Fora o que não gostei, um dia voltarei a este Hotel para passar a noite.

Não tomei café da manhã.

Não usei a TV e nem usei o ar condicionado. Achei muito barulhento. Quando acordei tinha várias formigas grandes andando pelo chão e saindo do ar condicionado. Tomei banho e aguardei dar o horário de sair do Hotel.

Bom custo-benefício para uma viagem curta

Localização excelente, ao lado do Metrô Catete, café da manhã muito bem servido. O preço é bem barato, então não espere um hotel 5 estrelas. É ótimo para quem precisa de uma hospedagem bem curta, após passar o dia todo andando pela cidade, apenas para dormir.

O quarto em que fiquei, no térreo, era ao lado de um telhado em que ficavam muitos pombos arrulhando, o que foi um tanto desagradável. Além disso, achei a cama muito baixa.

Ótimo custo-benefício no Flamengo

Com certeza o ponto alto é o atendimento, com ótimos funcionários educados e atenciosos. Em segundo plano, a localização, a limpeza e o conforto do quarto tb valem o destaque: cama confortável, ótimo chuveiro, ar funcionando bem.

Só não gostei muito da estratégia do café: entendo a logística, é farto e variado para uma pessoa, mas tira um pouquinho aquele prazer de ver e escolher as opções, e de certa forma gera até um pouco de desperdício por ter itens que talvez não iremos consumir no momento, seja por gosto ou pelo excesso de comida, pensando em alguém mais consciente e que come menos.

Localização ótima.Tem tudo por perto.Restaurantes,mercados,farmácias e etc.

Disappointing conditions, not worth the price of our stay

Breakfast was good; each person gets a full individual tray for themselves, but the breakfast is really the saving grace of this place. The bathroom was decent, with good hot water. Location-wise, it was near to other facilities.

The place needs far more maintenance and cleaning. Paint is peeling off the walls, and one of the rooms had an air conditioning unit that was surrounded by mold. When the bedsheet slid off, we could see that the mattress was threadbare underneath, exposing the sponge. There were some cockroaches waiting along the stairs, upon which you'll have to carry your luggages up and down as they don't have an elevator. The air conditioning is controlled at the front desk, and will be shut off whenever you leave the hotel, even if it's for 10 minutes. It was also mysteriously shut off in the middle of the night, and we had to call down to get it started again in the morning.

Extremely pleasant staff - dregs of society guests.

Other guests quite frankly behaved like animals. The first night I was at the hotel there was screaming and shouting from one of the rooms. The management threatened to call the police. On the second day, At breakfast, a chap who had clear Covid symptoms was coughing continuously whilst eating in a packed room. On the third day I was there I sitting eating my breakfast and the same guest arrived and proceeded to cough continuously whilst everyone was eating. He did not put his hand in front of his mouth whilst coughing so I got up and left. I had loud music/ talking outside of my room on more than one occasion which I felt was highly disrespectful.

Slightly below the minimum. OK if you are desperate, but not one to go back to.

It is where it is Not much else positive - Air condition at least worked.

Rules- no washing, don`t do this don`t do that.. Mostly Bodged. No Lift, AND Disfunctional Internet.
