Amabilidad - Uso de espacios comunes restringidos.

La ubicación del hotel es muy apropiada. La limpieza de la habitación. La atención del personal.

Por disponibilidad el hotel se establece un horario de silencio desde 10.00 PM a 10.00 AM. En ese periodo no se puede utilizar los espacios comunes (cocina y patio), lo que nos pareció un poco excesivo. El baño compartido, además de estar frente a la cocina es de dimensiones reducidas en relación a la cantidad de húespedes que disponen del baño inclusive el personal.

Great stay in the center of town

Great stay in the center of town. People at reception were wonderful, we arrived earlier by night bus and they made sure for us to be able to enter our room as soon as possible to get some rest. Comfortable and cosy rooms.

Lovely place

Beautifully decorated rooms and a really nice kitchen equipped with everything you need for a quick meal. The staff went above and beyond to help us when we had some issues with our hot water. We would definitely recommend staying here. It was also great that we had access to drinking water at all times.

On the description on booking.com it was not quite clear if it's a private kitchen or shared one but we didn't mind sharing one.

My stay was beautiful, magical, and comfortable. My expectations were exceeded.

Everything! I have travelled a lot, but I had never seen such a perfect integration of hospitality, beautiful design, calm space, clean communal kitchen, great location, and constant help and support from the managers and employees. My room was very quiet and the bed super comfortable. I stayed for 8 nights to attend a dance training in San Cris and the room allowed me to recharge and do my morning studies in peace.

Superb

The room was cute and well-equipped. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was great - a 5 to 10 minute walk to amazing restaurants, etc.

Sound travels in this place. You could hear everything going on in neighboring rooms.

Beautiful little hotel

The hotel is superbly decorated, the staff is very responsive and helpful and the whole place, including the shared bathroom is very clean. Great value!

The hotel is situated in an traditional building which gives it charm but also some drawbacks- we heard everything from the room upstairs and our room had a window to the main staircase.

Only one bathroom/toilet if you book a room with shared bathroom. It was not always available when needed as the toilet and shower are in the same room.

Would recommend - solo woman traveller

What a cute spot! I was greeted by a very kind staff member and led to a really cozy and comfortable room. The kitchen was great for story supplies and having coffee, tea and water on-site was perfect. I spent a lot of my time here hanging out and reading in the hammocks. I liked having access to the hotel via WhatsApp for any questions/comments. I also liked how the rooms were decorated with local crafts. The internet worked well for me, but I wasn't using it for work so can't comment on how it'd hold up on zoom calls or the like. Also after a week of not having hot showers previously, was very appreciative of having hot water on demand! Lastly - always love a spot that has a book exchange set up, where I was able to swap a book out for another one in English. Oh - also was easy to get to from the bus terminal in town - quick taxi.

I don't really have complaints about this place, I enjoyed my stay!

Loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely staff, beautiful room & garden with hammock, nice kitchen-area, quiet street and options for tours.

The walls are very thin, you can hear every word spoken in front of your room or next to it. But honestly, this is the case most everywhere I’ve stayed so far and once everyone has settled for the night, it’s blissfully quiet.

A great base to explore the city

A quite, calm space that’s really centrally located. The staff helped us book a great tour of the canyon, as well as accommodating our bags for the day of our check-out.

Our room was quite close to the main kitchen area so morning became quite loud with people and what we think were water boilers.

very clean but very unsocial

the location was good, the beds are so so comfortable. it was fairly clean

its not really a place for people to chill as there as so many curfews, its not very social. The staff unfortunately made me feel very uncomfortable as they didn’t give us space to do freely what we wanted, constantly felt watched.

The best hotel with the most wonderful staff

Absolutely wonderful staff who were so accommodating and helpful - they made sure we got on our tours and helped with all our questions. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, spacious rooms and great communal areas. Great location as it was close enough to the centre but far enough out for it to be quiet. Just a wonderful hotel!

They were very attentive, we never lacked anything. the staff is amazing and a special thanks Jaime for being so kind and understanding. sorry I feel awful that I don't remember the names, but we had a medical emergency and He and the staff did the best to make things easier for us. They were really caring and we feel at home, it is quiet, clean

Excellent stay!

The place was very cosy, nice room and super friendly staff. Great location near the center but quiet.

Sometimes room needed a little ventelation but we just opened all windows when we were there.
