Patricia and Maria are exceptionally friendly persons, they made us feel like we're staying at friend's place. The room was cozy and clean when we arrived and it was cleaned every day (during our absence). We also got fresh towels every second day or so. We were allowed to use the kitchen to boil some water for pasta/coffee and borrow plates/glasses/cups as well. The courtyard is amazing with plenty of space - Afternoon chill with cup of coffee or evening times with glass of wine were so relaxing!
The place is located just one street next to the main street(s) where the city lives during the late afternoon/evening hours. Meaning it was really calm there (no street noise) but whenever we wanted to go out and enjoy the night life it took like 30seconds to merge with dozen of other people walking the streets.
If we ever visit San Vito in the future again, we know where to stay :)
We were missing Electric kettle to boil some water for coffee. But as mentioned we could use the gas stove so not a big deal.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the fact that it was personalized was really nice—you got to choose the day before what you wanted and that was such a treat. The location was perfect because it was close to everything, but not on a busy/loud street. The hosts were super accommodating and lovely.
Because the room we were in had windows that looked out onto the public courtyard and stairwell, we couldn't really open the blinds which meant there wasn't much natural light in the room which was a bummer. Having more water available would have been nice. They told us that we shouldn't drink the tap water, but there wasn't water available except at breakfast. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it also wasn't uncomfortable. We slept well, but could've slept better.

I stayed in this wonderful B&B for the second year in row. Can’t praise it highly enough. A fantastic place to relax in San Vito. Very close to the town center, but still very quit. But what makes it extraordinary are the lovely people working there. You will be checked in by Matteo in perfect English and he will give you many helpful recommendations. And Maria will welcome you warmly for breakfast and spoil you with many delicious Sicilian treats like Cannoli or Cornetti.

The property is in a great location. Our room was also very spacious and clean. We were also really happy with how generous and delicious breakfast was each morning.

beautiful place, relaxing and a little bit out of the hustle and bustle, Lovely area to breakfast or chill out in the Patio, rooms were very good, only our room was near the road so we could not open curtains as we can see people passing by but not a problem as it was only one Night.
they went the extra mile with our breakfast, we did request 2 cannoli in the morning and they were ready for us, THANK YOU MARIA, for serving us Breakfast with a Smile always. and THANK YOU as well to MATEO that welcome us with a Smile and help us beautifully with All our request and gave us all the important information. GRAZIE MILE
May be to know in advance if you come with car you can’t park in the street and have to take it to a nearby parking for 7eur but everything WAS GREAT, THANK YOU

Nice place to stay. Very beautiful patio. Tasty and various breakfast. Near the beach and central street. Communication with the owner 24/7 if is necessary.
Mosquitoes at night

This is probably the most friendly, efficient and civilised place I have ever stayed. Small and modest in scale, every detail is meticulously observed; communications before and during our stay were remarkable; ordering the fresh bread and pastries for breakfast the night before was a joy (as they were when they arrived). The room was lovely, quiet and comfortable; the shower was splendid; the shady courtyard such a delight to sit and relax in. Managers and staff were all super attentive and cheerful. Just wonderful!! Sabir is just round the corner from the main drag of San Vito lo Capo in a quiet street, and five minutes from the beach. Exceptional value at relatively low cost.

location was perfect, the room was cozy and clean , breakfast was delicious, and the lady that made it was very sweet and attentive to our requests.

Great place, close to the city centre and the Beach. super patio to spend a little bit of time outside of the Room.

beautiful courtyard, super friendly and helpful staff that left a lasting impression, perfect location and lovely breakfast.
the shower keeps changing temperature, the water does not run consistently through all the holes in the shower head and the double bed consisted of 2 single mattresses kept together with a sheet. the bed would be much better if it had a double mattress instead. with these alterations the property would be absolutely perfect.

Welcoming staff from the moment we arrived right to when we left... the b&b is a hidden gem just a stone throw from the main corso and the beach... beautiful, cozy, clean and truly Sicilian. Amazing breakfast that you can choose between sweet or savoury (the pane cunzatu was to die for!!)..I don't think it can get any better! We'll definitely come again soon!

The location was a short walk to the beach and the no hassle parking area. We appreciated the effort made to accommodate our diet. In spite of needing a little maintenance, the courtyard was nice. The location was quiet even tho our room was closest to the road. Swimming in the ocean there was incredible and safe for kids.
Our room felt dark and maybe we would have chosen a different one at the property (we really couldn’t keep curtains open since we were right on the street/sidewalk).

Very pretty B&B, big room, very comfortable. Right around the corner from all restaurants, 5 minute walk to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff.

Extremely good location, nice & helpful staff, the room was great as well.
Our room got a little wet one night when there was a big rain. Also, a little expensive compared to our other acccomodations in Sicily.
