Very enjoyable stay.

The location was great. The apartment is nice and Andres was very good at answering our questions quickly. The carpet in the bedrooms is a bit run down and could be upgraded. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

it was cold in concepcion and the apartment only had one small electric heater. Andres brought us a second one and it made things nicer. The apartment feels damp and cold when it is cold and rainy outside.

Exceptional

The apartment is spacious and well maintained.

There were only a couple of problems. According to the Booking.com listing, breakfast was going to be provided, which surprised me since it’s an apartment. When we found out that wasn’t true, we planned to cook breakfast, but the skillet was old and very scratched, so we decided not to. Also, the radio didn’t work—not so important, but it would have been nice to have music while we were there.
