About this villa rental
The 350 square meter house extends over a 2500 square meter garden, with an 8x4 swimming pool and solarium for exclusive use and offers comfortable space for two or three families.
Divided over 3 floors with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Agata house can comfortably accommodate 12 people.
The entire property is surrounded by greenery thanks to tall trees and plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub.
The swimming pool area with garden, solarium and gazebo is perfectly equipped with sun beds, table, sofas and chairs and allows you to enjoy freshness and relaxation.
On the ground floor there are:
- A large and bright lounge offering 12 seats; perfectly equipped with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, game console and library.
The hall leads to the garden and to the shaded outdoor barbecue area with a table for 12 people and a sink; perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners.
- The new fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook on holiday in the company of family and friends.
The kitchen, through large windows, leads directly to the garden.
- A bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
- A laundry area with washing machine, large sink and practical shelf.
- A large rumpus room equipped with a professional wood-burning oven, internal barbecue and a large work area in which to prepare the classic Italian recipe: pizza. From the room equipped with a table that comfortably seats 14 people you enter the garden and the parking area.

- The blue bedroom with three single beds, the red bedroom (for children) with two bunk beds and an additional sofa bed, the yellow bedroom with a large double bed and sofa bed and the orange bedroom with a French double bed (140x200 cm).
From all the rooms you have access to the terrace that runs along the whole house offering the opportunity to observe the splendid panorama of the Ligurian Gulf or to access, through a practical and wide walkway, the swimming pool and solarium area.
- A second bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and bathtub.
Continuing through the internal staircase we reach the second floor where we find:
- The green room with double bed and a splendid sea view.
- A third bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, relaxation corner and whirlpool tub.
The entire house is perfectly fenced allowing your dog to move in complete tranquility and through practical gates it is possible to delimit the various areas for the tranquility of your children.
Inside the house you will find every type of comfort available for your stay: from sun beds to a ping pong table and many games for children including a slide and a swing.
Upon your arrival we will make you find a welcome basket with typical products of our land.

Traumhafter Garten mit Pool
Das Haus bietet viel Platz für Familien (wir waren 7 Erw. +3 Kinder) und ideale Spielmöglichkeiten für Gross und Klein. Der mediterrane Garten auf zwei Ebenen bietet Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert und im nu erledigt.
Loredana, die Betreuerin vor Ort, war immer für uns da und hat alle unsere Fragen und Wünsche prompt erledigt.
Gut zu wissen: für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind 20 Minuten Fahrt auf einer kurvenreiche Strasse nötig.

Tolles Haus und grosser Garten
Sehr schönes Objekt, ca. 15 Min. von Imperia, in den Hügeln gelegen.
Die Strasse zum Haus ist ein bisschen abenteuerlich, jedoch ohne Probleme zu meistern.
Das Haus war sehr sauber und grösser als gedacht. Die Umgebung ist top in Schuss und lädt zum Verweilen ein, vorallem am Pool mit Meersicht. Der Kontakt mit Loredana war sehr angenehm und hat sie hat sich sofort um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Ein bisschen Pech hatten wir dann doch, da in dieser Woche Baumpflege auf dem angrenzenden Grundstück gemacht wurde, es war ziemlich Lärmintensiv. Loredana hat aber sofort reagiert und mit den entsprechenden Personen Kontakt aufgenommen und eine Lösung gesucht.
Wir können dieses Objekt und die Vermieter ohne weiteres weiterempfehlen.

sehr nette und fürsorgliche gastgeber. super objekt. blick auf imperia und das meer. toller pool. viele spielsachen und sportgeräte (tischtennistisch, häbgematte, playstation, etc). absolut zu empfehlen. wir (zwei familien, vier erwachsene und 6 kinder) haben hier unsere wunderschönen sommerferien verbracht.

Besser geht es nicht
Wunderschön in den ligurischen Hügeln gelegen mit Blick auf das Meer.
Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus, der liebevoll gepflegte Garten, der Pool, all dies hat uns begeistert. Obendrauf konnten wir uns an dem hauseigenen Pizzaofen selbst als Pizzabäcker versuchen. Genial!
Erwähnt werden muss auch die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter: Roberta und Ino , Mille Grazie !

Una splendida settimana
Casa bellissima, spaziosa e molto ben tenuta, provvista di una soluzione ad ogni necessità. La posizione, che può sembrare scomoda la prima volta che la si scopre, in realtà è l'ottimale per una settimana di vacanza fuori dal traffico della città e dal trambusto. Inoltre, anche se il percorso è un po' accidentato si arriva ad Imperia in soli 12 minuti.
Piscina e prato entrambi tenuti in maniera eccezionale con l'irrigazione automatica giornaliera e l'intervento del proprietario stesso durante la mattina presto.

d’agreables vacances au dessus d’Imperia
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille et entre amis, Inocente à été d’une extrême gentillesse. Accueil chaleureux avec de délicieuses confitures et autres mets préparés par la propriétaire.
Piscine, une grande maison et un jardin très agréable qui a servi de terrain de foot aux enfants toute la semaine !
Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir.

Agata Haus hat unseren Erwartungen in vollem Umfang entsprochen. Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich sympathisch und alles war völlig unkompliziert. Unseren Hunde hatten viel Spaß.

Una bella casa in un posto tranquillo.
Una bella casa, ideale per una vacanza in compagnia con più famiglie e bimbi perché molto spaziosa sia all’interno che all’esterno. Dotata di giochi per i più piccoli ma divertente anche per gli adulti amanti della cucina perché offre un forno a legna per le pizze e un bel barbecue. Consiglio però di armarsi di mezzi contro le zanzare.

Séjour en famille
La maison est très agréable. Spacieuse et bien repartie. Le salon avec son grand canapé et sa cheminée pour les soirees tranquilles et la cuisine où tout le monde peut s assoir confortablement. Les chambres à l étage sont grandes. Celle des enfants est bien pensée. Le jardin est fabuleux. Arboré pour les siestes à l ombre et une vue magnifique. Le coin piscine également avec tout le confort.
Nous étions 12 et il ne nous a rien manqué. Merci à Roberta et Ino pour l acceuil et leur générosité.

Une villa confortable et une vue magnifique
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Ramoino ! La villa est spacieuse, confortable, le jardin très agréable et la vue est sublime ! Nous avons passé beaucoup de moments au coin du feu dans le salon, qui est une belle pièce spacieuse.
Nous avons adoré le "barbecue" intérieur qui a permis de déguster des belles grillades même en décembre !
Attention cependant, il faudrait racheter quelques casseroles, assiettes, plats car nous en avons un peu manqué parfois.
Cette villa est idéale pour se reposer tout en profitant de la vue. La ville est un peu loin en voiture.
Les hôtes sont charmants et feront tout pour que vous passiez un agréable séjour ! Tout en restant discrets, ce qui est appréciable.

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort zuhause fühlt.
Der Garten hält was er verspricht und ist für Kinder ein Spielparadies.
Das Vermieterpaar Ino und Roberta ist total nett und wohnt nicht weit entfernt vom Haus. Man kann Sie immer kontaktieren, wenn irgendwas fehlt oder nicht funktioniert.
Der Knaller ist der eigene Steinofen für Pizza im Haus!

The house, views, and peaceful setting are all amazing. The owner was welcoming and accomodating. The house is spacious, and offers lots of fun for kids and adults alike, with a game room, BBQ pits, and fully equipped kitchen. It's a drive up a steep, serpentine hill, and it took some time getting up the first time, if you don't mind adventures. I would certainly go back to this natural corner of Italy. A memorable stay and lovely memories.

ruhig gelegenes Traumhaus über Imperia
Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Weiler 15Minuten von Imperia entfernt. Wegen der tatsächlich teilweise steilen und engen Anfahrt bot uns der sehr nette Vermieter an, uns an der Autobahnausfahrt abzuholen und zum Haus zu lotsen (wir kamen im Dunkeln an).
Bei unserer Ankunft flackert bereits ein gemütliches Feuer im offenen Kamin und wir freuten uns sehr über das Willkommenspaket (Bier, Saft und Chips).
Das Haus in "echt" übertraf noch die Fotos hier auf der Seite. Es war sehr großzügig, sauber und alles funktionierte einwandfrei.
Im Garten waren Hängematte und Kinderschaukel aufgehängt und Kinderspielsachen standen bereit.
Das beste war jedoch der Holzofen in der "Taverne", in dem wir leckere Pizzas gebacken haben.
Wir genossen eine traumhafte Spätsommerwoche Ende Oktober und kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus oberhalb von Imperia
Wirklich alles gut: alles sauber und alles inkludiert. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, abseits der Hektik der Stadt; trotzdem sind in einer guten Viertelstunde Strände und Innenstadt zu erreichen. An die holprige Straße bis zum Haus gewöhnt man sich :-).

Gemütliches kindertaugliches Ferienhaus
Wir haben mit unserer Familie (6 Erwachsene, 1 Teenager, 2 Kleinkinder) einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus gehabt. Es ist mehr als geräumig, vollständig eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Es hat übrigens mittlerweile auch eine Kaffeemaschine. Da es aber nur in sehr wenigen Geschäften Filter gibt, lieber welche mitbringen. Im Haus gab es sogar eine kleine Sektion für uns und unsere Kinder (Bibliothekszimmer, Zimmer mit Etagenbetten und grünes Badezimmer), welche durch eine extra Tür vom Rest abgetrennt war. Das fanden wir praktisch, da man so sein Krabbelkind besser unter Kontrolle hat und sich keine Sorgen wegen der Treppe machen muss. Auch sonst waren wir mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern gut versorgt- es gab einen Babyhochstuhl und ein Babybett und sogar ein wenig Plastikgeschirr. Man darf den Bildern gern glauben- es sieht alles genauso aus. Für jemand mit eher schlichten Geschmack gibt es vielleicht etwas zuviel Nippes im Haus, aber das gibt eben auch eine wunderbar persönliche und authentische Note. Uns hat es gefallen. Toll fanden wir auch den Steinofen, der wirklich leckere Pizzen hervorbringt. Herrlich am Morgen und am Abend auf der Terasse im Garten zu essen! Stühle und Tische sind in großer Zahl vorhanden, ebenso Sonnenliegen. Man hat im Garten Sonne von morgens bis abends, aber auch- für Kids ganz wichtig- tolle schattige Plätzchen unter den Olivenbäumen. Die Vermieter sind unheimlich symphatisch und helfen sofort weiter, wenn man ein Problem hat. Als wir ankamen, hatten sie ein Schwimmbecken für unsere Kleinen aufgebaut, einen Schaukel und eine Hängematte hingen auch schon am Baum. Und jeden 2.-3. Tag bekamen wir leckeres Gemüse und Obst aus dem Garten. Top Service! Zwei kleine Wermutstropfen gibt es dennoch: Die Entfernung zur Stadt/ Strand ist auf jeden Fall soweit, dass man nicht hinlaufen kann. Das war vor allem für die Teenager in unserer Gruppe schade, da dadurch die Abendgestaltung eher ruhig verlief. Und der Weg zum Haus ist abenteuerlich durch die Steigung und die Enge der Straße. Geübte Fahrer haben damit sicher kein Problem; die Fahranfängerin unter uns hat dankend abgelehnt zu fahren. ;) Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub und können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Lieben Dank an die Vermieter!

Ein großes, gut gelegenes Haus mit Garten.
Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen - wir waren 12 Gäste, davon 5 Kinder, alle waren begeistert.
Das Haus ist groß und gut gepflegt. Die Eigentümer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick wunderschön. Als extra Bonus dürften wir Gemüse aus dem Gemüsegarten für uns nehmen.
Was zu beachten ist - man braucht ein Auto. Die Anfahrt führt über eine Bergstraße, die zum Teil in einem schlechten Zustand und sehr steil ist, man gewöhnt sich aber schnell dran. Zum ersten mal sollte man sie aber nicht im Dunkeln anfahren.

Sehr schöner Ort! den Überblich auf die Stadt grandiös, das Haus groß,wunderbar mit Terasse, es gab einfach alles (sogar Jakousie, Grill, Holzofen für Pizza selber machen, Kamin drin, große Rümlichkeiten....), was man bräuchte!!!
Die Familie Roberta und Ramoino sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit, jede Zeit zu erreichen! Wer seine Stille unter Olivenbäumen braucht, ist der Ort ideall dafür!
Man müsste nur bedenken, die Strassen sind sehr schmall und jedes Mal den Serpantinweg hoch und runter fahren ist bißchen anstrengend! Aber sonst ist alles perfekt für die Familie mit Kindern und nicht nur:)

We spent one week in this place in October. This is really a nice house. It has a pleasant garden and a nice terrace with a beautiful sea view. The inside is very cosy and beautifully furnished, you can see and feel that the landlords lived in this place.
The house is very spacious and the whole place even nicer than on the pictures. We took profit of the amenities (table tennis, taverna, whirl pool, fireplace, vegetable garden) and it was fun.
But above all, the hirers are very nice people! You really feel that you are welcome and this contributes a lot to enjoy the stay in this house.
