Appartamento pulito, ben accessoriato, in zona residenziale a circa 10 minuti di bicicletta dal mare. Proprietario molto disponibile ed accogliente.

Una Casetta veramente splendida!

Non si può far altro che dichiarare un feedback positivo sia all’appartamento che alla famiglia del Sig.re Roberto! L’immobile si è presentato con mobilio nuovo. All’interno non mancava nessun elettrodomestico. Si percepisce come i proprietari hanno premura nel dare tutti i confort a gli inquilini (dalla macchinetta del caffè al mettere a disposizioni delle biciclette per la mobilità). Infine un ringraziamento speciale al sig.re Roberto, a sua moglie e suo figlio per il ricco cadeau di benvenuto.. ESPERIENZA A 5 STELLE!!

Wir waren 9 Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Man findet alles, auch sowas wie Spülmittel, Schwamm usw. Sogar Sandspielzeug war vorhanden. Ein Babyhochstuhl als auch ein komplett neues Babybett waren vorhanden. Es gab Fahrräder, die man nutzen konnte. Im Aussenbereich gab es zwei große Tische. Die Vermieter sind freundlich. Mit dem Sohn konnte man deutsch sprechen. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man zum Stran.d Empfehlen wir jedem weiter...

FEWO in Torre del Lago

FEWO in Torre del Lago

Die FEWO befand sich in einem einigermaßen gereinigtem Zustand. Sie ist mit relativ neuen Möbeln (Küche, Tisch u. Stühle ,etc.) bestückt und vielen Utensilien gut ausgestattet. Eine "normale" Kaffeemaschine ist allerdings nicht vorhanden, lediglich eine Kapselmaschine. Sei zu erwähnen, dass die Dusche sehr beengt (ca. 60x60 cm) ist und ggfls. korpulentere Menschen dort Platzprobleme haben werden. Grundsätzlich ist die FEWO ziemlich dunkel, da z.B. im Wohn-/Essraum nur durch die Haustür Licht einfällt. Die Kommunikation kann nur auf italienisch bzw. mit dem Sohn des Vermieters auf englisch stattfinden, hat aber gut geklappt. Der Vermieter wohnt im selbem Haus, ist aber ausgesprochen freundlich, zurückhaltend sowie äußerst hilfsbereit und sofort bemüht, Fragen und Probleme zu klären. So baute er auf Nachfrage umgehend im Schlafraum ein Fliegengitter ins Fenster und stellte uns im Außenbereich einen größeren Tisch zur Verfügung. Im Außenbereich kann man relativ ungestört sitzen (abgesehen vom Hundegebell der vielen Nachbarhunde). Sehr positiv haben wir die beiden kostenlosen Fahrräder empfunden und viel genutzt. Alles im Allem ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis OK. Noch einmal würden wir allerdings nicht die FEWO buchen.

Siamo arrivati in mattinata, il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha subito fatto accomodare e in più un benvenuto con chianti, vinsanto e cantucci🤤 Appartamento ottimamente attrezzato, posizione molto comoda sia per spiaggia sia per vedere il lago vicino. La disponibilità delle due bici è una bellissima cosa, molto comodo per raggiungere spiaggia e zone vicine. Consigliatissimo.

Accoglienza cordiale con piccolo dono di benvenuto. . proprietario gentile e disponibile. Appartamento in ottime condizioni e attrezzato in modo adeguato. Eccellente pulizia. Buona posizione con il mare facilmente raggiungibile con bicicletta.. Unico neo il wifi non perfettamente funzionante. Nel comp'lesso più che buono.

Clean and Comfortable apartment.

Stayed for a week, 2 adults and 3 children. Apartment was comfortable clean and had everything we needed. The owners had bikes which came with the apartment and we made good use off as these which saved having to drive to the beach, local cafes and markets are in walking distance though. Good location for visiting Pisa, Flornace and Lucca which are all must sees. finally thanks to the owners for being very welcoming and helpful. :)

Abbiamo passato una settimana di vacanza. L'appartamento è molto bello, pulito. Piatti,pentole,posate, forno, lavatrice, lavastoviglie,forno a microonde,macchina per il caffè, c'è tutto quello che occorre. Roberto è stato gentile e premuroso, oltre alle due biciclette per noi adulti ci ha procurato anche la bici per nostro figlio di 8 anni. Se capita l'occasione torniamo volentieri. Lo consigliamo.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung, die wir gerne genutzt haben um zum Strand zu fahren. Gepflegter Aussenbereich. Sehr netter Empfang. Getränke und Kekse standen bereit. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden nach 1 Woche gewechselt. Wir sind bereits um 12 Uhr angereist und konnten die Wohnung eher beziehen, das war sehr nett Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Siamo stati ospitati dal Sig. Roberto e sua moglie 2 persone squisite e disponibili. La casa è molto accogliente e pulita servita di tutto e anche di più. Se ci dovessero chiedere la consiglieremmo ad occhi chiusi.

Sehr sauber, es ist alles vorhanden was so braucht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen, zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Rotwein und Gebäck auf dem Tisch sowie Getränke im Kühlschrank. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung weiter empfehlen.

Appartement agréable pour un séjour en famille. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. Nous avons apprécié le calme du quartier, et les différents services proposés avec la location (draps, serviettes fournies, vélos…) Les plages de sables sont magnifiques et il y a de nombreuses visites à réaliser à proximité : Pise, Florence, Luccas. Séjour reposant. Merci aux propriétaires.

Scrivo con piacere queste righe, ricordando con piacere la sistemazione scelta per il nostro soggiorno a Torre del Lago. L'appartamento è splendido, appena ristrutturato come si vede anche dalle foto. Dotato di ogni comfort, WIFI libero, aria condizionata, lavastoviglie e lavatrice con le rispettive dotazioni di consumo, TV a schermo piatto con ottimo segnale, piatti, pentole, forno, microonde, piano cottura a più fuochi, detersivi e tutto quello che può essere utile avere non dubitate perchè lo troverete già pronto al posto giusto. Come detto appartamento fresco di ristrutturazione, per cui prese elettriche anche Schuko in ogni dove, muri puliti e infissi buoni. Un piccolo spazio esterno per lasciare fuori passeggino o altre cosette in area privata, tavolino e sedie, lavabo esterno, spazio per stendere vestiti e costumi. Per andare al mare meglio l'automobile vero, oppure una bici.. ma c'è la possibilità di affittarne non lontano dall'appartamento. Per finire come non menzionare il signor Roberto. il locatore. Serio, cortese e disponibile, si è prestato anche per aiutare nelle operazioni di scarico e carico dell'automobile. Abita a pochi metri dall'appartamento che affitta, per cui è in ogni momento raggiungibile di persona. Non mancano brochure di attrazioni in paese o nelle vicinanze, orari di bus e treni aggiornati e svariati consigli su come raggiungere al meglio le località o le città limitrofe. Concludo dicendo che sono assolutamente soddisfatto di quanto trovato e di come il signor Roberto ci ha trattati. Se torneremo nei prossimi anni, sicuramente sarà questo l'appartamento in cui vorremo rilassarci. In una parola, GRAZIE!
