Great stay, happy that I booked there instead of somewhere else.

Updated exterior paint... Looking great now. Same as my last visit, great comfort, clean, spacious rooms, superior mattresses. My son was very happy about how good he slept. The floor is not carpet which really helps if you have allergies.

Towels.... are very rough. After a full day at the beach it's painful to dry up with them. Housekeeping, small things: no replenishment of bar soaps or shampoos and they were missing the complimentary coffee cups (awsome coffee by the way) and cups. l know it is very minimal stuff but I think there is room for improvement. Other than that, everything else was superb.

My overnight stay was fine for what I needed. The room was clean and the property was quiet

The hotel faces a busy street, therefore I would have preferred having a locking latch on the inside of the door

Check in was a bit rough. The guy didn’t have interpersonal skills. Seemed angry, was very short and didn’t even welcome us when we checked in. However the stay was quiet, I slept so good. No disturbance outside, no loud music or loud people and it’s located right next to a main road and surprisingly it was quiet. You could not hear the traffic or the cars.

Parking is so tight. My car was dinged by another car but the guy apologized. It technically wasn’t his fault the parking spaces are way too small. At night the parking lot is completely full. No where to park and sometimes you have to park on the streets at night and walk up to the motel. No coffee makers in the room and ice machine was broken.

Had a great time

Well maintained room. Reception was helpful gave us the option good option . Well placed furniture in the room. The design is good. Aesthetic. Bathroom could be cleaner. The direction of the shower is weird , the water goes out on the floor.

Don't be fooled by Outside appearance

The 1:30pm Check In time was perfect for me, simple, and the lady was nice. The room smelled freshly cleaned- despite being a smoking room There was a refrigerator, microwave, and table set in the room. The TV was up to date and had cable channels along with HBO movie channels. Housekeeping was provided for duration of my stay but I only needed trash removed. Parking was free. Check out was quick and I received my deposit fast.

There's only (4) places to eat in the immediate area so not much to choose from. The shower didn't get hot enough. The toilet has low pressure - had to flush 2x to go down. Bed was kinda hard for me but got use to it and not enough pillows- need at least 4.
