Pleasantly surprised. Windows when opened, lots of flies and spiders. Gave us a scare đ±.
Lots of crockery cutlery, thank you.

The coach house was warm and cosy on a very wet weekend. It is very well equipped with everything you might need. The hosts were very helpful and kind.

Plenty of space for 11 adult friends to meet. We really enjoyed playing boardgames on the big dining table with fireplace in the background. Living room was very spacious too. We were able to cook meals easily for everyone as the kitchen is large. Some of the bathrooms were a bit aged, but it did not bother us personally. Nice pub in nearby village (12min walk). Sleaford itself also has lots of trendy pubs and cafes. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Our Stay at the Coach House was for a family Wedding near by, so it was very handy being near to the wedding venue and it was a nice to get back to and sit down and relax.

The property owner was wonderful, met us and gave us basic information. Checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed.
The property was spotlessly clean and tidy.
Near enough to everything but not disturbed by anything.

We spent a very comfortable weekend here and were welcomed by Carole and her husband who were both friendly and helpful.
The house is great and the garden a brilliant space - just a shame the weather was bad!
We were able to cater and seat all ten of us in the main dining room. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all perfect for us too.
We would like to book again as a family as it was a great spot for us to all mett up and the accommodation was just right for us all.

This was a warm and comfortable place for us to meet up and see in the New Year. It was good to have a proper dining room close to a well equipped kitchen - we also enjoyed the lack of queueing to shower since people weren't all trying to visit a family bathroom.

Wonderful country location.
Easy trips to shops

Great place for a family get together. Canât fault it.

The property was spacious and comfortable for a group of 12 - 5 adults and 7 children. We also had an additional family come for dinner one evening. We all got round the huge dining table. We conversed lots in the dining area and the kids loved the living space. The garden space is beautiful. There was an area where we could light a campfire. The kids loved the swing in the willow trees.
Carole was great at communicating with me and answering all our questions. She set up the rooms how we needed them.
The only negatives were that the kidsâ mattresses were a bit thin so could feel the wooden slats through them, and it was next to a main road. For this place, which was a lovely building and space, the value was amazing, and really cannot complain.

We stayed for two nights and used the house as our base while visiting Lincoln and the local area. Our stay was very enjoyable and the coach house was a perfect fit for our needs. We cooked a family meal one night in the well equipped kitchen and used a local takeaway the second night. Lots of local shops and supermarket nearby for supplies. There is lots of space and the bedrooms all have a bathroom which was a big plus for us all getting ready in the mornings. There is also a lovely garden with fruit trees with very tasty apples and pears!! Great location and lovely hosts.

The house was large and well equipped kitchen and the hosts were welcoming and helpful. The futon beds are not comfortable at all but if your a smaller group they may not be required.

Great base, lovely garden. Hosts very accomodating, mentioned slow kettle which they replaced next morning, not weather so they provided a fan. Best equipped kitchen we have had. Kids loved swing in tree. Watched sky at night no light pollution, saw meteor shower and shooting stars.

The Coach House
This was the perfect location for visiting family in Sleaford. Plenty of space, allowing us all to have our own rooms. The kitchen was very well equipped. Lovely to be able to sit outside and relax in the garden (previously stayed somewhere where this was not allowed). As we were there for several days we were given access to the laundry facilities.
The hosts were very welcoming and close if we had any issues (we didnât).
Lovely to see the photos of the renovations carried out to turn the Coach House into the accommodation it is now.

Fantastic property and hosts. The house is finished and maintained to a high standard and the three shower rooms meant that it catered easily for our group of 7 adults. Lots of living space and a lovely garden to relax in the sun after a good day's cycling. It is well located for local amenities and was perfect for our cycling group. Thoroughly recommended!!

Lovely house. Lovely Hosts. Lovely area
The coach house is easy to find and the early 2:30 checkin was great. Carole lives next door and was there to welcome us. We filled the house with extended family and they all enjoyed it. All the facilities are great with a lovely garden out back. The house is big and with lots of natural light yet warm because of the (gree) underfloor heating throughout. It was big enough that we could be together but also find some separate space if we wanted. We were in the area for a wedding but, if we were to visit the area again, the Coach House would be our first choice. Highly recommended.

The perfect space for group stays, with a good sized garden. The hosts were flexible and helpful and the property was really well equipped. The only down side was the cleanliness which wasnât very good. Overall a really nice stay.

Carole has been fantastic throughout the stay, so helpful and welcoming.
We would love to revisit in the summer so we can explore a bit more and enjoy the beautiful garden.

We had a wonderful weekend. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable stay with plenty of room for us all.
Carole was great. Very responsive to messages before we arrived and welcoming when we arrived. The garden was brilliant for the children with balls and games to play and a tree swing which we couldn't get the kids off. Overall wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend to others and go again ourselves.
