Recámara grande y muy cómoda, aunque la privacidad no es perfecta.

La recámara era grande y cómoda, también el baño. El personal fue muy amable.

A veces el suelo estaba mojado y podía ser peligroso y a veces se escuchaba un poco de ruido de los otros cuartos, pero en general bastante bien todo!

Very helpful and kind staff. Good room with AC and fan. Private bathroom. Good location near Chaudrui a big surface store where to get good food for cheap. Right beside the intercity bus stations, therefore very convenient when leaving the city for good to another destination. OXXO store right beside as well...

The paint at the bottom of the pool is missing in some parts giving the idea that the pool is having gray greenish algae. On the last day we looked closer and realized it was just paint missing so we decided to use the pool.. The water that we perceived at first not clean happened to be very clean. I would suggest the pool is repainted to avoid this confusion.

Todo en el hotel es viejo, me toco una habitación en un rincón, oscuro, las toallas muy desgastadas de tanto uso, chiquito y todo muy elevado en precio.

Tienen muy poco y no te explican nada, únicamente te indican el número de habitacion y tu la tienes q buscar y no te dan más detalles. La alberca un poco sucia.

Basic accommodation- not for us.

Good air conditioning and hot showers

The room was at the back, had no natural light and we felt enclosed in, we felt like we were in a prison cell!!! The Wi-Fi was non existent in the room and only worked in reception.

Awesome. Wish we stayed longer.

We loved the location, not in a Western tourist spot. Perfect. And delicious breakfast just down the street. Super fun party strip just down from the hotel, yet it stays pretty quiet in the rooms. Cool building with great views from the terrace. Good value for the money. I'd happily stay here again.

That we had to leave after just 1 night. Coming back for longer next time!

Very nice staff. Very clean. Full of happy families and kids having fun in pool. Good location for both sides of town. Quiet after 10pm

We paid in full and for early check in. Added a day we did not need after all and got only 50% refunds. Suggest you opt to pay each day not in advance.

OK for a short stay. But not what I expected from what was said on booking.com

The staff is friendly. The hotel is clean The A/C works well. You get a new roll of toilet paper and soap every day. ( but no shampoo) Swimming pool is warm ( but no shaded areas)

1. Hot Water was very limited, and it took a long time to get some, and no pressure. 2. Internet is terrible. Many days it was off and on, Slow then okay. It was tough to work 3. The sheets were not changed unless I took them off the bed. 4. The bed was fair (the sheets kept coming off). I would rate the comfort of the bed a 5 out of 10 5. THe hotel is NOT on the beach, even tho booking.com says it's only a few hundred feet. It's way downhill, and it's the worst beach of them all. 6. The location is central - but you will either be walking 10 - 15 to one beach or taking a taxi to the Ziticala beach. 7. The room is noisy. You can hear everything happening, which seems to be very early.

it’s an old hotel, doesn’t look like on the pictures. there was no bath towels, no soap, no shampoo, we didn’t have hot water and the pressure was really low… so as for 3stars hotel, for this money I would except a little bit more …

Would have rathered stayed in a hostel for the companionship

The lady at reception was very pleasant. The pool area was nice. Hot water was a plus

No security so guests were loud at night. Also the cleaning staff arrive at the room very early. Wifi only available near pool and reception area.

Once we moved to a more expensive room it was great.

The room we had booked had no ventilation and did not smell great. So we had to upgrade.. The photos do not match the reality.

You can get a better hotel for even a cheaper price.

Property was not what is advertised as. The only good thing was it was close to beach in car.

Maintenance of restrooms. Sheets, towels, and blankets very uncomfortable. Rooms are extremely small.
