Gostei de tudo, em especial, área SPA com sauna seca e úmida mais hidromassagem aquecida. E o ambiente
é lindo demais!

My husband and I have been traveling around Bolivia for 2 weeks and have stayed in 5 * hotels in La Paz, Uyuni etc, but this hotel was the best value for the $. From friendly staff to great breakfast, spacious room etc, we really enjoyed staying there!
A Shower booth with door or shower curtain would be appreciated.
The bathroom is quite big( which I loved), so shower booth with half door was too cold in August in Bolivia! Hanging shower curtain would solve the problem easily!

The bed in the rooms were not the most comfortable

Large rooms, heated pool and playground.
Sauna was great and the staff were very friendly.
No drinking water other than individual small drinking bottles for purchase.
No heating in common and dinning areas and temperatures were near 0 Celsius.
Hot tub was “warm” and over chlorinated to the point it bleached my shorts.

Everything!
Distance and road from city was not well lid at night.

Even when being very 80's style, the hotel was very good.
The room was very very far from the lobby and restaurante. No river view even when it was clear the building could have had this option.
No 24hs room service.

It was the perfect vacation place up in the mountains with a wonderful view. The spa service was excellent. One of the best massage I've ever gotten. My family and I will go back there for sure.

Very friendly staff. The common areas are quite nice. The breakfast was very well prepared, as were the other meals we ended up eating in the hotel. Big and well equiped bedroon with a nice view of the city and the river.
The bedroon was well manteined, but it is starting to show its age.
