We felt a home, the staff is amazing. The restaurant is really good. We’ve been traveling for several months and bokre hostel was life a home to us, we ended up extending our stay
We would have loved to have more space for the kids to play and run around.

The price was reasonable. The hotel was clean. The bed and pillow is comfy. The food at the hotel (I had fish Amok) was yummy. The staffs were friendly. They even let me use the towel and public bathroom to shower after I checked out and waiting to catch my flight back. And you can hire the tuk tuk driver from the hostel or buy a tour for a reasonable price.
And they provide free filtered water! And complimentary pick-up from the airport.
- More hooks to hang towels in the bathroom of private bedroom could be very useful.
- The location is a bit far if you're a solo female traveller walking to pub street at night time. But not too far if you walk with group of friends, I guess.

Location was great. Stores and eateries nearby. There's a money changer near. Angkor supermarket was about a 10 minute walk. Drinking water is available, you just need to have a water bottle. They have a restaurant so if you don't have time to go out, you can eat there. My room faces East so I see the sky during sunrise. Staff was wonderful.
4.7
I like the room-it's cozy & clean, the staff-they're nice & kind, the location-near stores & there's tuktuk everywhere, & the complimentary airport pick-up-we felt special.
Removing the shoes before entering the facility w/o giving slippers.
4.7
The staff were very friendly and helpful - always willing to help when booking excursions/onwards travel etc. The hostel was really nice, felt more like a hotel, beautiful pool and outdoor space.
Nothing

The room is clean, quiet, and wifi is okay.

Good place
Good food
Friendly service
- Tuktuk tour driver said he was not welcome inside
- Some miscommunication about the bus I booked
4.7
The service was outstanding, the staff treated us with care and attended to our needs.
We were able to pick us up, extend our stay, book our tours, use the tuktuk at a good price, and had even reserved our breakfast for the tour.
The rooms for larger groups (6) were on the top floor, and the stairs were slightly narrow, so just keep that in mind. It can be an exercise going up and down.
Also, the air conditioner took a bit of time to cool the room so we had to keep it open all day.

Friendly staff. Private "pod". Good options for food/drink. Great location.
Not a party hostel, but still gives room to be social; so slept great.
Overall, great atmosphere.
N/A.

The staff was great and really helpful.
Included breakfast's not worth it unfortunately. You pay extra 4 dollars but better options on the menu are cheaper.
4.7
Friendly staff, resonable prices on thier restaurant.

everything was perfect best hostel in the north of Cambodia

Stuff was unbelievably nice and friendly! You almost don't feel you are in a hostel. Facilities super clean and taken care of. Best hostel I've ever been.
Nothing!

I'd definitely come back to Bokre Angkor when I am back to Siem Reap. The rooms are spotlessly clean, bed is comfortable, water refill stations on each floor, friendly staff that helped us with everything we needed, great bar and restaurant, quiet at night.
Absolutely nothing

The staff are all very kind and helpful. There are also water dispenser to get hot / cold water for free. Wifi is strong and the TV works amazing with Netflix, Youtube available, great if you didn't want to spend the day out in the heat. You can book the tuk-tuk driver for your full day Angkor trip. Also has various other activities available for booking. Location is a bit further from the main street; pub street area, but it's still walkable. And ~15 mins to the Airport.
The bed is hard.

Very nice hostel, which feels more like a hotel. Super friendly staff.
if you need a tuktuk driver to the temples, I can highly recommend Mr. Sy. He is so kind and will tell you a lot about the temples and culture.
4.7
The location is great, close to many bars and restaurants. The staff was very nice and polite and I really enjoyed the small circuit tour they provide. Also a nice bar/restaurant downstairs, great for breakfast or a beer. Lovely people staying here as well. Definitely worth the price.
The aircon didn’t work very well but the fan actually worked strong enough to make the room very cool so honestly wasn’t an issue at all
4.7
Beautiful hotel. Nice clean rooms with a fridge and water jug that you can refill on each floor with a self serve water machine which was really useful! Restaurant was nice and reasonable price. Staff were lovely and helpful. Laundry was quick and very clean.
4.7
Just the bathroom door, doesn't lock when you go outside since it's a barrel lock type (not a door knob) when you go inside the bathroom. So, when no one is using the bathroom, it won't close. But it doesn't matter that much since the air-conditioning is very good.
4.7
It is the perfect size, very clean, not a party hostel. It is close to the river, close to the night life area, and of course close to the ruins, and to grocery stores.
Staff are exceptional. The BEST part, they don't encourage plastic, single use water bottles, they use filtered. The food cooked here was always good, and a great variety. Tuk, tuk drivers always available.
4.7
Superb place, great staff and location. Really clean. You can rent good bicycles, have wonderful a la carte meals.
Nothing.

I can't praise this hostel enough! I'd definitely return, even if it's just for the super friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in high end hotels in Europe (Hilton etc) and the service was comparable! I even came back to book my tours there and the bus to Phnom Penh and they went out of their way to do everything for me even though I wasmz staying there anymore.
Also, the services are really fair prices, similar to outside services (laundry and food and tuktuk). Certainly not what I found in since other hostels. You may need to walk a bit to restaurant areas but the hotel restaurant is actually really good so that's really nice after a long day out.
It's a sociable place but not overly so. Some couples and families and overall a chilled vibe.
Thanks to the staff for making my stay so enjoyable! It made me feel very welcome in the hostel and the country!
Totally minor point: the swimming pool doesn't get any sun so hardly anyone used it as it was cold.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful 🥰

Absolutely amazing staying in this place!
The most important - super friendly and helpful staff! I extended my staying there 2 times, because I was in love with city and this hostel! And both times i had to move to another room, but guys helped me to move my stuff:)
I booked excursions on reception and bus ticket to Sihanoukvill, everything was perfect!
Not super fresh, but nice rooms! Equipped with everything!
Nice cafe downstairs!
Quick laundry service!
Not right in the center, you need to walk about 15 minutes, but its even better, quite place!
You should take off shoes on the entrance, but i cant tell that floors everywhere was perfectly clean 😁

good location. helpful and supportive staff. excellent service.
the room was clean, well equipped, free water.
showers were available , I had a late bus in the evening .

Lovely chilled hostel, amazing staff that help with booking tours and onward travel.

Very nice stay at Bokre Angkor Hostel. The area is quiet at night, but still close to good restaurants and Pub Street. The staff was very kind and accomodating, and helped with organising tours etc to Angkor Wat. The food at the cafe is good as well.
The rooms were not very soundproof, but since the area was quiet a nights sleep shouldn’t be a problem.
4.7
very home like atmosphere, clean and well managed.
4.7
The kindest staff I have ever met. They were welcoming, accommodating and always smily. The hotel offers tours (with or without guides), will book tuktuks for you anytime, buy tickets from various places in your stead, and more.
The food and drinks are cheap (4$ maximum) and genuinely delicious.
As promised, a Tuk Tuk will come pick you up at the airport for free.
The rooms are clean, there’s a wooden-box-safe, a mini fridge and a private bathroom.
The hostel is located in a smaller street, so there is absolutely no noise pollution.

I loved this hostel! It was clean and comfortable. The staff were so welcoming. You can book a group Angkor Wat tour through them, and also rent a bike or motorcycle or even book your bus to Phnom Penh. The place was maybe a 15-20 minute walk to Pub Street. I liked the location - walkable to other parts of town but not in the middle of the hustle bustle. It wasn’t a party hostel, it felt more like a boutique hotel. Their restaurant’s fish amok was very tasty! I wish all lodging felt like this.
