About this house rental
The lakeside outlook is breathtaking and the house has a sunny northern aspect. A short walk to the water will allow you to throw a line in, or just sit to enjoy the sun and peaceful surroundings.
The main bedroom boasts a private balcony overlooking the lake, plus an ensuite and an alcove with a toddlers bed for infant or baby.
An open plan, modern kitchen, dining and living area provide a great atmosphere for the family or group to be together.
Internet connected smart Sony TV in the living room connects to a variety of video and audio streaming services such as Netflix, Kayo, iHeart radio etc. The balcony has a high quality Tucker gas barbecue.
There is a fully equipped laundry, covered parking for two cars, room to park and wash boats, and plenty of off street parking.
The house is brand new, finished December 2021. It was only 10 years old when burnt down in the 2019 New Years Eve bushfires. It has now been completely rebuilt & upgraded with a variety of modern luxury comforts.
The accommodation consists of four bedrooms with sleeping capacity of 10 (beds & bunks for adults & children) plus a Toddler bed for an infant or baby. Guests will need to provide their own linen or hire from one of the local linen hire companies.
The large living and balcony areas are well suited to large families, family groups or groups of friends. Couples would also enjoy the space and privacy.
Young families are catered for with gated stairs and a toddlers bed in the Master bedroom
The lake is expansive & suitable for most kinds of pleasure boating, including power, sail, jet ski & kayak. Wake board and water ski enthusiasts have plenty of room to manoeuvre. There are at least 3 boat ramps within 5 minutes of the house.
For the more leisurely boaters, there are plenty of small bays to anchor and have a fish or jump in to cool off.
Fishing is excellent as the lake opens in to the ocean and fed by fresh salt water. The lake provides a good sanctuary for fish to breed and most local species can be caught. Some of the biggest Flathead have been caught in front of the house.
While we do not have our own jetty, boats can be boarded and secured in the shallow sandy area in between the jetties below the house.
Beach and great surfing is found at Conjola Village, just 5 minutes away at the entrance to the lake. "Green Island", one of Australia's best surf spots, can be accessed from here as well.
Other activities within 15 minutes include;
- Golf at Mollymook Golf course,
- restaurants at nearby Milton & Ulladulla,
- Bushwalking, sightseeing & wineries.
This is an excellent, modern property in a great position for an unforgettable holiday!

For two families, this was the perfect getaway. The hosts Brian and Colleen were communicative and helpful and the house was equipped with anything we required to make our stay relaxed. We had quality accommodation, quality company and perfect weather. We can’t wait to come back.

Our family had such great holiday at Killarney Views hosted by Brian & Colleen it’s an excellent location to unwind on a holiday facing the water views and the house is great with modern facilities. We also enjoyed travelling around Mollimook and Ulladulla and had lunch at Cupitt’s Estate also recommended by Brian. We will sure to be visiting again. Chris & Family

We have had very good time in this beautiful house. The house is very clean, the kitchen is equipped with quality appliances, beds are comfortable. The owner Brain is very nice that he allowed us to check out by 12pm which really helped us a lot in the check out day.

The property is amazing and the location spectacular. We took the entire family and spent the weekend relaxing on the water. I could sit back with a cuppa on the veranda watching my boys spinning around on the JetSkis in the beautiful lake. The house is next level with all 5 star inclusions. Best of everything. Quality kitchen and the mattresses OMG… Brian gave us a complimentary late check out which allowed us to have a relaxed morning. He even posted me some toys my kids left behind. We will be back for sure.

Me and 3 friends plus 2 kids had a weekend d down there recently. Could not fault the spot. House is amazing and right on the water. Brian was very helpful. And the fishing near killarney was ridiculous. Got 15 legal bream and whiting on day 1 alone

We had a Wonderful weekend away at this beautiful house. Brian the owner is very accommodating and nothing is a problem. The house is beautifully renovated and has the most spectacular view of Lake Conjola. The house is exactly like the pictures! The house is very clean and tidy. Nothing beats the beautiful sunset over the lake. We would highly recommend for a weekend away and we will be visiting again one day!

Absolutely Amazing !
What can we say but absolute perfection ! The house is beautiful exactly as advertise if not better. The beds were super comfortable and Brian was extremely attentive with his communication & making sure that our room were nice a warm when we arrived. We already miss the beautiful view and sitting down by the lake chatting for hours and meeting the locals. Thanks for opening up your home to us . We will definitely be back!!!

Extremely happy
What an incredible property! Brian was fantastic with communication and very prompt with replying. The house is phenomenal and brand new and extremely clean. We had a group of 8 people and it exceeded our expectations and had lots of room available. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay for a relaxed weekend
A Gorgeous brand new home with amazing views and top of the line appliances, my family and I loved our stay for the week and highly recommend for your future stay.
The hosts were helpful and kind, they were quick to help when we were having some issues at the start of our stay, the home was pristine and everything was brand new. We absolutely loved the quality of the items of the house, the knives were so sharp we almost sliced a finger!
There are limited facilities in the area, though we were well prepared so wasn’t an issue for us.
We enjoyed our stay and Brians hospitality!

Lovely home perfectly set up and positioned with gorgeous views from all thru the house. We were well looked after by the owner offering us an early arrival time and late departure making our stay more enjoyable not having to rush. Amazing house and location
We absolutely loved this beautiful property. The location was quiet and private, perfect to relax. The lake across the road was an amazing outlook. Great views from inside and outside the house. The house layout is great and there is plenty of space for everyone including our adult children and my elderly parents. I cant fault this property. It was clean, tidy and very well equipped. We had everything that we needed. We will definately be returning in the future.

Had a wonderful weekend and the kitchen had everything we needed,the bedrooms were all a good size and very comfortable a very peaceful location with a wonderful view of the lake. Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful lake views!
We went with a group of 9 and could not be any happier. The place had everything we needed and was super clean. There is also heaps of car parking so you don’t need to stress out on where to park. The property also has a nice huge kitchen to cook in. It is also a short drive to the camping park so you can go see kangaroos there but also short walk to the beach or the lake there. Will definitely come back. Communication with Brian was also excellent as he always responded quickly. Thanks a lot Brian, will definitely be back.

Breathtaking veiws! Large modern place , but cosy and clean , enough to accomodate 10ppl in comfort
It’s secluded but not too far away from the local shops. Well insulated house with good sound insulation, we all slept here better than at home!
Al the things you will need during your stay are thought of, even has a baby cot and high chairs in the main bedroom.

Amazing views from a modern, well equipped house
We had a family reunion and the house had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped making it easy to cook for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. Rooms were comfortable, with a well thought out floor plan, with the common areas being away from the rooms - always nice. Good Telstra and Optus mobile data.
Clean, modern, bright and airy, with amazing views from most parts of the house.
The view from the deck was stunning, bush setting feel with unobstructed vistas of Lake Conjola. No better place to read a book, enjoy a hot drink or catch up with friends and family.

Spectacular lake view in a beautiful home
We loved our stay at Killarney Views. As 2 families with children, the room layout was excellent and the kitchen was fully equipped. We had a boat and were close to a jetty and able to park it easily at the house. Meals on the deck upstairs opposite the lake were the highlight

Neat, tidy and clean!!!
The house is very spacious, tidy and clean with a beautiful view across the lake. It has one of most equipped kitchen I had stayed in any holiday rentals. The house owner, Brian is very friendly and responsive.
However the house only have two units of air con. One in the master bedroom, which is located at the top floor, and the other one in the second floor where the kitchen and dinning room are. There are three bedrooms in the lower ground and are compensate by fans. Two rooms have celling fans and the third room which have a bunk bed and queen bed have two normal fans. Unfortunately we went on the hottest days in Jan. It was very warm at night. Especially the room with the bunk bed. Some of my guests have trouble sleeping due to the heat. If an extra air con can be installed in the lower floor this will be perfect.
However, we had an enjoyable stay in Killarney Views.

We loved our stay at Killarney Views. The location was great, nice and quiet. Lake views from the front verandah were beautiful with easy access to the water for swimming or fishing. The house was well equipped with everything that we need and the beds were really comfortable. The owners were wonderful to deal with. Would definitely stay here again.
