About this apartment rental

This newly refurbished living space offers a wonderful holiday escape with a relaxed country feel and only minutes to the beach. Perfect for families, small groups or even the soul traveler wanting a solitude escape.
You need bring no more than good food, fine wine and the perfect company then sit back, relax and enjoy watching the kangaroos graze in the 4 acre yard. All your linen is supplied to make your stay even more enjoyable. Linen includes sheets, doonas, pillows, towels and tea towels. Iron and washing machine also provided.
With two living areas you can all enjoy your own smart TV, DVD player and X-box (including several games). We also have FREE guest WIFI!!
You have your own full sized kitchen equipped with all that you require including, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, milk shake maker and various baking items. A selection of tea and coffee is offered along with your basic condiments.
A spacious outdoor area offers a large 8 seater table along with a BBQ and fire pit (Please bring your own firewood).
Pets are welcome but we do ask that they do not go on any furniture. Please note that the property is not fully fenced.
The main street with cafes, restaurants, SPAR, FoodWorks, bakery, tavern/bottle shop/TAB, chemist, newsagent and petrol station is less than a few minutes away.
There is plenty of parking available, with room undercover for your car, trailer or boat. Facilities also available to clean your boat.

Beautiful property, great relaxing quiet location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, frpm opening all the sliding windows to seeing the roos feeding in the evening,and morning. Well stocked pantry and everything we could possibly need to cook any type of meal. Truly exceeded these Canadians expectstions!

We could not have been happier with our holiday in Graham's beautiful home. Our 2 year old Kelpie really enjoyed the spaciousness of the garden and had a great run around. The initial greeting from the kangaroos was special, even for us. We hosted our friends who were staying in a very cramped unit in town and they also enjoyed the facilities, especially the extensive kitchen utensils. Graham was there doing work on his boat but respected our privacy. Perhaps a privacy screen for the main bed would not go astray. We wold love to go back there again.

Place was so big, light and airy and well appointed. It was a perfect location for our dog who loved the freedom to roam. Heaps of cooking utensils and loved the extras in the pantry. We didn't have kids with us but it would be perfect for a young family. Thanks....will be back

The accommondation is open plan, set on a large grass block. Kangaroos visit in the morning. It is so peaceful and relaxing, but close to all social requirements. It is a place I will revisit when staying at Agnes Waters.

This place is an absolute hidden gem! The accommodation is fantastic! The place has everything you need or could possibly ever want to cook at home, my wife was in love with the kitchen and it's set up! The grounds were beautiful and well kept, just be very wary that the place is not fully dog fenced safe and our 12 month old Staffy was always trying to escape, but in saying that, we all had an amazing trip! Graham was on-site fixing up his cottage, he was available to help us with a slight plumbing issue, but he was a fantastic host and always willing to say G'day and have a chat. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality Graham, you are a legend and we can't wait to come back and stay again with you, hopefully soon!!!! My only small and silly recommendation would be to upgrade the bbq on the back patio as we love to cook outdoors aswell, but the one on site was a bit smaller than I am used to. Still, 5 stars, and would Highly Recommend this accommodation to couples and families who want a bit of space with their fur kids able to enjoy their holiday aswell!!! Thanks Graham for everything.

Took my two pups Syd 6 cattle dog/kelpie and Winnie the Pooh 1 Fr bulldog. We all had the best time and Graham threw in an extra night in his adjoining cottage for the cleaning fee. I love Agnes Waters..marvellous café at end of road which is sadly closing down...we went each day we were there for great coffee!

Property is nicely presented and as a couple we found it to be a great space. Loved the in door and out door flow. Was surprised just how temperate the property was, always a comfortable natural temperature. Couple of gripes, was that traffic could be heard from early morning, and whilst the kitchen has everything, there are so many draws it took an age to find anything , perhaps labels on the inner drawer would help guests to maintain their function. A nest of tables would be useful for drinks when on the palatial sofa. 5 stars if these minor issues were remedied. L

It was just the two of us. The building is well built, well maintained, well presented, and away from the road. Outdoor indoor both are spacious, tidy, airy, peaceful, and well equipped. We felt safe and very comfortable. Excellent concrete area for car & boat and it connects to the unit so we don’t walk on mud and bring dirt inside. Nothing is wrong with main bed, it’s just that we are used to king size bed with super king size doona, next time we will bring our own blanket, no drama. It has become one of our favourite places to stay.
