The location was pretty convenient. You can access the train station in a few minutes. There were two markets nearby.
The flat was pretty big and comfortable. Additionally, it was designed nicely. It was as if we were staying at our home. Kitchen appliances were more than we expected. You can find numerous things in the kitchen that you may need.
The air conditioners were not enough to cool the flat. Moreover, the ventilation system was not working well. We could not get fresh air and it was a bit noisy. Unfortunately, you cannot open the windows. It was pretty hot when we stayed there. So, I suggest you either not stay there during summer or find a way to open the windows. On the other hand, I am sure in winter the flat will be great to stay.
In addition, there were some hair on the sheets and some parts of the flat was a bit dusty. You can see the dust on the ventilation system and curtains.

Beautiful apartment! Very clean and comfortable! Recommended for a great stay!

I like that the studio was very clean and comfortable. It had absolutely everything that coud be needed during a holiday stay. The location was really good with very close access to two supermarkets and the train station. Everything worked nicely and the code contactess system worked better than I was expecting. All in all it was a great choice and I am very happy that I decided to stay here.
The only thing I really did not like is that although it has many windows, which is perfect in terms of light and view, none of them were able to open, therefore there was no possiblity of letting fresh air come into the flat. In general it was fine, however during certain times of day the room felt quite stuffy and hot.
There was an option to use two different types of ventilators (fans) that help with lowring the temperature and having some air circulation, however, it was not the same as being able to let fresh air from the outside come into the room.
So I would suggest that at least one or two windows were abiitated to have the possibility of opening them. And then the property would truly offer the most comfrotable experience possible.

Window handles are removed for the sake of "safety reasons", so you can't open windows. There's no air conditioning, but mechanical ventilation (with a heat exchanger that's preheats intake air) and two portable fans. It results in uncomfortably hot and perceptually not fresh air in summer. If you cook something, most of the cooking heat is retained within the room.

Fully equipped apartment, nothing to complain about.
There is no possibility to open the windows.

Value is ok for the money
Location far from center you need to take a train even though it is close to the place
Not far out from the airport
If you download the Bolt application you can get around either by taxi or train
Food market very close
However no alive person is available to help all by emails or Whatsapp application
It can be handled however not the best set up
For the money it is a good value
Room is clean for you has all the appliances that you can cook breakfast and evening snack

Yes, windows cant be opened, but there is air condition system, that works good. 👍

We made our own breakfast. The facilities were good, so we did not have any problems.
Access was very easy. Privacy was very good. The other guests who came in were also very polite and friendly.
The room could have been a little bigger. We felt that the size of the room was a bit small for a stay of more than a couple of days. A map of the area displayed in the room, indicating places to eat will also be very useful till we find our way around.

Great value for money.
We stayed in July-August, and while the weather outside was pleasant, the temperature in the apartment was way too hot. None of the windows opened - not even a little bit. Even with ventilators and adjusting the air circulation and bathroom floor heating, it was unacceptably hot and humid in the apartment. The staff informeus there was nothing more they could do.
I traveled with family and found the people around the building next door a little concerning. The building entry is just about 20 meters away from the hotel entrance and always had a crowd hanging in front of it smoking and drinking. In fact, last night I parked our car in front of the hotel and in the morning our car was covered in hundreds of cigarettes and paper coffee cups.

The environment is good. The traffic here is excellent just walk a few minutes then you can take the train and there is a bus stop beside. There are two supermarkets nearby. The interior is very new and clean. You can clearly see the view outside!
There are things left by the previous customer in the oven. The windows and escape passages are locked. The air is very poorly circulated, especially after cooking. The room is full of the smell of food and can't dissipate at all.

Big apartment, with large bed and sofa. The kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment is just a couple of minutes from the nearest train station. The trains goes continuously to both the airport and Helsinki city center.
The communication was very easy by email and sms. You got your own personal code to get in by both the front entrance and your own apartment provided by sms the same day as check-in.
The only downside was that it was very hot in the apartment, it was not possible to open the window to get some fresh air in. There was a fan and some kind of "AC", but it´s not possible to sleep with them making noises.

I liked the location and the apartment. Shops were nearby, parking spot in the outside was nearby (as informed by staff, one should prefer the outside spot). There were kitchen supplies, microwave, kettle for tea, coffee machine etc. Keyless entry is used, so no need to worry about loosing one.

Nice spacious room with kitchen. Good location.
The room was very hot, because the windows did not open and there was no air circulation. The hallways smelled from oil and other cooking smells. At some point during the stay, a person wanted to treat the room for bugs.
We were very concerned about this as we did not know what bugs.

Non era inclusa la colazione.
Windows did not open. What about if you suffer from claustrophobia. Even if you do not, I find It quite unhealthy.

The apartment was clean and the online pictures were accurate.
Free parking close by was a big plus.
Got the door codes in advance.
The apartment was hot as sauna! It is probably renovated from an old office building and there were several windows which could not be opened. Two fans just weren’t enough. Spend two sleepless nights.
The coffeemaker did not function correctly and the pillows look awfully dirty.

Easy to get to from the airport. Easy to get into the city on the train. Grocery store nearby.
The neighborhood is not the best.
8.0 / 10.0
The apartment itself was fantastic. You could really feel like home.
The location wasn't that good, and some people loitering around would give you not a good and safe feeling.

The place looks brand new and is located in a quiet area where nothing at all happens. It has two supermarkets, a pharmacy and a train station that gets to/from the airport and the city center.
I’m an experienced traveler (+40 countries) and I booked this place for 5 days, though I only stayed for 4. On the day I arrived, I got a medical emergency, so I contacted them and asked to direct me to the closest walk-in medical center to which they replied with a link to a website with a list (without maps) of several hospitals, which I didn’t know where they were since I had just landed (?!). As I was about to faint, I ended up contacting my friends (in Colombia!) to help me locate a good hospital, the Meilahden tornisairaala, which I recommend to anyone. The Hiisi Homes never checked on me to at least confirm if I was alive until I texted them to ask for 2 more hours to late check-out but they charged EUR 20, and all that made it the worst possible and unhuman experience overseas. I’m now in a hotel where they’ve allowed me to stay 3 more hours without extra charge…
Also, as others have mentioned, the windows won’t open and they’ve installed an air freshener, yet one feels breathless at times. They also dare to demand the guests to do a basic cleaning, but my fridge was not clean at all, nor the towels. The mattresses are too soft for the back and one feels like in a hole. Finally, it’s in the middle of nowhere, very far from the touristy areas. Get a better place if you can, these people don’t know how to be hospitable.

Perfect accommodation. Easy check-in process, free secure parking. Ultra clean accommodation with kitchen and all mentioned facilities. Very close to train station that you can even visit airport or helsinki via train and no need car. Ultra clean rest rooms and super easy checkout process.
I will definitely recommend and will stay here next time I visit with family.
Nothing, everything was just awesome and perfect. Great property with kitchen and super easy to check in and out.

All good, nice, clean apartment in a convenient location.
In-building parking is tight (as have been mentioned elsewhere - this is quite typical in Helsinki apartments), but they also have other parking lots. Shower drain was a bit slow. Windows cannot be opened, maybe ok for winter but not summer. Also the blinds are not light-tight, so sleeping in summer could be a challenge. Elevator a bit scary.

Very clean, great shower, well equipped kitchen
There were missing blackout curtains to block the early sunlight in the mornings that haven't been handled after requesting from the customer service. Not very flexible check-in/out times.

Large and quiet apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Far from the city center but well connected by public transport, a short distance away (200m) is the local train station which connects you to the city center in a few minutes.
Self check-in. The code we were given was too long and the keyboard wouldn't accept it unless you entered it quickly. Shorter codes!!! My 5 year old son found food left by the previous tenants under the sofa, a more thorough cleaning would be better.
