Great location and good price

Great location and amazing breakfast included. On the last day my partner was sick and they were really helpful allowing us to stay a bit longer and helping us sort the transport to the airport. They saved us.

The room wasn’t very well lit up, shower was a bit blocked and we never had a hand towel. I did mention the first but there’s nothing they can do as there is no installation for a main light, the other 2 I didn’t mention, so conscious they might have fixed if I did.

Très bien placé dans une rue piétonne et proche de tout. Excellent déjeuner servi accompagné d’un bon café. Prix raisonnable. Lit très confortable

La ubicación estaba increíble ! El detalle del postre en la habitación nos encanto El aroma precioso Un lugar muy lindo para quedarse

Falta Ventilación en el cuarto Ya sea de un ventilador o un mini split ya que se siente muy sofocado El café es muy bueno Solo ya no pudimos desayunar ahí por problemas que ellos tenían Tal vez tener un poco más de cuidado con la cuestión del huésped

Comfortable and nice breakfast in the center

Great coffee and breakfast. Very nice spacious room. Good location in the middle of town.

The sheets and towels are just not clean. They have been washed but with black and rusty stains. Probably from hanging to dry in a rusty space or line.

Exceptional

Very central, right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops. The room was incredibly comfortable with warm comfortable beds and even though it's central you cannot hear any noise from the street. The staff are wonderful and friendly and very knowledgeable about their coffee.

everything was great. we didn’t had any problems with it but be aware that the staff doesn’t speak any English. but they are very nice and helpful and will try to understand you so you should be fine

Location & Design, clean and organized with comfortable beds. Easy access, the staff was great really helpful and service oriented.

Noisy room, you ccould hear the noise from bars and other rooms around. Due to location is convenient if you want to go to pub walk, but on the other hand it'll be noisy around. Rooms didn't have hair dryer, neither hand soap.

Superb

The room is spacious and nicely decorated. The bed is a bliss! Lots of nice touches: fresh flowers, a water jug filled every day, good hand soap and lotion, etc. There's a kettle and a mini fridge - very useful. Best way of communication is over the phone. Best suited for people without a car.

It can get a bit noisy at night (you hear the bass from a nearby bar) but it is to be expected when you have such a central location. First cleaning wasn't the greatest but we were able to check-in half an hour early.

The perfect San Christobal stay!

we absolutely loved our stay! beautiful room, wonderful staff, great breakfast and coffee, perfect location. we wish we could have stayed longer!

Room was cold (winter time) and no heating, but we were perfectly warm during the night. a pyjamas and socks will do you good if you plan to stay here during the winter. a pair of ear plugs can be useful too, as the windows are not the most sound proof. but it was nothing that hindered our nights sleep. in the bathroom there was some signs of mold, that should be attended to. probably because of poor air circulation. but overall just a beautiful room with great facilities.

A great stay, but don't work from home here

Nice bed, good shower as long as you keep it short, location is right in the thick of all the action, coffee lovers will love it, breakfast was good.

Wifi is strong but spotty. Do not stay here if you need to work from home and take meetings. No heater, no hairdryer.

A welcoming hotel with excellent coffee.

The hotel is part of a sophisticated coffee house in the center of town. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Our room was more like a suite, being large and spacious. The bed and other furniture were comfortable, and the bathroom was large and modern. We loved the breakfasts (included), which were chosen from the cafe menu. The coffee was - of course- delicious.

The placement of the large screen TV made it difficult to sit and watch it. Being in the center of town, there was music from a nearby club that continued past midnight.

Very nice and clean room. Great breakfast & coffee + good and stable wifi. very central in very nice pedestrian street. super nice and helpful stuff. i forgot my laptop and they helped a lot organizing a shipment to receive it in a different Location.

On Sunday (dia de los muertes) there was music and bass quite loud to hear at the room. It‘s very central so you probably have to accept a bit of noise. (Monday was quite after 10pm).

WOW!!! WHAT A PLACE TO STAY!

Location!!! Our room was incredible! Surpisingly it was quite and peaceful. Had are own huge balcony as well. Recieved a 250 g coffee as well which was such a great gesture! Amazing amazing stay!!! So clean, beautiful, big rooms! Great shower and other facilities. Highly recommened!!!

That the staff did not speak or understand English, what made it difficult to communicate. Breakfast is tasty but small. I didn't like that the reception was a part of the coffee shop. That means that when the workers of the coffee shop finish their work day- there is no one at the reception during the night if you need something. The only person left at night is the guard that does not speak English.

Very sweet little café-with-rooms in an ideal location in San Cristóbal. Great breakfasts. Note it is on a pedestrian street so, if arriving by taxi, you'll be dropped at the corner.

Dream place for coffee lovers.

Beautiful room, nice interior touches, comfortable bed (a bit smaller than expected), loved the fresh flowers. Breakfast and coffee was excellent. Staff really nice.

As you are in the city centre, expect some noise on Friday and Saturday nights as it gets busy. Also, during the day some drum parades. 🙂 If you like to be in the middle of action, this is the place. But set of earplugs will sort you out. Also, no private place for guests to chill outside, like a terrace etc.

Great location for young people looking to party but not great if you want to sleep or have kids with you.

the property was Very clean and had a very central location. The cafe downstairs has great food and coffee. The courtyard is a great place to have breakfast.

it was so loud at night from the bar downstairs that we couldn’t sleep. I tried to msg the hotel through booking but no one responded for 2 days.

At the best coffee shop in San Cristobal. The included breakfast allows you to sample everything. The location is also excellent!

My room was damp and towels won't dry. The room can also be a bit nosy in comparison to Casa Lum. The water temperature is unstable but I think the water is filtered so very soft and nice.

Perfeft location, great food/coffee, amazing staff

The location was amazing, property was well maintained and clean, room was comfortable, and the staff were amazing. Our stay had breakfast included, and the food was great. We were leaving early to go on tours a couple of the days and they even packed us up a lunch to take on our adventures. They absolutely went above and beyond and made the experience amazing.

Exceptional

We had a very nice stay at this cosy casa! Breakfast was delicious and freshly made, their cappuccino is the best we've had in Mexico and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are decent and clean and the location is perfect to discover San Cristobal. Would 100% recommend.

Even though it did not bother us, the location of Cafeologo is quite central, so there can be some noise from the street.
