Com localização de excelência. Simpatia dos funcionários. Hotel sossegado sem barulhos a noite.

A qualidade do colchão de casal; eram dois colchões pequenos juntos, que no dormir deixava brecha no meio.

Estar 25 minutos a espera para fazer o check in No check out. ninguém na recepção e tudo às escuras. A casa de banho das senhoras nas escadas, fora de serviço.

Estava bastante limpo

O check-in foi no mínimo hilariante, o código não funcionou para entrar, as pessoas que vieram para apoiar e resolver a situação demoraram, fizeram uma paragem na loja primeiro e o mais que fizeram foi por o código que me tinham dado por telefone, que claro não funcionou. Só depois veio uma outra pessoa, com o mesmo código. Resolução, forçar a porta para abrir. Para terminar, e embora sendo viajante individual por norma reservo quarto com cama de casal, o que na verdade fiz, o quarto que me deram tinha 2 camas individuais. Parece ser gerido como que se a brincar, ou então tinham outras intenções… Vale pela limpeza

It’s very clean and comfortable. The area is very quiet and relaxing

We needed to go to reception area to access the Wi-Fi probably because the rooms we stayed in, but it was okay.

Good hotel for 1 night stay @ Fatima

Good hotel for 1 night stay while visiting small city of Fatima. Night clerk helped out despite arriving past check-in time, very helpful. After check-in hours you have to pay additional fee - not previously informed, but was glad I was able to check-in considering how late it was.

Nothing at all

First off , I had booked this pathetic hotel for the 20th Sept 2023 but due to some emergency I had tried to reschedule it but they didn’t let me to . Then i asked for the refund , they didn’t give me that either . What a pathetic STAFF seriously , they proved that they are illiterate & disgusting too .AVOID THIS HOTEL EVEN IF YOU HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO STAY UNDER THE BRIDGE

Exceptional!

Priscilla and Paula were the BEST EVER! Greeted with a smile and friendly conversation as soon as I approached the desk - this is what made the stay for me. The room was decent but the customer service was above and beyond! Thank you Priscilla and Paula for your warm welcome, engaging conversation and offer to switch my room since I was not satisfied with the original booking. Fantastic and HIGHLY rated - one of the best value accommodations I've found in Fatima. I even returned to Fatima a week later and made sure I popped in to say hello to the staff. Thank you VillaFatima!

First room wasn't in the cleanest condition, but Priscilla offered to switch the room immediately and my stay was made exceptional just because of this simple gesture.
