Mala noche…

No puedo decir que me gustase absolutamente nada. Que estaba céntrico, lo único.

Por dónde empiezo…. Para empezar el señor de la recepción no intercambió ni media palabra con nosotros, la habitación era antigua y el baño todavía más, se veía dejado, la mampara rota, la tapa del inodoro rota. No daba sensación de mucha limpieza.

Nooit meer zo 'n hotel eerst review goed lezen

Oud ,vies , koud waterin de douche..dat hebben ze wel verholpen .de dekens waren vuil , de tapijt durfde niet op blote voeten lopen , zo goor . Neen je kan beter op een camping gaan en alles gemeenschappelijk hebben dan dit hotel .

Disappointing stay but friendly staff

The staff was very friendly and walking distance to everything in town so the location was great. The beds was very comfortable and the rooms was basic but clean. They also allowed us to leave our stuff there 30 minutes before check in.

Due to back packers staying in the same area as the hotel rooms there was a party/loud music most of the evening we stayed. We phoned the reception at 11:30pm so that they could ask them to turn down the music and the staff was not even aware there was a party/loud music and talking making me think they do not check up on things during the evening. There was road works outside so we could not keep the window's open for the evening and the toilet seat was broken

We were grateful to find somewhere to stay at short notice and at an affordable price. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Facilities wee functional and fit for purpose as a low cost sleep only stay.

Boozing courtyard at the back in a Loading Bay. Needed to call security at 0200 to break up drunken party outside my window, hosted by Naomi and a boorish Irishman Tempted to ask for a refund because I didn’t get what I paid for…. a good night’s sleep. Unless the arrangement with the Courtyard out the back is changed to strict guests only, I recommend this place be avoided. Being budget at $58 per night shouldn’t mean compromised personal safety. Fix it, guys. Let me know when you have and I’ll consider coming back.

Adequate for a couple of nights but this place truly needs a deep clean.

Handy to everything in Geraldine.

Dirty room, dirty kitchen facilities, mouldy shower. Off the cleaning staff at this hotel were directed to give the backpacker rooms/section a thorough deep clean it would be a much nicer place to stay.

Hotel is not called heritage is called crown so wasn't sure if we were at correct place very old smelled musty in corridors needs total re-vamp wouldn't book there again .First point of contact at reception did not understand English.

Decent place to overnight while on the road.

It was in a good location, right on the main road. Good for passing through. Good price point.

Very much like a hostel, we got the executive suite with a small bathroom. Otherwise there was a communal bathroom and kitchen down the hall. The beds were standard, what you would expect from a motel or hostel. But for the price it was decent.

Bon lloc per una parada de viatge, bon preu

Situació ideal per fer una parada conduint. Personal molt amable. Estava net, habitació petita però adequada. A prop hi ha un pub molt maco, ideal per prendre una cervesa. I no se sentia soroll des de l'habitació , zona molt tranquila. Preu adequat.

Booked last minute as Road to another town closed n have to find alternative town. Unless no choice, wont recommend but

Actual Name of hotel is Crown Heritage, had a problem locating cos it’s different name. Location is convenient but its a super small town, all within walking distance

Room facilities very basic. Sink is choked and water takes a long time to go down. Had to take a long break to use the sink or water will overflow.

The heritage building itself , The environment, everything was close and the supermarket had reasonable prices for meals . Lots of places to have a picnic or a day out for the family or coupes that are touring or traveling Beautiful scenery for day walks , visiting the beaches of waters , lots of things to do on a budget

The state of the room that I was places in , wasnr clean or tidy at all. The bathroom maintenance wasn't upto standard , the shared kitchen was not upto quality.

It was fine , warm enuf and the beds were comfy. it was just a bit neglected . I feel sorry for the staff . they did the

beautiful old building . staff were lovely and very helpful . obviously overworked tho . it could be amazing , just needs money spent on it

had to walk thru the bar to check in . the wi if wasn’t working ( not their fault ) everything about it looks run down . it’s a real shame as the potential is there .

Funny little spot on the way between christchurch and Mt cook

I booked this because it was right along the way. I was perfectly happy with the room, check in, and bathroom! I didn't stay long.

Would never stay again

Well only good thing I can say about this place is that it looked like bed sheets were changed and there was no bed bugs.

Hotel didn't have my reservation. They had this room available but didn't honour Booking.com price and charged me full amount. It was only $50 but it was anyway too much for a filthy room and the most disgusting shared bathroom I've ever seen. Cleaning room of this size would take 10 minutes with making the bed and it wasn't done! Shower was too dirty for me to use it. I understand it's cheap and old accommodation but it has to be cleaned! Shame on you Heritage Hotel.
