Bella Casa is only 1.5 Blocks away from the Beach and Boardwalk. Nestled in a wonderful location. An easy walk to many attractions, restaurants, miniature golf, ice cream, and the famous Wildwood Boardwalk and Free Beach.
A 1st-floor Condo. 1800 square foot house. Bella Casa has 4 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths..The open floor plan gives the house a spacious and roomy edge to it. The house easily accommodates 12 people. Designed and decorated to entertain a large group but cozy for smaller groups too.

Every room has been carefully thought out for your pleasure, and enjoyment to ensure an amazing vacation. An opened floor plan. A roomy Living Room with beautiful leather furniture. Kick back and relax on the comfy extra-long sofa or loveseat. Sit on the oversized chair with the ottoman while you watch television on the wall-mounted 55-inch television with Comcast X-Finity or play on your computer with Internet Connection.
A fully equipped kitchen provides the chef with all the amenities for cooking and baking. A pleasure to cook and serve in the kitchen. Everything is at your fingertips, dishes, glassware, pots, pans, a crock pot, a margarita mixer, a griddle, kitchen aid, Keurig, and a Coffee Maker. These are just a small sample of goodies in the kitchen.
Seating arrangements in the Dining Room accommodate 12 people. Gather around the Dining Room table with seating for 8. The Breakfast Counter, adjacent to the Dining Table seats 4 people. The space is roomy for all guests.
A set of glass sliding doors, off the Living Room and Dining Room leads to a large balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon drink, and feel the breeze while relaxing on the comfy furniture. A perfect spot to enjoy the summer days and nights.
The 4 Bedrooms comfortably accommodates 12 people. Each room has a ceiling fan and a wall-mounted Roku Television with a remote. Large closets, and bureaus for personal belongings. All rooms have a nightstand with a lamp and a chair. A different beach theme is in each room. Every bedroom is beautifully decorated for your enjoyment.

The Master Bedroom is very spacious and roomy. A Queen Size Bed with a decorative headboard. Nightstands flank the bed with attractive lamps.
A twin trundle bed is on the opposite side of the bedroom. A twin bed pulls out from under the trundle bed.
A private Bathroom is in the Master Bedroom.
The bathroom is a nice size. A long sink vanity. A 3-tier shelf to house personal items. A shower with a power-massage hand-held shower head.
The Back Bedroom....Accommodates 4 People
This bedroom has 2 Full Size Beds. There is space all around the bed providing easy access for the guests to be able to get around the bed.
This room has a back balconey with two chairs for a a little private time.
The Front Bedroom..Acommodates 2 people
This bedroom has a Queen Size Bed with a Ratttan Head Board. Decorated with Flamingos. Full access around the bed, giving the guests enough room to easily manever around the room.
The Side Bedroom....Accommodates 2 people
Two Twin Beds between the beds an attractive side table with a Flip-Flop Lamp. The bedroom is decorated in the theme of Flip-Flops providing a shore flair.
The Hallway Bathroom
The bathroom is convenient for all guests in the house. The shower has a detached shower head. A nice size linen closet for personal items of the guests.
The Laundry Room
The Laundry Room is located in the hallway. There is a side by side washer and dryer. There is an iron and an ironing board. A laundry basket for clothes.
Outside Premises
In the back of the house, is an outside shower. An extra wide shower stall to enjoy a refreshing shower. In the backyard, is a picnic table with an umbrella. A Weber Grill is provided with all the gadgets for the griller. There is an outside clothes line to hang up wet bathing suits and towels.

Location of the Property
Perfect location for walking, biking or driving. Walking distance to many attractions, beach, boardwalk, attractions and restaurants. The beach and boardwalk are only one and half blocks away from the house. Mudhen Restaurant is only a few blocks. A block away is Duffentineti's Ice Cream and Minature Golf. 2 blocks away is Marvin's for breakfast or venture for morning Yoga on the Beach. So many places conveniently located near Bella Casa.
Take a 10 minute drive to Cape May to stroll on Washington Street. Shop in the quaint stores. Have a breakfast or dinner at Mad Batter. Enjoy the Victorian Houses and venture to Congress Hall.
Take a short drive to Cape May County Park and Zoo. A wonderfully designed Zoo to enjoy and explore. Free admissions to the Zoo. Pack a lunch and enjoy eating at the Park.
There is always a 45 minute ride toward Atlantic City. Nightlife, Casinos and Restaurants await you. There is a wonderful outside shopping district with many shops.

The house was perfect size for 8. Close to boardwalk and beach. LOVED the beach taxi. The house was nicely equip. with everything we needed for beach.

This property is in the best location! We were a block and half away from boardwalk and the beach. The beer store, food store and mini golf within walking distance. But if you don’t feel like walking the house comes with bikes for the whole family.
Let talk beach fun ! The garage was fully stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, kites, 2 beach carts making it easier to get to the beach.
Now, the best part ! The house is Dog friendly with in walking distance to a beautiful dog park on Andrew street.
The house was clean , fully stocked to cook for 10-14 people. The beds were comfortable.
Grace made checking in and renting super easy. Can’t say enough how great this property was for Family vacation.

Great place for our growing family! All one level with 4 nice sized bedrooms to retreat to for privacy. Our hosts, Grace and Jay were very attentive to our needs and answered questions promptly! Everything was clean and modern. The decor was beautiful! We loved it and will return!

This home is absolutely beautiful and comes with all the bells and whistles!! I could not be more grateful for Grace before and during the entirety of our stay. She is so helpful and responds almost immediately. The only downfall was you could hear the footsteps of the neighbors above, but if you're making the most of your trip you will be at the beach and not in the house!

This was the perfect house for our family group of 11 getaway! It was beautiful, spacious, stocked with everything we needed. It was two blocks from the boardwalk, walking distance to restaurants, and a short drive to Cape May. Grace & Jay are so wonderful, gave great suggestions for Thanksgiving dinner, Duffinetti’s was fantastic! They are amazing hosts and we’re already looking at the calendar to book for next year. Many memories were made!!

This was the perfect condo for our adult family and two dogs! Everyone had a wonderful time. Having the bikes and beach chairs available to use was such a bonus! The condo was clean and well equipped and the location was ideal! Grace made everything so easy, can’t wait to stay again.

We were very happy with our stay in Wildwood. The house was in great condition when we arrived and the communication from the owners right before we arrived was outstanding. Having a garage full of chairs, bikes, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. made packing much easier.
The house is located in a perfect location with plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well as the beach and boardwalk. We will absolutely look to stay again when we return to wildwood.

We had a great week. The home was exactly what we needed. It was close to the boardwalk and had all of the beach supplies that we needed. It is also close to the grocery store, liquor store and ice cream/ mini golf. We will be back!

We loved our stay at Bella Casa!! We had a unique experience as we just recently sold our own place in Wildwood in February. It was strange driving over the bridge knowing we were not going to our shore house. I was excited about our weekend away with my daughter and our friends, but I was nervous staying somewhere new on the island. However, once we entered I immediately felt at home. From the decor to the amenities, this was the perfect place for us! Bella Case is in a great location...close to the boards and the beach (even though we didn't have beach weather). One of our favorite restaurants, the Ravioli House, is close by as are many other great places to eat. The property was spacious for our families...enough beds and privacy for all! The owners are warm and welcoming, too! I highly recommend Bella Casa!! We will definitely be back!

We had a super time,. The accommodations were just right, not too tight, but able to play, have fun, and enjoy our time, and explore the area. Renting this house was such a pleasure! We were blown away by the beautiful layout and decor. Even spending time indoors due to excessive rain was relaxing because the house was so spacious. It is a great location in Wildwood- close to the beach, boardwalk, and many great food options. The property manager was so helpful and attentive. We are hoping to rent this house again soon! (In fact, within the first hour of arriving I suggested we put in a deposit right away for next year!)

Wildwood At It's Best
Grace and Jay were exceptional hosts. The house was perfect for our needs and had much more than expected. Very clean and organized. We really enjoyed all of the bikes and beach items they had for us in their garage. Have 3 parking spots was also a huge perk. Communication over the whole trip was some of the best I've had from a host. Would highly recommend a stay hosted by Grace and Jay.

Irish weekend is 72 hours my fiancé and close friends look forward to all year. Our only kid free mini vacation out of the year. This property was very clean, beautiful, and sleep 11 of us with no problem. Not only that but a nice bonus the owner provides a lot of extras such as bikes to ride, games, any kitchen needs you can think of and washer and dryer in the unit. All these things are great to have and usually cost extra . The neighbors where very nice and the block was quiet for the weekend it was. But no one cared when we laughed late into the night on the balcony which was a great place to relax and enjoy our time. The owner couldn’t be nicer and responded to all messages quickly. I will recommend this place to anyone and will be going back for a future stay.

Irish weekend is 72 hours my fiancé and close friends look forward to all year. Our only kid free mini vacation out of the year. This property was very clean, beautiful, and sleep 11 of us with no problem. Not only that but a nice bonus the owner provides a lot of extras such as bikes to ride, games, any kitchen needs you can think of and washer and dryer in the unit. All these things are great to have and usually cost extra . The neighbors where very nice and the block was quiet for the weekend it was. But no one cared when we laughed late into the night on the balcony which was a great place to relax and enjoy our time. The owner couldn’t be nicer and responded to all messages quickly. I will recommend this place to anyone and will be going back for a future stay.

Awesome living space!
This property is lovely! There was a huge living/kitchen/dining space that seven of us were quite comfortable in. Lots of kitchen amenities & gadgets (wish we had a chance to use the margarita machine ☹️). We had a senior toy poodle who absolutely loved the space, as well. I totally recommend this home for the family & the doggo(s)! 😁

Wonderful memories
The house was a perfect size for the 8 of us. Everyone had their own space but we also had enough space when we gathered in the living room/ kitchen.
