This well-presented attached cottage rests in the hamlet of Huntworth, near Bridgwater in Somerset.
Dragonfly is a delightfully modern cottage resting within a residential courtyard of properties near the Somerset town of Bridgwater. It boasts three bedrooms; a double, a king-size double with an en-suite bathroom and a twin room, sleeping six guests altogether. There is also a ground floor cloakroom, a family bathroom, kitchen/diner and a sitting room with an electric fire. To the exterior is a private patio area with a picnic bench as well as shared access to the lawned area and down to the lake. There is off-road parking for 1 car. Dragonfly is a family-friendly cottage in an ideal location for touring Mendip Hills AONB.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Private patio with seating, shared access to lawned area and lakeside. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Please note; there is an extra fee of £36 is applicable for arrivals after 5pm or Sunday arrivals and £36.00 payable for Sunday departures

Cheddar is only a few miles away as is Glastonbury, home of King Arthur and pop festivals. The wetland areas surrounding Bridgwater are internationally renowned for wintering wildfowl and wading birds and support numerous species of breeding birds. Nearby Shapwick Heath is an excellent example of a wetland nature reserve well worth a visit, as is the Steart Marshes on the Bridgwater Bay National Nature Reserve.

Peaceful location
Out in the country but near to motorway. Lovely lake and friendly geese that come and go. Very well managed site we recommend it.
