Bad was very uncomfortable. Staff and place is really good

Everything was perfect, very tasty breakfast on the roof terrace made everyday by the owner and she is a wonderful woman. Close to the beach in the heart of San Vito Lo Capo.
Nothing, everything was perfect

a family run B&B nicely decorated w attention to detail and the best breakfast- if you book here make sure to drawer a table at Rais restaurant - you won’t regret it!

Josephine and Joe were great. Informative, friendly, helpful and just very pleasant to get to converse.
4.3
Joe and Josephine, together with their family, are the ultimate hosts.
Dining at their restaurant added to our wonderful stay…
The balcony room is well worth it…

Nice host. Speaks English. Nice rooftop. Fantastic location.
Very soft bed. Recommend host thinks about providing beach towels or blanket for a 20 Euro security deposit.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to many restaurants and the beach. Rais restaurant is also great (best cous cous we had in San Vito). The owners and staff are friendly and helpful.
Only one room has a window, while all the other rooms have a roof window only (no balcony, no normal window) which is small and it does not help much with aeration. So I would contact the owner to make sure that you have the room with the window and the balcony if you are staying many days.
Otherwise if you are staying a few nights only, then any room can be fine.

Very well equipped and comfortable. Host very helpful. The restaurant was excellent and went out of the way to give us an early start. Thank you.

Preis-Leistung.
Air Condition and Internet did not work in the room. Breakfast a bit too much on the sweet side (no cheese, no bread, no cornflakes). Owner complaining about cats messing up the terrace of his restaurant.

We felt very comfortable in "Rais". The hosts are super nice and our room was very clean. Location is good: in the center but still in a side street where it is not too noisy. They have also a restaurant downstairs which serves excellent food.
Nothing

Excellent location, lovely rooms, nice breakfast. Exceptional staff. Their restaurant - Rais - was one of the best we have ever eaten, not only in Sicily but in Italy!
They also have a "pizzaria" that would be perfect for vegetarians as well. A true entrepreneurial family that cares about ensuring a perfect trip!
Nothing could have been better. Incredibly accomodating, including even reasonably close - and comparatively inexpensive - parking.

Very near to the Beach and main Street of San Vito. We were welcomed very friendly and also enjoyed our Breakfast, that always varied each day so we always were able to try something new😊
4.3
Nice and clean, conveniently located in the centre
The normal rooms have only a smallish window on the ceiling (which was not mentioned in the description of the room - at least not in the English version) and the space felt quite confined and enclosed - the host was really nice and moved us to a different room with window and balcony
