Charming but older. Not exactly what I imagined for the price.

Condo was at the Turtle Bay Resort area which was awesome. The condo was clean and beds were comfortable. The management service was also quick to respond to issues M-F. They had an answering service on the weekend.

The condo was older and A/C was only in bedrooms and barely cooled that. Although charming, the furnishings are not updated. My cousin rented the condo next door that had central air and was fully updated/remodeled. It wasn't much more than what we paid for ours. Some bugs and a couple lizards found their way in. :/ We mentioned this to the management company and their reply was: "As we are in a tropical location it is common to see pests."

ok, but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

I liked the location. it was beautiful.

the privacy was a little tough, the glass windows provided air flow into the house which was nice but privacy with everyone walking by on the golf course or in the parking lot was hard and the condos are packed in there and full of people the noise level was rough. there was a large family or two staying in the condo next to ours that had 12 kids and 4 adults. they were a nice family having fun but it was hard when they want to have fun playing games at night and you want to sleep. there wasn’t much noise barrier and you could hear everything. our bathroom light didn’t turn on and the bathroom outlets didn’t work, we had to call maintenance within 5 min of being there. I guess it is all attitude and expectations, after staying in Honolulu for 4 days we were expecting a nice quiet place to enjoy the privacy and I think our stay in the sky rise in downtown Honolulu was more enjoyable in that sense.

The condos location was excellent and it was very comfortable.

The condo was well stocked with basic necessities. We liked the balcony since it was enclosed with netting. There was a nice breeze coming through the condo with both doors open.

The condo provided a bar of soap but not shampoo so make sure you bring your own. The condo advertised AC but it’s not central AC, so the rooms only had the air conditioning.
