L'hôtel est magnifique et très bien décoré. Il est bien placé. Nous avons été bien accueillis.

L'hôtel était très bruyant. Il n'y a pas de double vitrage donc on entendait tout. C'est vraiment dommage car la chambre est grande' bien équipée et le lit très confortable. De plus, on était proche de la plage et du centre ville. Le petit déjeuner est très léger et le personnel du matin, un peu débordé.

Horrible!!!

First impression was great. Modern lobby and chicly decorated. Room are ok and clean. The disappointment was when you decide to relax and sleep after a long day trip and the air conditioning is not working.. It was set up at 27.6 degrees. Tried to change it and informed the front desk and he came up to check the problem. the room next door and apparently our floor has air conditioning problem. No way to fix it because technicians are off on Sunday night. asked for room change but apparently booked up but only to find out the next day the room next to us was luckily been transferred to another room. While us, barely slept because of the heat.. it was like sauna inside the freaking room. We decide to pen the window for air but noise and mosquitoes! Slept two hours to to be honest. Upon check out we complained about it and ask for a explanation and gesture. But the front desk avoided the responsibility and said he can’t do anything because the reservation was made thru Booking.com. Clearly had no ways to get any solution or minimum reduction for the inconvenience just because it was not booked directly with them. Shame on you because we are guests who just happen to book under different options but deserve equal service and compensation for inconvenience like this! We are not after the reduction in the first place and completely be satisfied should your front desk propose and help us change the room the same night yet despite our complain you opt to neglect it. Zero customer service!!!!!!

All in all a good hotel but the Hotel Management seems to be not much professional.

Together with my daughter I stayed for 5 nights in your hotel (July 2023). All in all we were very satisfied with this stay. In particular the staff was very polite and helpful. Thank you very much!

After having a long day, we noticed at our return on penultimate evening that in the hotel’s restaurant was a big party. It was very loud, full of people and smelled strongly of cigarette. We asked on the reception what the reason for the party is and why we were not informed about that event. We were very surprised that this happened in a 4 stars hotel. We went to our room and tried to sleep but the sounds a nd beats reverberating into our room on the 1st floor. Therefore I went to the reception again and to complain. The men on the reception told me that it is not the first time that such a party is taking place in the hotel and he offered to join the party. But we were not interested in as we planned to go to Trogir on the next early morning, our last day in Split. He offered therefore to call the Hotel Manager but I've answered that I can not stopp the party but he should please inform him to find a solution. I left my name and room number. Unfortunately never came a message from the Hotel-Manager. It is not acceptable that such a party is taken place in a 4 stars hotel without any information before. Even more we are very disappointed that we were not contacted after our complaints and a solution was offered. Almost as bad this party is that the hotel team including the Hotel Manager did not react to our second complaint sending by email after our stay and before the booking.com evaluation. This is not a respectful interaction.

Modern hotel, professional and friendly staff, clean and comfortable facilities.

Hotel Ora is located a short walk out of the main/busy part of Split, but still an easy walk to the port, Riva, Old Town etc. I wanted to be close to Split Hospital and it is just a block from the main entrance. There is a small shopping centre opposite the Hotel and a small Tommy (supermarket) just 50 or so metres behind the hotel, nest to the parking garage. The buffet breakfast was healthy, a good selection of Croatian and international food and drink. Unfortunately I wasn't able to use the restaurant for dinner so I can't comment. The outdoor setting of the cafe was in a cool and shaded space, perfect for the summer conditions. The room was very clean and comfortable, included a desk space, a small fridge, plenty of cupboard/wardrobe space. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was just right (I was there during the heatwave). The bathroom and shower was clean and everything worked perfectly. The staff I interacted with were very pleasant and friendly, professional, helpful...

If they had better pillows and a softer mattress I would have given them a 10.

High traffic noise in the room

Even though I asked in advance there was no vegan breakfast available (on request there was oat milk), except for grilled (and very oily) vegetables and plain bread. The noise level in the rooms is really high (due to the highly trafficed road in front of the hotel).

Lovely hotel, new, attractive decor and lovely staff.

Hotel was exactly as stated, very new, great contemporary decor. Staff very helpful and friendly, particularly the receptionist who was lovely. Rooms were a good size, clean and new, lovely clean and large bathroom. Breakfast / dinner food was ok, it could be better see comments below however the restaurant ambience etc was lovely which made up for it. Location was a 15 min walk into town but we knew that on booking, there was a nice scenic walk you can do via the harbour and beach (about 30 min walk) which was lovely. Great parking location behind the restaurant, the staff kindly let us park there until we had to leave for the airport even though it was after check out.

Breakfast food could be improved a bit, less vegetables that were more dinner vegetables, maybe potatoes, mushrooms etc would be nicer. Nice selection of yogurts, cake and a good coffee machine. It was a shame you had to pay for things like waffles and pancakes, though they were very nice when we did pay the extra for them. Dinner was a but expensive and was ok, they also added a cover charge per person, only €2 but not sure why. The restaurant itself was nicely decorated and the service was good.

The breakfast was very tasty, the best one we had out of all the hotels we stayed in Croatia. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well, already prepared with a map to show us where the best beaches are and how to drive around the city.

A bit too expensive. The bathroom door did not close and the windows were making noise at every wind, even though they were closed. Also, the shower is very low and the floor got wet after we used it.

Our room was clean and spacious, the hotel is located close to one of the beaches

Even though the staff was friendly they were hard to spot, many times when we were going by the reception or to the restaurant there was nobody in there. They also didn’t greet us/say anything when they see us or any other guests (standard practice for 4-stars hotels). We have seen them in front of the hotel smoking and having chat while there were guests sitting in the lobby/restaurant. The hotel’s location is around 30 minutes walk to the city center. Breakfast was okay, but not much choices.
