Very clean, spaces were as promised. Good location.

Even though it wasn't promised, it would have been good to have a few more things like: shower gels, shampoos, extra toilet paper, washing machine detergent, etc. Not a criticism - they weren't promised to us or anything, just would be a nice touch :)

Very cool house. Close to the beach, stores. In the garden grill, garden furniture. Away from the noise in a fairly quiet area. I recommend for families with children and not only.

Relaxing stay in the Villa where everythig we need on holiday is quite near.

The different seating areas outside, was great with shade and sunshine.We appreciated mosquito screens on doors and windows..The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of cupboard space.The palm trees, swimming pool, the complimentary groceries in the fridge. The location is good not too far away from the beach and supermarkrt. The property management was very reliable.

There is only a bolt at the bottom of the door to the property instead of a door handle to open and close it. The bathroom and the toilet wasn't modern, the thin toilet seats slip whilst sitting, the drain in the bathtub is almost clogged. In the night very loud music from the neighbouring hotels and motorbikes and quads, but which can be heared everywhere in that area.

Superb

The villa benefited from a great location within Protaras being able to walk to either the shops/restaurants or the beach within 5 mins. The villa was clean, well equipped and spaciousness and although we were just an older couple with no travelling family on this trip it would swallow up two families of four comfortably with no problem in our view. Nice to find a welcome pack provided on arrival which was much appreciated and access and communication was good throughout our 11 day stay. Overall good value for money and recommended.

Have no major issues really but we were arriving at the start of the season and to be honest the plates, cutlery and cooking pots were a bit of a mismatch with chips on some and could have benefited from an update. Not an expensive upgrade really but would have made a significant better first impression but this is really minor just feedback to think about.

Excellent location, would come back.

The house is extremely clean, excellent back yard, the location is terrfic ,quiet surroundingand the host was very responsive.

The bathroom (Shower) is very clean and well maintained, but a bit old .

Good

Very convenenient location - walking distance from beach and city centre. The house is beautiful and well maintained, most basics are provided. Upon arrival we found a welcome set of basic foods in the fridge which was a very nice touch. Very nice backyard !

- Internet was not working upon arrival and was fixed only after a day. - Water supply broke down and we were without any (hot and cold water) until the next day, host was prompt to fix. - The double bed is creaky, pillows so high and hard that it was impossible for us to sleep on (we had to sleep on folded towels) and unfortunately the hosts could not offer any alternative. Being very frequent travellers it is the first time we have had a pillow problem and given that previous guests have indicated the same - they really are uncomfortable and alterntives should be provided. - Being a company of 3 adults + baby we found the upper floor space very limited. And on a personal note, the host, even though professionally great, could have a slightly warmer attitude towards the guests - sometimes this changes everything.

Location, spacious with nice veranda and great backyard. Good facilities, very friendly staff.

Minor details, eg lack of hooks behind doors in the bedroom.
