The Old Temperance Hall is a wonderful detached property dating from 1855 in the Staffordshire village of Kingsley. The property sleeps ten people and has five double bedrooms (one with an en-suite) and two family bathrooms. On the ground floor is an open plan living area with a kitchen and a sitting area. Outside is off road parking and a tiered lawned and decked garden with outdoor furniture. With all of Staffordshire and the Peak District to discover, The Old Temperance Hall is a superb holiday home for a family get together at any time of the year.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Gas range cooker with oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed terraced lawned garden with decks and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles. The Staffordshire Way, a long distance walking route, runs through the village, and there is a selection of walks for all abilities on the doorstep, plus a golf course in Whiston. A great touring base for exploring all of the Peak District and the Staffordshire Moorlands.
