Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Las Palmas

Nettes Zimmer mit kleinem Bad. Kleiner Balkon- alles ok für eine Nacht. Super nette Vermieter. Sehr schönes Ambiente beim Frühstücken.

Das Bett hätte definitiv weicher sein können. Wer es hart mag - der liegt dort gut.

Pamela is a superhost so there is awful lot to like at Casa Doramas

Nowadays it is very common not to meet the owner of the accomodation. At Casa Doramas Pamela is there to give you a warm welcome and show you around. It was lovely to have her knowledge and helpfullness available. On my last day she arranged a taxi for me and was up at a very early hour to see me safely on my way. I had a nicely decorated little 1 bedroom flat on the ground floor with access to a patio. I loved having the outdoor space because, even in January, the weather was beautiful and I could sit outside. Casa Doramos is located in a quiet upmarket area – much quieter than the original beach area I had planned. It is next to a lovely park and convenient to buses and shops. The breafast area is on the roof and has beautiful views of the harbor. Breakfast was excellent. Pamela cooked exceptionally good scrambled egg and bacon. There was also yogurt, toast, jam, and fruit . I felt safe and comfortable at Casa Doramas and wished I had booked it for a little longer.

I am sure if there were anything I didn't like Pamela would have found a solution - but there wasn't anything.

Everything, we loved everything from the gorgeous room to the wonderful host Pamela. The breakfast was also fabulous and eaten on the roof terrace overlooking the bay.

Comfortable, relaxing environment. Wonderful rooftop terrace for breakfast or just to sit and have a drink and look over

Fabulous location. Nice neighbourhood close to a beautiful park, close to the marina and also easy walking distance to the cathedral area. Great position between the city and the beach. Excellent hosts. They were very welcoming and helpful. Friendly. Delicious breakfast.

We would stay here again!

Beautiful location with restaurants in walking distance. Easy to walk or get a bus to other parts of the city or the island. A lovely building with great views and a wonderful rooftop terrace that you could use day and evening. A great breakfast on the rooftop in the morning.

We zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen. DE kamer is ruim en het bed comfortabel HEt centrum en de playa zijn gemakkelijk te bereiken, een klein half uur te voet of met de bus (bushalte vlakbij).

Great location and breakfast

The location is close to a few main bus lines which can easily take you to the auditorium, old town, etc. Even though we had a car, we chose taking the buses to avoid difficult parking. The park next door is excellent for a relaxing stroll. The lodging has nice rooftop lounge and breakfast areas. The hostess is super nice and the breakfast is cook to order with good choices.

The lodging is at the end of a dead-end street with a narrow road. We are glad that we chose the paid parking inside their gated front courtyard, as street parking is hard to come by. The courtyard is pretty small so parking multiple cars requires a little bit of skill and experience with tight parking - another reason we chose taking the bus while staying at this lodging. The room and bathroom are quite small.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Das Frühstück hatten wir auf einer Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen. Die Gastgebenden waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben sich um uns bemüht. Von der Wohnung aus sind Busse und auch Restaurants gut erreichbar.

Sehr nette Gastgeber in einer top Lage. Für uns war allerdings das Bad ein no go.

Das Frühstück auf der Dachterasse war wirklich super. Auch die Lage der Unterkunft war top. Wir hatten auch die Möglichkeit unseren Mietwagen im Hof abzustellen

Gestört hat das unser Bad nur über den Gang zu erreichen war und die vielen Duftstäbchen. Ok, die haben wir dann auf den Balkon verlegt.

Would stay again if we return

Very charming room with in room hot drinks amenities. Tasty freshly prepared breakfast on the roof terrace. Charming hosts who were very helpful and good info was provided. It was not so close to anything but tucked away in a quiet secluded area and close to the bus service which works well. Lovely views and next to a park

Had to travel by bus to find food. Not so bad when you could use google maps to find your way around. We found the beds to be very firm but that’s a personal choice.

Cosy BB in the city center

Great location right next to the park Doramas. Very good public transport with bus stop few meters from BB. Walking distance to the old city (30min) and main beach Las Canteras (40min). The biggest advantage, however, are the owners who prepare breakfast every morning on the terrace on the roof. We might call them now really good friends.

From one side of the house is a bit busy city road, but all positive points of that location covers it :-)

Nicely decorated B&B, the hosts are professional and care for their guests

Our stay at the B&B was lovely. The hosts are welcoming and friendly. They contacted us before our stay to give exact information about the Parking situation, the keys, room etc. One could also ask for several utilities such as an Umbrella for the beach which was convenient. The B&B is at a nice location near a park. You can easily go for a walk down the promenade. The city centre and old town aren’t too far away but you don’t have much traffic at the location. Our room was spacious enough and we had a big balcony with a view. Everything was clean and we did get our room tidied regularly. Products in the Bathroom were provided. The Breakfast was also well prepared. The hosts would serve it on the nicely decorated terrace of the building giving several options like eggs, pastries, yoghurt, fruit and more. Thank you Pamela and Davide for making us feel welcomed.

Pamela and Davide are the perfect hosts. You feel welcomed and at home.

Although is a B&B the room was cleaned every day,towel changed and I loved the beach towels and umbrellas service, very rarely you find this service. Breakfast is a la carte but they got everything and it’s cooked at the moment. They also accommodated our requests. Parking available which is a plus. Thank you for upgrading our room,we really appreciate it!

Pamela was extremely nice to us. She is very available, kind, friendly and genuinely wants to make sure her guests are having the best time. The place was super clean and so well decorated. It is full of charm, we loved it! The terraces are lovely, with a great view over the port. Breakfast was delicious and the staff are the best! Thank you All!

nice place but do not stay in the basement room, pay more for a upstairs room

good location and nice breakfast, the view from roof top patio, room is nicely decorated

the room we stayed is on the basement level, the room is very small and the ceiling is quite low, a strong sewage smell comes out of the bathroom, parking is on the street outside which is full all the time

lovey!

The room was large, it has a beautiful big bathroom and the bed was very comfortable! The location was perfect for us to do day trips out exploring around the island. The hostess was so nice! The breakfasts were great and the coffee…amazing! It was a nice start to our day! There was lots of information for local services. Parking is an issue in Gran Canaria but parking is available for $5.00 Euros per day on the property which is secure.

I can’t find anything negative to say. it was great and I highly recommend it!

A place where you can relax perfectly.

The location is very convenient for walking to both pedestrian promenades. Beautiful park and great landscape next to the apartments. Pamela is fantastically welcoming and helpful with any questions. I had initially given up breakfast because I had decided to eat it in a different place every day. Las Palmas is not Nice or Paris, there is no breakfast tradition. That's why I use the breakfast options offered in the apartments. Undoubted quality, as each breakfast is individually prepared according to the customer's wishes, which allows for an economical use of resources, as there is usually a lot of leftovers in buffet-style breakfasts, or there is not enough for the last customers. It was great that I could choose exactly as much as I wanted every day. During further walks we also found breakfast places, but they were quite far to go every morning.

Overall, our stay was smooth and easy. Would recommend!

Our hostess, Pamela, was very helpful and accommodating. She allowed us to check-in early and allowed us to extend our check-out by 30 minutes when we got a bit of a late start to our morning. The room is on the bottom floor, but the property is gated, which made it the perfect combination of easily accesible, private, and secure.

Our only complaint about our stay is that the size of the shower is quite small, just enough room to stand in and manage to close the sliding door behind you. The process of actually showering was a bit of a hassle, however, our stay was quite short so we didn't mind too much. This just may be something to keep in mind if you're planning a longer stay and will need a more comfortable place to wash off after long days at the beach.

a perfect place in an ideal location

the people who run it could not be more friendly, helpful and attentive. the room was really lovely, every detail thought through. breakfast is in the rooftop overlooking the docks and was perfect. the park is to die for and it’s a stones throw to the marina. Would 100% recommend it
