Would not recommend this place Dirty,no lift, inadequate pool area with hard plastic beds

Absolutely nothing

First of all the lift was not working so I had to carry the luggage to the 1st floor The whole apartment smelled of stale cigarette smoke I had to sweep the floor as it was dusty Everything you required was extra €5 for remote control €20 if you wanted to change apartment Broken sun lounger Smell of sewage when I used the shower A change of towels twice while we were there, if we required the apartment to be cleaned it would cost more Only 1 key which made things awkward A very minimal apartment ……, I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone I was surprised that Booking . Com had it on their list I’ve stayed in a lot of places through booking. Com and they were lovely. This one was dreadful

Sijainti oli hyvä. Ihan ok huoneet.

Ovien alla hirveät raot mistä saattaa torakat päästä sisään. Henkilö kunta ei vastannut ennen lomaa lähetettyihin kyselyihin. Olisin halunnut varata huoneen näköalalla mutta en saanut vastausta. Booking sovellus tarjosi parempaa huonetta pienestä lisämaksusta, mutta paremmalla huoneella oli samat esittely tekstit joten en tiennyt mitä tuolla lisämaksulla saa.

Ikke vinduer soverom, dårlig luft Rom rett over resepsjon, mye støy Trang veranda, med utsikt rett inn i parkeringshus Prøvde oppgradere, alt opptatt sa de Ingen utsikt over basseng eller hav For nesten 900,- kr natten, elendig Veranda har mest å si når en drar alene, ikke gøy å tilbringe tid der Reiser mye til Puerto Rico, har aldri bodd så dårlig

Alle trappene Heis som aldri har fungert på de årene jeg har bodd der Slett ikke velutstyrt kjøkken som det stod i beskrivelsen Dårlig varmt vann Tror det var solcelle oppvarming 30 gr på morran og 30 gr etter solnedgang. Vannet va sjelden mer enn 45 gr Men at dere våger å ha så dårlig oppvarming på vannet Tenk legionella bakterier og annet som samler seg i dusjhode, vannkraner osv Dere kan i verste fall bli saksøkt om noen skulle bli syk der, les : legionellabakterier Leiligheta va helt okay, antar de ble pussa opp etter at båtflyktningene raserte der.

Consigliatissimo

Pulizia certosina della piscina ogni mattina. Molto silenzioso. Appartamento ben esposto, bellissima vista mare, vista tramonto e vista alba. Riparato dal vento. Cambio asciugamani e pulizia un giorno sì e un giorno no. Tutte le receptionist molto disponibili e gentili. La notte c'è una guardia che mi dà sicurezza e tranquillità, così non entra gente strana e non si fanno feste rumorose.

L'ascensore non ha mai funzionato, ma per me poco importava, perché avrei comunque utilizzato sempre le scale. Mi sarebbe stato comodo all'arrivo e al checkout per la valigia.

Skygg unna dette hotellet.

Lite vennlig personale. Skittent og ekkelt på rommet vi fikk. Skitten terrasse og ingen utsikt. Stor hvit murvegg på ene siden og resten sv terrassen var parkeringsplass.

A great little gem that is hidden. Booked this 4 days before we flew and the price was great.

Location was superb overlooking the beautiful Peurto Rico beach and had a good size balcony to enjoy the view.

That we only had 7 days

Positive surprise, good value for money

The beds were surprisingly good. Nice view from the balcony and the little shop was a good bonus.

Arrived late at night, so it was dark. It was hard to find the correct door.

Vistelsen var ok. Skulle lägenheten inventeras innan gäst anländer och städas enligt schema skulle upplevelsen öka avsev

Lägenheten var bra. Bra läge. Bra poolområde. Personalen i receptionen hjälpsam och trevlig.

Städning 1 gång, handduk bytt 2 gånger på 8 dagar, efter att vi sagt till i receptionen. Köksutrustning saknades när vi kom.

Aunque no hay servicio de desayuno, si puedes desayunar, comer y cenar aprovechando la estupenda cocina de la que dispone el apartamento. Asimismo, la cercanía de restaurantes, centros comerciales y lugares de restauración , facilitan el comer estupendamente y a todos los gustos y precios. Los Apartamentos Puerto Bello son encantadores, muy limpios, completos, con vistas magnificas. Muy bien atendidos por un personal muy amable y profesional. Tanto en recepción, vigilancia y seguridad y equipo de limpieza y mantenimiento. Me quede alucinado, de verdad, por que esperaba unos apartamentos mas "cutres", pero no, resulto que Puerto Bello es un establecimiento estupendo, muy agradable y completamente competitivo con cualquiera de la zona. ¡Volveré!. Muchas gracias por su atención durante esta pequeña estancia que resulto de los mas tranquila y agradable. ¡Hasta prontito!.

Portatevi un ventilatore da casa

Buona posizione ed una bella vista su Puerto Rico

Avevamo chiesto se fosse stato possibile il check in un po’ prima delle 14 ci è stato risposto di no, perché dovevano pulire. La nostra stanza era al 3 piano, senza ascensore, appena entriamo in camera ci troviamo praticamente dentro un forno! Un caldo bestiale, senza aria condizionata, senza ventilatore. Una mia amica si è anche sentita male, ha dovuto dormire due notti sul balcone! In più il pavimento era cosparso da ciglia finte e insetti morti, quindi non abbiamo capito che pulizia è stata fatta..

Lo peor que e visto

La ubicación.

La primera noche que llegue se olvidaron de darme las sabanas y cuando baje me dice que no esta la chica y no podia hacer nada en lugar de ir a otro apartamento y darne unas sabanas,luego solo me bañe media hora en la piscina pues habia un niño que no era normal tirándose encima de la gente y dando golpes con una pelota y los padres muertos de risa pero si al niño se le tira uno encima seguro no se rien tanto,total me tube que ir todos los dias a la playa,no hay jabon ni ventilador lo tienes que pagar y pagar wifi que ya en todos lados es gratis. El Peor Sitio en el que me e alojado nunca mas volvere.

El apartamento está bien,nevera grande y sillón cama .

La piscina súper pequeña y muy poco espacio entre el bordillo y las amacas ,no se puede pasar bien ,hay 24 Hamacas contadas con lo cual para tener sitio tienes que cogerlas muy temprano sino te quedas en el suelo ,cuando llegamos no nos dijeron que no había agua caliente ,nos enteramos una vez estando ahí por la gente ,el ascensor no funciona y te lo envían una vez el apartamento está pago ,a las 5 y media de la tarde ya no hay sol en la piscina ni en las hamacas ,y cuando vas a dejar el apartamento ,después de todos los inconvenientes encontrados ,no nos dejan pasar el día o incluso par de horas en la piscina ,las contestaciones de las recepsionistas son malísimas ,súper bordes y con caretos ,fatal sin duda alguna esto no lo vuelvo a pisar mas ,es importante leer las reseñas porque yo no lo hice y mira lo que me encontré,la verdad que para el precio el apartamento por dentro está bien nórmal ,pero todo lo demás bastante mal ,no tiene sensación de estar en el sur ,cualquier persona que se tira al agua te moja toda literal al estar tan pegados,las hamacas no tienen ni 3 cm de separación

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

De kamer was appartement 319 was super lekker op een hoek en bovenin.Bedden waren super.

Dat de lift al meer dan 3 maanden stuk is en denk dat deze niet gemaakt wordt. Internet viel iedere avond uit na 00.15 uur. Wat volgens hen niet waar was. Parkeren was een drama. Het beviel mij niet dat de kamermeisjes met alle spullen de trap op moesten om schoon te maken. Receptie personeel was oke op 1 na die mij als leugenaar aan keek. Men moet stil zij tussen 21.00 uur en 9 uur soorten Sochtends wat niet gebeurde en geen controle over was men zwom gewoon tot laat in het zwembad. Het is een complex waar veel mensen uit het noorden kwamen. Ook zouden ze standaard op de kamer een ventilator moeten zetten. Nogmaals als alles dasr onder controle zou zijn is het een goed appartement complex.

Lo barato sale caro

En la parte de abajo del apartamento hay una tiendecita pequeña donde venden algunas cosas, un poco caro pero bueno. Para poder pillar pan y fiambre había que bajar antes de las 9 y media de la mañana. La ubicación es buena. Hay que subir un pecho, pero está bien ubicado. Centros comerciales a 5 minutos andando, playa cercana....

El ascensor no funciona. La recepcionista un poco borde. La última noche nos encontramos cucarachas. El agua caliente de la ducha a partir de las 8 de la tarde ya no hay. Las camas son incómodas. No hay wifi. Para el wifi había varias tarifas que teníamos que pagar aparte. Un día de wifi 6 euros. No se si funcionaba bien o no, porque obviamente no lo pagué. No hay ni jabón de manos, ni jabón para fregar ni estropajo. El último día le dije a la recepcionista si me podía devolver la fianza antes porque la recepción cerraba a las 7 de la tarde e íbamos a estar todo el día fuera para no tener que volver al apartamento solo a recoger el dinero. Puso mil impedimentos, aunque finalmente aceptó. En general, regular. No repetiría.

Me and my daughter had an amazing time in the apartment. Close to all restaurants and the beach. Description of the property very accurate. We went during wildlife period and the host was very responsive. 100% recommended!!

Very good

I thought the worst after reading reviews but it was actually very good! The room was very big with a good working kitchen and we were right next to the pool with our terrace. The bed was comfortable and the people at the reception were quite friendly. Would recommend!

Its a little walk up the hill every time, it's quite noisy so you hear your neighbours if they're loud. Also, there are no supplies what so ever in the kitchen so you even need to buy your own dishsoap.

Nightmare

The view was nice. Shop at recepcion is practice.

A constant smell in the room that we don't know where it came from. We had to constantly ventilate. The elevator did not work from the first to the last day, we did not register any effort to fix it, we had to drag our suitcases up the stairs. According to the staff, the pool was only open until 7 p.m., but on the first day we found out that people swim here until midnight andmake noise. We had to buy a dish sponge and soap for the kitchen with our own money. The cleaning lady only comes if you stay longer than 5 days. They don't have their own parking lot, next to the hotel there are places only for locals and it's hard to park here. You have to pay for wifi, which is absurd in this day and age. I found a dirty plate in the kitchen. Better pay extra and go elsewhere.

Full of Spanish families who are very loud and don’t move out of the pool which is tiny for the size of the apartments so unbearably loud and uncomfortable by the pool if you are lucky to get a lounger don’t bother
