PET FRIENDLY: Intimate tropical BEACHFRONT hideaway, with private beach path thru rainforest gardens onto AMAZING BEACH. .
NEWLY RENOVATED. 1 private Queen bedroom downstairs, plus single day bed in living area. Mezzanine floor is 1 Queen plus 1 single (ladder access), great for the kids or the young at heart. Wifi.

Spacious Living/Dining area, comfy couches, TV. leading onto view of happy entertaining area, with 8 seater outdoor table, a nooky Cabana retreat, and very cool outdoor shower for after-swims

One bathroom, with internal laundry. Friendly kitchen with stocked pantry, cooking and dining necessities, gas cooktop and elect oven. Very efficient reverse cycle air conditioning. Outdoor BBQ and fabulous big outdoor paved garden entertainment area. Sleeps up to 6.
Beach walks, famous rock swimming pool, golf, tennis, lawn bowls, quirky cafes, great restuarants, pubs, old art movie theatre.. FABULOUS LOCATION. right on the beach.

Two separate queen bedrooms upstairs,lovely double Bali bed downstairs. Stainless steel gas kitchen is chef friendly with 10-seater dining table.
Two bathrms and an outdoor hot/cold after-beach shower. Pet yard fully fenced. FABULOUS LOCATION

Absolutely loved our stay @ Shellie’s Beach House! As a returning guest we were pleasantly surprised by the new renovation and had a wonderful weekend exploring the local cafe’s, beaches and scenic walks! Super pet friendly and would highly recommend! ❤️🐾

The "Little House" was 100% perfect for our stay at Sawtell. Our friends were next door in the "Big House". I highly recommend groups do the same. Beach access at the door, central to everything, beautiful spaces to relax in, bush backdrop, very well appointed. The whole family have voted it the best holiday ever! We had a lovely time here. It’s rare to find a place so close to the beach in the coffs area that you can hear the waves crashing as you fall asleep. Even rarer to be just over the sand dune from a patrolled beach. Shelly was very accommodating and welcomed our pets (2 dogs and a budgie!). She was also super responsive to any queries we had. Looking forward to coming back!

Shellie was a fantastic host for her two beautiful houses. We enjoyed our time there so much we wanted to stay longer! Lovely Bali-inspired gardens and features, and so close to the beautiful beach. Well placed for walking into the village centre for great coffee and really good selection of restaurants. Delightfully comfy beds with lovely bed linen. Shellie and her husband were exceedingly kind and generous hosts. Great for a family reunion! Would love to come back again!

Stayed three nights with my fur baby and had a wonderful time! Absolutely loved the chic Bali decor.. the beach location … and it’s convenient proximity to everything.. would highly recommend this property.. especially when travelling with your pet 🐾 .. can’t wait to hopefully stay again on our next trip!

A wonderful little house - perfect for our family and four legged friend. Tropical garden was lush and walk to the beach easy and very accessible. Beautiful beach swims and a very successful fishing afternoon was enjoyed by all. We are looking forward to our next trip to this gem.

Booked for 3 nights for our family over the Christmas holidays - each and every one of us adored the place. Well appointed and well looked after, Little House has everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Great character and well presented throughout, the backyard setting was my favourite - a wonderful private retreat and only footsteps away from the beautiful beach. Big thank you to our hostess Shellie, she was exceptional to deal with, very prompt with her responses and made us feel very welcome - 5 stars!

Cute, quirky house with a very relaxed vibe. Excellent location for beach and shop access. Shellie was very responsive and a bit of an issue we had was compensated (with kind thanks) by Shellie. Dog friendly house but the yard is not properly fenced to keep dogs in so have to keep an eye on them or tie them up. Would definitely stay again if we're up that way. Thanks Shellie.
