Nice modern hotel with a great location, but right next to a noisy school.

Great location just a block from the central market, shops and lots of restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Because the hotel is right next to a school, it was noisy during parts of the afternoon and evening.

Great hotel in center of Abancay

We choose the suite with great view on the mountains. The hotel is in the centre and we got really nice recommendation for a restaurant/ diner around the corner, we really enjoyed. Good beds & warm shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Curtains don't really block the daylight/ sun.

A hotel with a great location, but the design of the hotel is awkward.

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel provided goose down blankets, making our sleep warm and comfortable. The location was very good. Close to many restaurants. Our room had a balcony, making the room bright and warm. The staff at the restaurant was friendly and nice.

Hotel Murano could have been a great hotel, but I think the owner ran out of money, so you can see many "not well planned" designs of the hotel. First, there isn't really a lobby. I think there was one before, but now the hotel lobby is shared with the restaurant, Pizzeria Adriana. Second, the bathroom is really small and the shower head is in the middle of the shower stall, causing water to splatter. Also, there is hardly any room for you to put your stuff in the bathroom. There's a safe deposit box in the room, but it doesn't work. Lastly, the receptionist wasn't too helpful. On the day of check out, when we ask her for help getting a taxi, she told us just get one on the street.

We will stay here again when it is necessary to travel overnight for work to Abancay, Peru.

The location was good for our training meetings. It was also close to several good places to eat. The room was large a pretty well equipped. We did have luke warm water for our showers, at least it wasn't cold!

The hair dryer was pretty useless- no heat on the strong blow dry cycle and no on the force/velocity on the warm cycle.The towels were very thin and the internet didn't work most of the time.

absolutely reccomended to everyone that passes through.

It was the best hotel we experienced in Peru. very modern and in the heart of the city. the staff were very helpful. rooms and beds and shower excellent.
