Fijn verblijf in Nimman, zou zeker terug komen! Ammm

Gasvrijheid van de eigenaar. Enorm behulpzaam en vriendelijk en de gezamenlijke ruimte is heel ruim, erg prettig om even te zitten met de laptop en reisplannen te maken of dergelijks te regelen. De locatie is ook fijn.

Spacious rooms outside the centre

I liked the owners, the fact that they gave me free water everyday, and how spacious the room was. The room also had a comfy chair - which was a lovely perk. The owners offered me a bike if I wanted it. The area is near an amazing yoga studio too, called Annie Bliss yoga, which I went to regularly since it was the burning season.

The location is a bit outside the city, so you'd need a scooter to get around. Walking in took 30 minutes on non-existent sidewalks. I also had a little bother with the loo, which smelled a bit.

很棒的民宿，距离宁曼路走路10几分钟，晚上很安静，清迈住这几天最舒服的一家。

距离711有点远这个没办法

房子老板自己的我儿子天天找老板聊天，儿子已经不愿意走了，还要继续住下去。下次来应该还会住这里。

Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen

ruhige lage, großes Zimmer, klima lage vorhanden

Wir haben nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen. Es gab keinen Safe. Das Apartment ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört die Flugzeuge und wird morgens von den Tauben geweckt ( wir waren in der obersten Etage). Dusche war immer zu heiss. Unterkunft weit von der Altstadt entfernt, wenn man zu Fuß ist. Umliegende Restaurants vergleichsweise teuer. Aber sichere Gegend.

Cozy hideaway in a thriving neighborhood with wonderful host

Excellent location, quiet side street within easy walk of the bustling, lively neighborhood full of cafes and restaurants. Distinctive name makes it simple for mapping, ride share, etc. Very accommodating, friendly host provided anything we needed, suggestions for touring the city, and so on. Solid wifi, comfy bed. Fridge in our room for keeping leftovers or extra drinks, and free water daily was a nice bonus. A+

Agréable

Arrivé déjà avec un problème de réservation , réservation confirmé mais arrivé à l’hôtel plus de chambre dispo . Il nous a alors suclasse dans une " suite " avec un lit suspendu . Assez jolie mais l’enfer pour dormir . Il ne faut pas avoir le mal de mer 😂 . Pas du tout confort mais vraiment pas le lit à bouger toute la nuit au moindre geste.

L’odeur de chien 🐶 dans l’établissement était insoutenable , infecte vraiment . L’odeur vous reste dans les narine sur les vêtement que même quand vous ete au lit vous avez cette odeur de chien dans les draps c’était pas top du tout ça . Gros point tres très négatif et désagréable 🤮

Petit logement pratique proche de l’aéroport.

Le monsieur s’occupant des lieux était sympathique et serviable.

On ne peut pas rentrer dans l’établissement avec ses chaussures. Notre chambre était situé au quatrième étage sans ascenseur. Nous devions avoir un lit suspendu mais ce ne fut pas le cas.

It's okay but not great, you get what you pay for.

It's a good location, out of the hustle and bustle of the main square but close enough to walk or get a cheap taxi. Check-in and check-out was smooth. There is a communal kitchen with a fridge, kettle and some things to make drinks. The dogs are super cute and the owner is usually there to answer any questions.

We got home one night and there was no accessible drinking water anywhere. During the three nights that we stayed there our room was never cleaned once, we never got clean towels and I had to ask a staff member for more toilet paper. The bed was sunken and the pillows were flat. The place looks super cute in the photos, but in reality, you are getting what you pay for.

Quiet and relaxing stay.

Beautifully decorated and pretty good location.

Check in wasn't particularly smooth. After messaging to say I'd be arriving early and an agreement I could leave my bags, there was no sign of anyone when I got there. Another guest let me in the building after an hour. Thankfully someone was there when I got back!

Perfect stay

Property is decorated quite modern. Our room was clean and spacious. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Owners are so lovely and helpful. We would stay there again. Thanks for everything guys.

Nice stay first time in Chiangmai

The hotel looks really cozy with 2 cute dogs (Salapao and Arbor) on the first floor. The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean with huge windows. They require you to leave the shoes in the front of the house and take a pair of sandals they provided for the room. The air conditioner works great as well as hot water. The bed, blanket and pillow were comfy and clean with a cute plush doll. It helps comforting a solo traveller like me. The location wasn't too far from town centre and main roads where you can easily wait for red taxis. The owners were pretty helpful and shared unlimited clean water and instant noodles. They were quite friendly though the female owner sounded a bit intimidated at times but also helpful. The room also provides free towels, hair dryer, soap, shampoo or even toothbrush and toothpaste. I also like how the place was decorated in a very stylish way. Good first impression in Chiangmai!

The flushing had a little problem sometimes. There was also no mountain views as described, I guess it's the newly built buildings in the front which block the view. The location is a little difficult for Grab to find, they always had the location at the previous lane so you might have too keep an eye on Google Map during the ride. If you have motion sickness it might also be wise to request for the room with no swing bed. Last 2 things aren't my complaints just a note: the room doesn't have a TV or minibar. There's a huge fridge in the common area instead.

owners are very nice - they'd go out of their way to help you. location is great, tucked in a quiet street yet walkable to many restaurants and shops. would def stay here again if back in chiang mai. room is clean and the hammock bed is so relaxing and comfortable.

The best stay

We just had the best stay. The owner is super kind and helpfull. He arranged the motorbike renting and the cab to the airport for us. Room big and clean, small breakfast but enough for us. Cold water available included. The location is really good, near university bar area but in a quiet area. If we ever come back to Chiang Mai, we would stay again without any doubt.

The host was really helpful, and my favorite feature is the swinging bed we stayed in. It was really relaxing and something new for us.

The problem of staying in a guesthouses are if we stay for more than one night, there’s no one who would clean our room and replace our amenities on daily basis and we had to ask for the toiletries.

A great stay with really lovely hosts.

We had a great stay here and the room was large and comfortable. The best part of the stay though was how friendly and accommodating Gary and his wife. They helped us rent a motorbike and let us keep our bags there while we went to Chiang Rai and did the Mae Hong Son loop. We also loved the dogs!

The location was not in the centre so it’s a little inconvenient if you don’t rent a scooter (15 mins walk).

Very good

Room was big, bed was comfortable; the common space had coffee, tea and biscuits free for the guest; water was provided also; wifi ok; lots of restaurants and shops nearby; staff really friedly and helpfull; they let us leave the luggage for 2 days between reservation which we highly appreciated. Rooms are modern furnished but in reality lacks the glamour you see in the pictures. Overall it was a good stay.

Windows don't close well; soundproof is bad; cleaning especially în the bathroom could be improved; no cleaning în the room during 3 days, probably it's on request;

Superb

Really clean and new building with big beautiful rooms. Great location, in a very nice neighborhood with a lot of cafes, restaurant and nice shops. 20 min walking to the old town. The best part was the staff, always smiling and ready to help with everything you need.
