second morning to our days activities and returned at night, our lights were all on (and I made a point to turn them off) and our AC was turned off when we had turned it on so it could be nice and cool when we returned. I don't usually like to complain and I realize this was a cheaper motel, so we didn't expect the Hilton.

Overpriced and uncomfortable.

Location, size of room, parking next to room,

Lock to outside door did not work. Bedding, while clean, was threadbare and had holes in areas. Bed was clearly old and worn out, very uncomfortable. Carpet was removed in some areas of the hallway. Hallways had a strong odor, luckily the room did not smell. Breakfast options were lacking, and the second morning they had no milk for the cereal.

Motel was very rundown and needs a tremendous amount of up dating. Advertised breakfast but no breakfast was available.

will never return or refer anyone to econolodge or any related company associates

very poor air quality-worse using ac or fan. therefore unable to have freah or comfortable room. felt toxic. unable to sleep or properly take care of myself or disabled/terminal brother prior to our fathers funeral the next day unable to get refund was disgusting and felt completely taken advantage of. there was no offer of handicapped equipment/bath chairs for bathroom despite unavailable handicapped room
