Nice overnight stop on the journey to the south of Italy

Very cozy room with a private bathroom in the center of Cosenza. We didn't meet the host personally, but we played a "treasure hunt game" by phone with him - that was how to find keys to enter the house and the room. I was a little confused at first, but then I had fun with this "game". In the morning we had a simple breakfast (coffee and croissant, included in the room price) in the nearby cafeteria where we left the keys. We were happy that we could use private parking behind the fence (we had to pay additional 10 EUR).

Nothing to complain about.

Perfect

I only did a one night stop over. It was perfect! I called when I arrived (after 10 pm) and I was talked through the entrance procedure. Room was nice, private (large) bathroom, mini fridge, bottle of water, comfy bed & pillows. Was walking distance to the bus station, shopping blvd, the river with historic buildings and a flea market! Breakfast voucher for a Cafe across street (best latte in Italy so far).

Owner friendly, facility quiet, room comfortable. closed to shopping and dining.

Owner is very friendly. He help us contact local relative and let us to meet. We got sick, and he help to arrange a taxi to train station. Facilities is quiet, clean, show is very good. Closed to shopping and dinning. There is one bus stop(come from train station) closed to front door.

Superb

Great place to stay for a great value. Very clean and comfortable and my room had a great bathroom. Had air conditioning and heating. Wifi was very good, high speed the whole time, and you get a voucher for a free coffee and baked good at a cafe nearby. Even came with a couple drinks in the fridge. I would reccomend this place to anyone, would be great for couples, but I was just solo traveling with friends who stayed elsewhere. Friendly and helpful staff too!

Recommendable if you want to stay in Cosenza which is not the most beautiful city of the Mezzogiorno.

Quiet place but very close to the new center. To visit sights in the old center you need a car or bus.

Extra charge of 10€ for parking without prior information.

Good option if you don't need to sleep

Good English spoken, the room is modern, has Netflix, the host even offered to hold the bag for me for 2 hours after check out, which I didn't need in the end. So what's the catch? NOISE.

The accommodation is on a street that carries a lot of traffic. On weekend, this is compounded by partygoers who yell well into the wee hours. I was allocated the Green Room which faces the street. Being it at mezzanine level, I could almost touch the heads of people passing by. You will be fine if this doesn't bother or take a punt on a weekday. I absolutely hated it. Low score purely for the sleep deprivation.

Great location. Quiet, clean room with all the basics.

Our host gave us a coupon to get breakfast at Ice Cafe across from the B&B. The waiter there served us juice and a chocolate croissant—we opted for no coffee. The chocolate croissant was fabulous.

The bed seemed softer than what we are used to. But the location was excellent, very close to the pedestrian street where people turned out to stroll before dinner. And we were able to park the car in a lot in back of the building for just 10 euro.

Comfortable room, neatly decorated, appliances work correct. good location in city center, 10 minute walk to old center. Italian breakfast across the street in the café with fresh croissant and real coffee. Private paid parking available on the premises.

B&B in the centre of Cosenza

The B&B is in a very central location. It was clean and very good value for the price. Very friendly contact. If come by car, you can park nearby, or ask the owner for parking space. We enjoyed our stay!
