“The Julia” was perfectly situated for our stay! The amenities are as advertised and the property team was attentive to our needs. We had a fabulous experience!

The place was a great location, walking distance to center of everything but far enough that we enjoyed peace as well.

We loved our stay in the Arts/Warehouse District. This great condo was perfectly located to walk to the French Quarter or grab the St Charles Trolley to the Garden District and beyond. With high ceilings, new appliances and a balcony that is perfectly shaded in the afternoon, what more could we want for in accommodations. The little neighborhood bar downstairs, The Little Easy, was like a second living room where we would inevitably end our evenings, whether catching Trivia Night or just a nightcap before tucking in. The Grocery store was easily reached by foot for stocking the fridge. And the property manager was incredibly easy to reach, accommodating and eager to help. This is definitely our new place to stay when we come to New Orleans.

One of our NOLA favorites. Great location. Very comfortable.

Great location, near St. Charles Streetcar, restaurants, art galleries, CVS and supermarket. The balcony was a nice plus and the restaurant downstairs was a good neighbor. There were some small maintenance issues, but the property managers were responsive.

Our family had a great time staying in this condo. Plenty of space, bathrooms, and a great balcony! The kitchen was stocked with coffee and the place was also stocked with plenty of necessities. Streetcar stop is on the corner, grocery store 2 blocks away, great restaurants nearby. All the conveniences of being in the city without all of the hustle & bustle of the French Quarter. Easy walk to a Pelicans game. Same for walking to the river or French Quarter. Also just as easy to get an Uber. We loved sitting on the balcony. The property manager Barbara was amazing with suggestions for our visit. Perfect for our family of 4. We highly recommend staying here!

This property was fantastic! The location was super convenient for walking to the quarter and was also cheap for ride shares back after long days in the quarter. Outside of the quarter, it was close to plenty of great coffee shops, classy restaurants, and is right above The Little Easy, which is an awesome little dive bar downstairs. The unit was very clean and comfortable during our stay with plenty of space for two couples. Barbara and Gina were total rockstars and went above and beyond with helping us out with extra amenities and any questions prior to and during our stay. Definitely coming back on our next trip to NOLA!

The property is beautiful and in a great location. We stopped by The Little Easy numerous times (bar below). It was so nice to take the street car.
Thank you!

This location was perfect for our weekend. Great location - the block is mainly art galleries and residences with one small bar / restaurant so the area was pretty quiet. Great proximity to everything we needed in the Warehouse District - and an easy walk to the Dome for a Saints victory. Plenty of parking nearby. The property was clean and well maintained - nicely stocked with a few necessities (water, Gatorade, coffee and creamer etc) Just enough to get you started. The management was constantly in communication to make sure we had everything needed. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had the best time at this property. Barbara Williams and her team were so helpful during and leading up to our stay. Whether is was recommendations or offering a grocery concierge service, they were on top of it!
The space and appliances were clean and modern. My friend and I had plenty of space to spread out for the weekend with two bedrooms and spacious common areas. The unit is in a lovely open complex with exposed brick, beautiful balconies, high ceilings, etc. The location was fantastic too. So much within walking distance and a popular bar right downstairs (though you couldn't tell at night). I can't imagine staying anywhere else on my next trip to New Orleans!

Roomy, comfy, well-managed by professionals. Balcony faces Julia Street, over a very active bar, The Little Easy. Reasonably quiet for NOLA. Well stocked with toiletries, dish and laundry soap, etc, but nothing in the kitchen except salt and pepper. Modern appliances in good working condition. Dining space for four people at high top table. Minimal but perfectly adequate kitchen equipment, all new.

We stayed M-Sat with our adult daughter. The owner Barbara is very pleasant and helpful, and facilitated an early check-in. We enjoyed the balcony for breakfast everyday. The condo is lovely as pictured. Close to groceries and the street car. With some arthritis in my knee, this location was not within walking distance for me to popular sights so we used the "St Charles - route 12" street car (just outside the building) during the day and used Uber in the evening. We enjoyed the Cuban po'boy from The Little Easy downstairs. We would stay there again.

This condo is a great place to stay. It is clean, the beds where comfortable and has a modern decor. I loved sitting on the balcony and relaxing. We had a problem with our door and the staff helped us right then. I would stay there again.

We literally walked EVERYWHERE we wanted to go, even to the football game. Very cool to hang out on balcony and people watch but overall we had a great experience and it didn't disappoint. From the newer appliances to the overall help from Barbara leading up to our stay. It was a perfect 10. Will definitely book with them again.

Great historic property, great location
Don’t let the entrance put you off - the condo is a great place to stay! High ceilings, floor to ceiling windows on both sides of the unit, and the living area windows open (yay! fresh air!) to the balcony. The furnishings are comfortable and appealing. Everything I needed for my stay was there, including cooking supplies. Barbara was great and very responsive to my unique needs (chemical sensitivity). The Central Business/Warehouse District is my favorite place to stay. It’s easy to get around, walkable to the common attractions, but far enough away to get a peaceful and quiet night’s sleep. And if you have a car, parking is close and easy when you arrange it in advance.

The condo was in a great location nearby many fantastic restaurants on our list and a quick walk from the grocery store. The Little Easy bar on street level below came in handy. 20-minute walk to the French Quarter and trolley stop across the street. Apartment was clean and comfortable and we loved the balcony. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Nice condo unit, clean & modern, well equipped, and with comfortable beds. Entrance is a little odd, unwelcoming, but beyond that everything is very OK. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, so you'll need to walk or take a rideshare to get to French Quarter or Frenchmen Street. But there are several very good restaurants and breakfast spots very nearby..

Beautiful property/great location
The condo is in an historic building that was built in the 1830's. High ceilings, brick walls and large windows add to the charm. The property manager keeps the condo clean and they are great to work with and provide lots of information ahead of time to help you be prepared. The location is perfect - easy to get to all the various areas of the city. We will stay here again.

I really liked the condo. It was as expected from the photos in the listing. The convenience of the property to how close everything is was good. Very clean lots of space and nice neighborhood. Would definitely rebook this place again. The communication from the host was quick and helpful. I would recommend this place to others.

Beautiful rental, great location!
We had a great time. The rental was beautiful and in an awesome location. Close enough to the fun, but also quiet and relaxing. The owners are very good at communicating and offering suggestions/tips. We'd definitely come back - only thing we'd bring next time to make it better is a sleeping mask. The beds are super comfy but the master bedroom has a LOT of light come through the blinds from the hallway. Other than that, the stay was perfect. Thanks!
