We liked our short stay at the Wilmington Inn but we’ve been to better Inns for the price

Big cozy house sitting on a hill overlooking the village rich with history. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. They made us feel right at home also helped us with recommendations for dinner in the area.

The hot tub spa. If your using the hot tub, which only fits one person comfortably, at the same time as others in the inn, the hot water will run out leaving you in a Luke warm pool. Your also asked not to use the jets after 9:30 pm which cuts short romantic hot tub time with your partner.

Great hosts, food , wine, company in a fantastic period house just a minute stroll to the centre of the town.

Warmth of welcome; Immediate wow factor; fire pit and bringing people together.

Wonderful old VT inn with gracious & accommodating hosts.

Hosts were wonderful! We stayed in the Chimney Hill room & it was very cozy. It was very clean. Bathroom was tiny but very clean. Breakfast was delicious & the sitting room was very nice.

It was all good.

Old World charm in downtown Wilmington. We'll be back.

We have stayed at The Wilmington Inn before and will not hesitate to stay there again. Charlie and Megan are delightful and efficient innkeepers and Megan always cooks up a tasty breakfast. The inn is "old world" and part of the charm that we seek in B & B's when we travel. We had the same room as before (The Wilmington Room) and the king-size bed is comfortable. Our first room (The Deerfield Room) had a leaky faucet that would have kept us away and Charlie, immediately, reassigned our room and Megan was out getting parts to replace the sink faucet that had, just, started leaking. Otherwise, the plumbing worked fine. This inn is an older home so you have to expect some little flaws but there is nothing that made our stay uncomfortable or unpleasant. It is an easy walk to downtown Wilmington. The stairway up to our room is heavily carpeted on slightly narrow steps so it could be a challenge to someone with any ambulatory difficulties.

No complaints. We got what we expected and at a fair price.

Amazing

We went with another couple and stayed 3 days ,Charlie and Megan were both so fun and made our stay so pleasurable ,we all are going back to Vermont and will stay at there Inn..home made breakfast every day was amazing,there kindness was beyond nice..we all had many laughs sitting by the fire place..loved our stay..

The owners are old souls with big hearts! Location is great. Did not get the included breakfast but saw the plates and I regret my decision. Great place

Good location ,hikes originates from the place

The size of the room it was very small, the breakfast portions were extremely meager...almost went hungry...otherwise overall good

Staff and location

Room curtains were flimsy and didn’t fit properly. This resulted in a very light room and made it difficult to sleep. Investing in good curtains would enhance the rooms

so much better than a hotel. Quaint with only ten rooms.

Great little Inn. Clean room, great breakfast, and beautiful surroundings. . Inn keepers were friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the fire pit and s’mores. within walking distance of local restaurants.

Super relaxing comfortable stay!

Fantastic property, great homey feel. Comfortable bed and super morning breakfast. The fire pit was awesome. Great location to town.
