Everything about our stay perfect!! Faina, the property manager was delightful and very attentive. From the moment you walk in the apartment is perfect, immaculate and with stunning view of the beach There’s absolutely nothing negative about the apartment and we will definitely stay again. Also, the staff at the apartment complexe is extremely friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for no hassle rental, this is it!!! The beach and the pool are Perfect.

This is a great condo with a great ocean view. Our stay couldn't have gone any better and Faina, the host, was and is amazingly customer-focused and even provided a welcome package! We have stay at this Ritz many times before but this is where we plan to come back to----it has the total package! 5 stars!

Our stay was exceptional! It’s enough that the property itself is so obviously well-maintained, clean and has a kitchen stocked with every appliance you can think of. Then add the breath taking view, resort amenities and the most thoughtful and communicative property manager and you have the perfect vacation spot! I could have stayed a month and maybe next trip, I will!!

We have been renting at the Ritz Residences, Singer Island for over seven years. We have experienced different floors, different views, floor plans and interiors. This particular property is exceptional. Design, views and superior luxury. Our host, Faina, was beyond approachable and responsive and a pleasure to work with. Beautiful beach getaway. Had everything you need and more. Was the most well equipped VRBO we have ever stayed in and the views of the sunrise were just beautiful. The owner was extremely attentive & could not do enough for you to make the stay perfect. It was a lovely beach location.

Faina is an amazing host. We had a wonderful week long stay at her beautiful property. Clean and had everything we needed. She went above and beyond with her communication and even had several extras we requested (and some surprises!) ready for us before we arrived. Check in and check out were a breeze. As for the ritz what can I say. Our third time staying there and we will be back. A stunning property. Immaculate inside and out. Can’t believe some people are lucky enough to call it home. Missing the coffee service every morning and the days by the beautiful pool and on the beach. The gym is also amazing. The kids loved the a private movie theater experience. We’ll definitely be staying at Faina’s again!

We just recently stayed at this location & loved it. The owner was very informative & helpful for the process. Hotel was very clean and the view of ocean was gorgeous. We liked how it is right next door to restaurants making it easy to walk to everything we need. Would definitely stay there again. Staff very helpful, nice pool & tiki bar felt like top shelf hotel

We had a wonderful visit. As expected, the property was top notch. Staff was wonderful, and facilities are very well maintained. The unit itself is very well equipped, one could be comfortable there for a long time. Kitchen is very well stocked with all you’d need and we very much appreciated that condiments, etc were left for us. Faina was great to deal with, no hassles whatsoever. We will definitely look to rent again!

We had a truly wonderful week by the beach at Singer Island. We had never been to Singer Island before and found that this condo provided all we wanted for a fantastic family vacation: immaculate rooms, all tastefully decorated, large and open living and kitchen areas/ floor plan with large deck all with fabulous views of the ocean. We enjoyed the terrific amenities such as large pool, infinity pool, private beach (hardly anyone in this section of the beach!), very nice private theaters you can reserve, and fantastic gym (condo also offers several free yoga sessions which were great). The beach was truly wonderful (we walked every day) and not crowded as I would have expected during the busy holiday season. Watching the moon appear after sunset was amazing sitting by the pools. Plenty of variety of restaurants available close by. Palm beach and West Palm Beach easy to get to and airport so close by, it made the travel here very convenient. Most of all, we especially appreciated the outstanding property manager who was quick, responsive and extremely helpful - everything you can ask of a perfect manager who is helping to make your vacation the best one she can…thank you and we plan to return soon!

We got lucky when we stumbled upon this property and found it just as the pictures depicted if not even better. Beautiful view, from the 10th floor, with super nice finishes inside, views of sunrise and sunset. Hated to leave but will be back. Ritz property but the owner made the experience amazing from welcome gift to responding to any questions. 5 plus stars

We had a wonderful family vacation. The view was incredible. Our condo was absolutely beautiful. It had everything from a fully equipped kitchen to beach toys. It made our stay so enjoyable. Faina was very accommodating answering all of our questions and needs. I would highly recommend this condo if you want an amazing vacation. We will definitely be back.

We spent Spring break in Riviera Beach and fell in love with it. We were so happy to go back again for 2 weeks this summer. Faina was an absolute dream to work with. She kept me informed regarding check-in, gave me hurricane updates and communicated with me throughout our stay which was great. The condo was perfect - it was super clean, roomy enough for our family. We loved overlooking the ocean and inlet from the balconies. It was just perfect. We can't wait to visit again!!

The views from both patios were breathtaking, the kitchen was incredible and made creating family dinners so much fun. I was able to enjoy the master suite, but it was so large and gorgeous that I actually got lonely a few times ha ha. The entire place was DREAMY. We were lucky enough to book this condo unit last minute, when we were already in the area and it suddenly became available. Out host was very amenable and facilitated almost immediate access, with very speedy and efficient communication. She was a pleasure to work with and gave us flexibility to extend by a few days at the end of our two week stay. The apartment it self was fabulous and extremely comfortable with a beautiful view of the beach and pools down below. It was spacious, well decorated and spotlessly clean. We have stayed at this complex before and really enjoy all the facilities and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be returning!
