Good option in Ankara

Quick Check in and check out. Breakfast was quite good. It was difficult to find cat parking nearby the hotel, but the valet parking service was available all the time. The Housekeeping staff cleaned our room daily.

The room was very dusty even with daily cleaning! the carpet was very ugly, I am wondering why they keep it like this! The air conditioning was very noisy. I have paid for a room with queen bed and single bed to fit all the guest but it was mentioned in my booking voucher standard room with queen bed and single bed, at the check-in time, I have been told that my reservation was for standard room which has only queen bed!! But they can give me a free upgrade!! If this the case why I have paid extra?? I think it’s a book.com issue not the hotel. The room description on booking.com should be more accurate.

Very good

The hotel was conveniently located near the train and metro station. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Taxis were also easily available and there were plenty of eating options and supermarkets nearby.

Overall good stay but a few things need to be fixed

The place is really close to the train station (5 mins walk through underground pass-way). We got a corner room, very spacious with big balcony and overall clean. Bed is comfortable. It had some bathroom necessities e.g. shampoo, conditioner, soap. The breakfast was nice, not that many hot dishes but many varieties of cheeses and veggies.

The place is quite old, you get marks on the walls, stains on the carpet, scuffs on the surfaces. Button of the toilet flush went into the wall a couple of times and cut me. The towels had some smell. Some places were dusty, like hair dryer, phone. In the morning the coffee machine was broken and only instant coffee was available. However what we didn’t appreciate at all is our bags left in the hallway without anyone looking after. After check out we left our bags at the reception so we can have a walk around before catching the train. When we got back our bags were in the hall. When we took them no one even noticed, no cool at all. Staff is okay, not like super friendly but okay.

The front office manager Mr. Aykut who is helpful and nice. Room was comfortable and housekeeping was efficient. Rana the staff in the breakfast room was friendly and hardworking

Breakfast should include scrambled eggs and not just boiled eggs. I got bored . But that's what they had to offer. Its OK for 01 or 2days. I stayed for 7days. Toilets have no tissue box.

A great hotel with great service for an affordable price

Me and my significant other stayed there for 6 days. We had an overall very great experience. Staff are friendly. The location is nice since it is near the green line. The room is nice and clean with complete amenities. The breakfast is very delicious with lots of options and you can eat while overlooking Anıtkabir which makes it even better. The restaurant downstairs is a must try. I like their fettucine chicken alfredo the most! I would definitely stay again here when I come back to Ankara

I noticed during stayovers that there are yellow stains in the rim of toilet bowls and the mirror door of shower is not being cleaned. The TV cannot connect to the Internet so it is a bummer when you want to watch in streaming sites on bigger screen. The channels are also very limited and we tried to look for international ones but there is none.

Superb

The location is close to Ankara Gar and is just 5 minutes walk to the nearest Metro station (Maltepe). Also within walking distance to Anıtkabir. Breakfast is with a variety of selections and the view is superb. There is also a good restaurant next to this hotel.

comfortable room, good breakfast, good staff, they gave me early check in. location is good, close to two metro stations.

I booked a room with balcony but hadnt. there wasn't tooshbrush also as it was written in the description. they didn't took 3 euro monet money during payment by cash

Very spacious hotel with nice location near Anitkabir, central rail station etc. The breakfast was excelent with nice view from the roof top.
