The Arnold Palmer Design Company welcomes you to Lakewood Nationals Newly Built First Floor Terrace. Highly sought after and anticipated Lakewood National Golf and Country Club! Located in Lakewood Ranch, is a Championship Golf Course nearly 900-acre enclave set within the 17,500 acre an award winning master planned community. Close to all modern conveniences as well as a very close proximity to the beautiful #1 rated beach in the USA Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island, and Longboat Keys. Lakewood National will have casual and formal dining, spa and fitness center, aerobics and pilates, hair and nail salon, tennis center, golf and tennis pros, resort style lagoon, lap pools, outdoor tiki bar with poolside dining.

This property provides an easy first floor access with an open floor plan with the living area to the rear of the condo allowing for maximal sunlight and relaxation of the fabulous water view. Luxury living at its best. The property has been professionally furnished with a high end feel and fully upgraded with all the latest technology for your enjoyment. Easy access from screened lanai. With a large covered assigned parking spot and plenty of parking for guests.

Lakewood National Golf Club at Lakewood Ranch. This is a brand new community or "village" in Lakewood Ranch. There will be ongoing construction here until its estimated completion in 2024. It will not interfere with your stay or use of available amenities or ability to golf. Community will be gated with security guard present at the gate.

Golf and club membership includes unlimited use of all available facilities-tennis, pool, fitness center and of course golf. (golf cart rental is required as a separate fee) for your length of stay.

Lakewood National Amenities to be completed in 2018-2024:
Will include (Tennis, Golf, Pickle Ball, Pool, and Fitness center).

Golf:
36 hole championship Arnold Palmer designed golf course with driving range and pro shop.

Tennis:
Tennis Center with nine Har-Tru tennis courts and pro shop.

Clubhouse:
Central Clubhouse with restaurant, fitness center, spa, and swimming pool with poolside dining.

Swimming Pool:
Lagoon-Style swimming pool with lounge chairs, a lap pool, and children's pool. Walk-in entry resort style pool. Plus your own community pool walking distance from stay (5 minute walk).

Fitness Center:
Well-equipped fitness center with aerobics studio.

Gated Security:
This community is gated with a security guard present. Security will be present at the gatehouse.

Outstanding condo and a great location. Very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Very well stocked with the essentials. Short two minute walk to condo pool. Community is also very walkable. Owner was very responsive to any and all inquiries and questions. It was a great vacation spot!

We enjoyed everything about our stay as well as the overall community that the property is located in. The property was extremely clean when we arrived. The decor was obviously carefully planned and everything matched and looked great. Even the dishes matched the decor. The property was also well stocked with some thoughtful things that made sure we didn't immediately have to run out to pick up essentials.(various beverages, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.) The couple of times we contacted the owner he immediately was available and took care of our problem. We highly recommend this property and owner!

We had a great stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and was conveniently stocked with necessities. The property is amazing, equipped with pickleball courts and a nice gym, in addition to the golf courses. The location is perfect as well.

Beautiful property. Great setup of bedroom, sitting room, kitchen and porch. Beautifully decorated and top-of-the-line quality in couch, TVs, beds, towels, etc etc etc. Development facilities are great - pool is amazing; workout center and golf course. Can’t say enough great things about the property. Steve, the host, was outstanding and made the stay really easy. Texted a lot prior to arrival and then didn’t need to text with him, at all. Everything was well thought out, so there was no need. Recommend HIGHLY 👍😀 We will stay in the same place / condo if we go back next year - my daughter was practicing with the Sarasota ballet. Thanks Steve Cheers 🍻

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in Steve's condo. It was very comfortable and it had a great view of the lake and the golf course. The condo was very well furnished, including all the kitchen provisions that you would want. We enjoyed the golf course and the pool / Tiki bar. The gifts Steve had for my wife and I were very nice as was the fully stocked bar. I highly recommend this condo! Charlie

I texted the Owner, Steve, after we very easily checked in and unpacked, that his online descriptions, photos and past reviews were "spot on" - EVERYTHING was as described and pictured and was PERFECT! My husband was still working from "home" in FL, so the Office area that Steve has place of a dining room table, with a desk, comfy chair and printer, was just perfect for him! I over-packed, not knowing what would be available for us to use - EVERYTHING was provided for our use and enjoyment. MANY THANKS!!

My husband and I recently stayed at Lakewood National. Steve was a great host. He provided everything we need and responded quickly to our questions. The condo is clean, modern and well equipped. We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai looking out at the lake and the 12th hole drinking coffee, reading and watching the golfers.

I want to start off by saying, Steve was an amazing host. He answered all my questions and was very prompt! Steve, your condo is very beautiful, clean and modern. I highly appreciate the luxury welcome gifts you gave my wife and I. Further, I appreciate that the bedding, pillows and towels were all brand new. The well stocked bar cart was greatly appreciated! The two golf courses were perfect! The best I have played! Very challenging courses! Steve I want to be back in April! Everything was perfect! You went above and beyond by providing my wife and I 24 hour concierge service! You’re the best! The tiki bar had the best drinks and food! The people in the community are so friendly!! Our stay at Lakewood National was above and beyond our expectations. We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the last 15 years and we both agreed this was absolutely the best. The condo was immaculate. It was very nicely decorated. We found the pictures in each room very cosmopolitan. The furniture, beds, pillows and linens were top of the line. Very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with Kate Spade dishes, utensils, glasses, cups and pots and pans. We did cook at the condo and the quality of the pans and oven was outstanding. The owner Steve supplied us with paper products, cleaning supplies, toiletries, a well stocked refrigerator with water, soda and beer and a well stocked bar cart with top shelf liquor. He had a desk with a printer and Chrome Book. The printer was very useful during our stay. Steve also left us very nice gifts with a welcome note. We’ve never had any owner do this for us. Thank you Steve for being so kind. We loved being on the first floor. We really enjoyed the lanai. The furniture was very comfortable and the view was unbelievable. The 12th hole and the lake. So relaxing. My husband is a golfer and he really enjoyed both Arnold Palmer courses. We enjoyed both pools. The local pool was only a 3 minute walk and the main pool was unbelievable with the waterfalls and the tiki bar close by. We used the fitness center. All state of the art equipment. The owner Steve was great to work with and answered any questions we had. We did have an issue with the TV’s and he immediately called the cable company to resolve our issue. Thank you. We did have to cut our stay short by 9 days because of the Corona Virus. Very scary. The owner Steve is working with VRBO in regards to this issue. We will definitely book Steve’s condo again and we thank Steve for all he did to make our stay enjoyable. Ralph & Janine Cooper
