Located in one of the towns of Plœmeur, Lomener, (small Breton port), 800 m from the sea, a few minutes walk from shops (supermarket, bakeries, fishmongers, butcher, pharmacy, markets ...), restaurants and trendy bars by the sea as well as beautiful beaches of white sands.
Contemporary family home comprising on the ground floor: entrance, kitchen opening onto the terrace, living room and spacious living room opening onto terrace and heated pool, master suite with bathroom and toilet, + a separate toilet. Laundry.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom and shower, separate toilet.
A landscaped garden facing south and trees, a heated pool, a petanque, 2 large terraces each located on each side of the living room, well equipped; Garden furniture, sun loungers and deckchairs, parasols, barbecue, and 4 parking spaces complete this set in a decoration with a relaxed and elegant atmosphere.
Lomener is located 15mm from the city center of Lorient.

We had a lovely holiday here. The house was perfect for a family break, walking distance of the town with restaurants, beaches and a supermarket. There are some lovely beaches a short drive away as well. The house is well equipped and has a lovely pool and lots of outside space. The owner was quick to reply to any queries and when we were there we could contact Sophie if we needed anything, Would definitely recommend

Excellent ,well equipped property in great location close to good restaurants and supermarket with fishmongers. We enjoyed walks along the beautiful coastline. The house was spacious and the extensive garden and pool was well suited to children. The only slight concern was there was no hand rail on the staircase and may not be suitable for elderly visitors, however there is a lovely ensuite bedroom downstairs. Clare L.

What a superb place. House was great with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. A short walk to the heart of the village(?) with excellent restaurants and bars. The beaches were super and not busy. Locally, a lot to see and do. Sophie was amazing. She went above and beyond looking after us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and local assistance. What a great holiday!

We love this accommodation, it is clean and spacious. the pool is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a nearby supermarket and fishmongers. There are plenty of bars and bistros near the beach. The beach is about a 15minute walk from the property, there is also plentiful nearby free parking. The nearby beaches are breath-taking. The manager of the property, Sophie, is always available if you have any problems. Google translate on your phone is a real boon if like us you only have rudimentary French.

House was well appointed and clean and a simple 10min walk to shops, restaurants and bars in a delightful setting on the coast. Check in and out was easy and Sophie was helpful and available when needed. Lovely part of Brittany. Couple of small details though. We were a party of older ladies and a couple if the rooms had nylon bedlinen more suited for children. Also a couple of more mirrors in those rooms would be a plus. However would highly recommend this house

Almost continuous traffic noise from road behind. Motorcycles particularly noisy. Too many broken items in property and dirty oven. Not suitable for older people as no handrail on steep staircase or into pool. Attitude of the property guardian less than friendly.

This property lived up to all our expectations, it was spacious, modern and well equipped. The pool was great and we used it every day. The property also has extensive grounds that make it a suitable destination for those with children. The property is within walking distance of bars and restaurants and the beach. There is free parking available in the town. The owner was great when we had to change plans due to COVID. We are hoping to return in the near future. Overall 10 out of 10.

Excellent property and very helpful manager - thanks Sophie and Michèle for everything. Our only gripe was the noise from the main road behind the garden, otherwise location great - some lovely beaches within a short walk and plenty of places to eat and drink. Superb bit of the coast.

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Haus. Die Ausstattung ist super. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und hat tolle Buchten. Wer einen gemütlichen und ruhigen Urlaub haben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Leider hatten wir abends unfassbar viele Mücken und hätten uns sehr über Fliegengitter an den Fenstern gefreut. Das vielleicht als gut gemeinter Hinweis 😊

Une très belle location .Merci à la propriétaire et à Sophie pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité. Une très belle région même la météo pourtant maussade la moitié du séjour ne nous a pas gâché le plaisir.. C est aussi ça la bretagne et les ballades sous le vent les embruns ....et le soleil ont beaucoup de charme

Très jolie maison , avec grand jardin très appréciable pour les enfants. Piscine grande, cependant trop de vent pour s'y baigner lors de notre séjour. Les environs sont vraiment très beaux. Balades sympathique dans le Morbihan et son golf. Nous reviendrons dans la région , c est magnifique. Michelle et Sophie qui nous a accueillis , sont de très bons contacts. Séjour très agréable !

Semaine très agréable dans cette maison parfaitement équipée, tout confort. L'extérieur est très adapté à une famille avec des enfants, avec la piscine, mais aussi un grand extérieur, et beaucoup d'équipements pour profiter au maximum. Bien placée dans environnement calme. L'intérieur de la maison est très spacieux et très agréable, on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin pour s'y sentir bien. Si je devais faire une petite suggestion, la maison mériterait d'avoir des lits en 160 dans les 3 chambres avec lits doubles (et pas seulement dans une chambre à l'étage). Mais nous sommes très grands:-) Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons:-)

Très bon séjour à Lomener, que nous avons même eu la chance de pouvoir prolonger pendant le confinement. Parfait pour recevoir la famille le week-end, super piscine, chouette port avec nos plages préférées Stole et petite Perello. Proche de Ploemeur avec son marché du dimanche et plein de bons petits commerces...

La maison est très bien : grande, bien équipée, bonne literie, grand jardin. Notre séjour était début mars, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine. La maison est proche de la mer. Il y a un peu deux côtés : l'un avec les plages, l'autre avec les sentiers côtiers. Les enfants ont pu aussi se balader dans les rochers : ils ont apprécié ! Il y a également beaucoup de pistes cyclables. Nous avions pris nos vélos et nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la voiture de la semaine. Très bonne semaine, nous étions ravis !

Magnifique villa superbement décorée avec beaucoup de goût et des meubles de qualité... nous avions absolument tout ce qu'il nous fallait et plus encore ! Vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine variés et en quantité suffisante, lits très confortables et faits à l'arrivée, superbe canapé avec immense télé dans un grand séjour lumineux, très grand jardin... bref nous avons passé un séjour de rêve ! Nous n'avons malheureusement pas beaucoup profité de la piscine, car bien que chauffée à 29°C, il faisait froid dehors avec beaucoup de vent en cette fin octobre... Nous reviendrons certainement en été ! Signé : une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 5 et 8 ans.

Une côte bretonne aux multiples ressources, un petit village tout calme et beauté, une résidence de rêve ont fait de notre séjour à Lomener un moment inoubliable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la accueil souriant et attentionné de « Sophie » et sa grande disponibilité, tout comme comme nous avons apprécié sa réactivité et la communication prévenante de « Michèle ». Cette maison d’architecte magnifiquement décorée, à l’équipement très complet nous a enchantés. La piscine paysagée et à température idéale, fut un plaisir apprécié par tous. Tout dans cette belle et très spacieuse maison de vacances est réuni pour offrir aux vacanciers un moment de rêve et des souvenirs pour les soirées d’hiver. Il nous tarde déjà d’y revenir. We had a lovely time in the property. The weather wasn't that great (for August!) but with the swimming pool and plenty of space in the house we managed well. The supermarket and beach were a short drive away - parking is easy wherever you go. - We would stay in the house again!

Excellent séjour, propriété magnifique, très bien équipée, superbe décoration, mobilier de qualité, excellente literie . La grande piscine chauffee ainsi que les terrasses sont entourées de verdure. Un grand merci à Sophie et à Me Fonseca pour leur gentillesse, conseils et intentions à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Et quelle belle région la Bretagne, un vrai coup de coeur !!

Les pièces principales sont lumineuses et vaste, idéale pour une grande famille. Joliment décoré, la cuisine est bien équipée et la vaissellerie variée. La piscine grande, bien entretenu elle mériterai quelques degrés de plus ...grand jardin pour les enfants !

Trotz wechselhaften Bretagne-Wetters haben wir es genossen, fast jeden Tag im Pool zu baden. Die Größe von Haus und Garten schätzten wir sehr, man kann ohne Probleme mit 8 Personen Urlaub machen; durch die beiden Bäder und zwei separate Toiletten können es auch zwei Familien sein. Mitgebrachte Fahrräder parken in der Garage, die Autos im abgeschlossenen Hof. Die Lage (in einem Wohngebiet) ist gut geeignet für die Erkundung der südlichen Bretagne. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermieterin und Hausverwalterin.

Nous nous sommes rendus en famille avec 2 petits enfants dans cette jolie maison. La piscine ( avec alarme), le terrain sont très agréables. L'emplacement également est très bien...port à 5 min en voiture avec son Intermarché , sa poissonnerie, sa crèperie... Un grand merci à Sophie pour sa gentillesse lors de notre arrivée et départ...la propriétaire venait aux nouvelles...donc parfait! En espérant revenir l'année prochaine!!!
