ok, but the noisy music spoilt our experience.

the check in was easy and the staff very friendly. we changed currency at the check in desk simply and quickly. the room was good and the lifts were fast.

the biggest problem was the extremely loud and thumping music on our first night. the music continued into the early hours of the morning. climbing into the high bath tub to have a shower was terrible. it was even worse trying to climb back out again.

El personal en general muy simpático y atento, la ubicación no es mala en 10 Minutos en taxi o menos estas en Dubái mall y te cobran entre 6 y 8 euros depende del tráfico, pero tienes la ventaja de no estar en el bullicio.

My stay here was excellent. Hotel is a short cab ride to most cool spots downtown and the Souks.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were amazing and friendly, outside of the hotel always had cabs, the hotel is clean and safe. The pool area is nice as well as the gym. Room service was second to none. I’d like to give a major shout out to Shohag. He was very help with my random questions.

I did not like the Wi-Fi and I did not like the fact that I was charged for heating up my food since it was purchased outside of the hotel. Beside that everything was great.

Posizione molto centrale con vista sul Burj Khalifa e gran canale, staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Ottima colazione con tante opzioni.

Non mi hanno risposto adeguatamente sulla richiesta Di transfer dall’areoporto per l’andata ma sono stati gentili per la richiesta sul ritorno. Alcune lenzuola e federe erano sporche

- Qualitativ hochwertiges und reichhaltiges Frühstück - Aussicht vom Zimmer auf die Spitze des Burj Khalifa - Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - Gute Zimmerausstattung

- Bezogen auf die Nähe zum Burj Khalifa muss erwähnt werden, dass dieses zur Fuß aufgrund des Kanals nicht erreicht werden kann (es ist eine kurze Taxifahrt notwendig)

Prima hotel voor verblijf in Dubai

Het kamers zijn erg ruim en werd elke dag schoongemaakt. Het personeel is ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Alle locaties in Dubai zijn met taxi en/of openbaar vervoer makkelijk te bereiken.

mistake in booking date and didnt change the date even after they confirmed they will change it

nothing cause staff were extremely unhelpful and entire reservation was booked for the wrong date

Made my reservation on Friday instead of Saturday n called in the same day to fix it but they keep saying we cant adjust it you have to contact booking.com, booking.com only allows messages to property and make requests, I requested to waive Friday booking off so I can make it on Saturday or switch it to Saturday, i got a response saying they will change it to Saturday and charge same booking amount, confirmed it with them and yet no one changed anything and today I have no reservation and I was charged for yesterday. Called the staff 3 times first time they insist I check the website for support and I didn't find any response from them, tried to call 3 more times and they say they will transfer me but end up hanging up immediately. Worst hospitality and staff, I highly DO NOT recommend staying here

good value for money for a short trip, but wouldn’t recommend for a long vacation if you like going to bed at a reasonab

The hotel looks nice itself, the view was very good, the pool in the hotel was working until quite late. We booked a standard room, but were upgraded to a better and bigger one on the spot. The location was across the river and it wasn’t doable to walk to the centre on foot, but the taxi was fast, convenient and cheap.

The water in the bathroom sink wasn’t going down, and one night we were waken up in the middle of the night (3am) since the alarm system supposedly worked in our room. The staff insisted on coming inside the room in the middle of the night, alright my partner answered the phone and assured that nothing was wrong and later opened the door, showed that nothing was wrong from the corridor and replied that no smoke or anything was happening. No apologies or anything happened the following day. a lot of noises from the rooms next door and parties happening in the hotel premises.

إقامة لمدة خمس ليالي في غرفة ثنائية السرير.

المكان هادئ و نظيف. قريب على التكسي و مواقف الباص. المصعد سريع. الكادر ودود و يحب تقديم المساعدة.

المكان بعيد عن الميترو. الإنترنيت ليس سريع خصوصا في الواتس اب. ليس قريباً من المناطق السياحية و إنما تحتاج إلى تكسي. المناشف في الحمام قديمة و ليست جديدة.

في الفتره الاخيره هناك ارتفاع في السعر بشكل غير طبيعي مع العلم الخدمات داخل الفندق سيئة إلى حد ما ، فندق يناسب فيئه معينه وليس الكل ، الغرف كئيبه إلى حد كبير ، ليست المره الاولى التي اسكن فيه في كل مره اكتشف شي جديد مختلف عن السابق ، اتوقع ثلاث ليال كنت مضطر عشان العام الجديد ، لا اتوقع ان اقيم فيه مرة أخرى عموما قد يناسب البعض ولكن بالنسبه لي مستواه جداً عادي وأقل من عادي وليس هناك شي يستحق الذكر سوى موقعه

The worst Management ever. You face one problem with reservation and the front desk won’t let you even reach the manager. And every time you try contacting the Manager they give an excuse. Plus: the phone lady has the worst attitude

L'accueil par Élisabeth qui parle français a été très agréable, elle a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour exceptionnel. Alphonse qui parle également français s'est occupé de nos bagages à notre arrivée et les a pris en charge le dernier jour, nous les avons récupérés pour aller prendre l'avion... La chambre grande et confortable avec une magnifique vue et une très belle salle de bain. La piscine grande et de très bonne température, hamman. Excellent petit déjeuner ! Bravo !

A good experience.!

The facility was good. I had a lil problem with my television and toiletry, but that was sorted out. Overall, it was good.

The cleaning service and maintainace. My television was broken and the cleaner didnt leave new towels in my room.

A warm welcome and a brief but happy and comfortable stay

Convenience, comfort, the staff were all unfailingly welcoming and helpful,, the pool, all were great. It was my birthday the day I arrived, and the person checking me in wished me a happy birthday with a warm smile, which made it perfect start to a brief but delightful stay.

Great staff, Receptionist Michele Roya, were very welcoming and friendly. Clean, comfortable rooms, great view of the canal. Amazing breakfast.
