The charming designer apartment is located on the first floor and is totalmento renewed. There are 3 large bedrooms all with wardrobes and 3 designer bathrooms, 2 with large showers and one with a bath. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, air conditioning, heating, fully equipped kitchen and equipped with dishwasher. There are also iron, hair dryer, washing machine and dryer and everything you need to allow a family of 6 people to enjoy your holiday in the apartment comfortably ..
A few steps from the apartment are numerous excellent restaurants, as well as two supermarkets and small shops for everyday expenses. There are also two pharmacies, a bank and a post office.
The vaporetto stop Gardens is located just 100 meters from the apartment and you can reach among others in a few minutes the beaches of Venice Lido.

We really liked the location of this property. It was close enough to walk to St. Marks Square but far out enough to be away from crowds. There were also a nice selection of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. Apartment was clean and spacious.

We loved the many restaurants and cafes nearby. It was nice to have Netflix when we came home from a long day of sight-seeing! . Elena was a very charming and cordial manager. Appliances, beds, baths, and kitchen equipment were all top-notch. I would love to stay here again for a longer visit.,

We really loved this apartment in Venice. The apartment was extremely clean, well maintained and the décor was lovely. Very spacious and the beds were great. Fantastic for a family of 4 with the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Air conditioning worked great. The location was fabulous. Lots of dining options right outside the door, grocery shops, very quiet at night and we barely heard the others who lived in the building. The water bus stop closest to the apartment was great and it was just 2 stops to the Venice Lido which was fantastic with the super hot weather to enjoy a day at the beach. Also easy to get to the islands from Murano and Burano from the closest water bus stop. A nice walk over to St.Mark's. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment and super host, very close to the heart of Venice whilst being away from the hustle and bustle. Apartment was well equipped but would benefit from having an extra sofa space/chair in the lounge for the 6h person.
Some noise in the front bedroom early mornings 7am as the bar below sets up for the day, but other rooms very quiet and all true to pictures.

The Host was amazing as she met us at the dock and walked us to her wonderful home! The home was immaculate and clean. It was accommodating with three large bathrooms and three bedrooms. The location was spectacular with surrounding restaurants and markets. Only two minute walk from water taxi and 15 minutes to the Basilica! We will definitely stay again!

Elena’s care and attention was the icing on the very fantastic cake of a well designed 3 bedroom apartment right near the Arsenale and Guiardini. The local shopping for at home cooking is superb as are the local restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked a meal for 9 people several nights without any problems. It’s clean, comfortable (ok a better couch would be appreciated) and well stocked with linens, towels and basic things like toilet paper, napkins etc.

This stunning apartment has everything: location, space, light, comfort, etc. Just downstairs you find endless excellent food/drink options and in a few minutes you can walk to the water or the gardens or the shops. There are two ensuite bedrooms and a third bedroom and bath next to each other. The central open living area is perfect. We four friends all agreed it was our favorite Venice stay ever.

Amazing stay with convenient location
My family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this conveniently located property. It has multiple restaurants, a grocery store, and bakery within walking distance. The property itself is well-appointed with 3 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, A/C (a must in summer), and WiFi. Elena, the property manager, was very communicative before our arrival and helped us navigate transportation from the airport to the vaporetto stop closest to the property. She even met us at the stop and walked us to the apartment and recommended restaurants, a gondola ride, and how to navigate the vaporetto lines to Lido, Murano, and Burano. I highly recommend this apartment when staying in Venice!

Elena, our host, was incredible. She answering our questions quickly prior to arrival and was available during our visit if we needed advice. She even texted during our stay to make sure everything was alright. Elena met us at the dock at the exact moment our water taxi arrived and we immediately were comfortable. Elena explained her city and made excellent recommendations.
The apartment has three full baths. Two are accessed through bedrooms and one was in the hall leading to a bedroom. There are many little touches that make it like a home that has been truely loved. It is so much more than a rental. There is plenty of dishware, and supplies to get you started, like paper towels and napkins. The air conditioning was efficient which we turned off during the day to save electricity. We were a family of two children in their twenties, parents and an aunt. This was a perfect place for us. During our stay we did a walking tour of Venice, went to Murano and Burano by valporetta, and walked to the center of the city daily. The neighborhood has its own restaurants and bakeries so after a long day of crowds it is a beautiful oasis that smells beautifully while the jasmine is in bloom early summer. There are turtles to watch In the park and super yachts that park at the end of the road. I can’t say enough of the beauty of this experience.

My family had a fantastic stay in this apartment.
Great location near to bars & restaurants. Only 20min walk along the front lagoon to St. Mark’s square. Elena was a fabulous host and helped us whenever asked. Thank you Elena. Highly recommended.

Bellissima casa nel sestiere di Castello
Casa bella e confortevole, dotata anche di quei piccoli accessori che spesso non si trovano nelle case in locazione, attaccapanni in ogni stanza, completa fornitura di stoviglie per la cucina ecc.
Posizione defilata dai grandi movimenti turistici ma comunque vivace e a due passi dalle fermate dei vaporetti. Assolutamente consigliabile.

Apartment is extremely comfortable and perfectly located. Right on Via Garibaldi, directly across from the Giardini. Elena provided great direction from the airport and was there to meet us upon arrival. When in Venice Castello and this apartment is the place to stay!

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely 3 BR, 3 Bath property. The location is just perfect with a grocery, 2 pharmacies & many restaurants right at our door. It was a short walk to St. Marks Square & so much better than staying right there as it was less hustle & bustle. Very convenient to the vaporetto. Our hostess was excellent. Check in & out was easy. Hope to go again!

Amazing Home!
We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely 3 BR, 3 Bath property. The location is just perfect with a grocery, 2 pharmacies & many restaurants right at our door. It was a short walk to St. Marks Square & so much better than staying right there as it was less hustle & bustle. Very convenient to the vaporetto. Our hostess was excellent. Check in & out was easy. Hope to go again!

perfekte Lage, super Ausstattung, sympathische Vermieter
Wir verbrachten eine Woche mit 6 Personen in dieser Wohnung. Die Lage ist optimal, ursprünglich, zentrumsnah mit herrlichem Weg an der Lagune zum Marcusplatz. Die Übergabe war unkompliziert und Elena ist eine äußerst sympathische und für alle Fragen offene Frau. Wir waren mit unseren 75-jährigen Eltern da, die Treppe zur Wohnung ist recht steil, ansonsten für ältere Leute kein Problem.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants sind für alle Ansprüche vorhanden.
Die Spülmaschine war kaputt, eine Reparatur kurzfristig leider nicht möglich.
Alles in allem ist diese Wohnung eine klare Empfehlung.

A Hidden Gem
The apartment was a fabulous base to explore Venice from. Castello is a beautiful area which is less crowded than the main tourist sites and has a lovely relaxed feel to it. Via Garibaldi is a wide street with lots of bars and restaurants, supermarket, bakery and fruit and veg stalls. Elena was really helpful with travel tips and met us at the vaporetto stop. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. You can walk to St Mark's Square along the water front in about 20 mins. We would recommend the Secret Itineraries tour of the Palace. We also did a trip to Burano and Murano using the vaporetto 24 hour pass and a trip on Vaporetto 1 at night is a must!

Clean and modern, it’s lovely, spacious and perfectly laid out, with a nice living area and 3 good size bedrooms each with a bath. Love the terrace overlooking the street. First of all our hostess was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us with getting into and out of the city of Venice. She was informative of everything to do in the city and was very prompt with communication. The appartment was super clean, very spacious and in a very quaint location. There were many local restaurants on the walkway that the apartment is located. We visited a couple of them and the food was awesome and prices were reasonable. This area is more laid back and away from the crowded main areas. However, the crowds are just a short walk away at busy areas such as San Marco's Square. I would highly recommend staying at this VRBO. Very affordable, safe, secure, clean, spacious, and all the comforts of home.

Great Place for a Family Stay
We loved staying in this apartment. All modern fittings in a beautiful old apartment with a view to the Garibaldi Statue. On a street popular with both locals and tourists, with lots of good restaurants and bars. Elena was enormously helpful in getting us settled. We used transit passes so we could easily walk to St Marks or take a Vaporetto there or elsewhere. We enjoyed Elena's instructions for putting out the trash-- take it to the trash barge in the morning.

Love love love this apt
It has everything you need, lots of space, comfy beds, good water pressure in the showers and we loved the location. Away from the crowds but an easy 15 minute walk to St. Marks Square and easy access to Murano, Burano and back to the Grand Canal. Lots of restaurants, fabulous pastry shops, a grocery store and a few retail shops all right down the street. Elena is a delight to work with and took very good care of us. We highly recommend this location!
