About this cottage rental

Very equipped and quiet house, ideal friends and families with children, with capacity for up to 10 people.

Finca Bella-Vista is a rustic property of 4000 m. completely flat and fenced (very intimate and private), inside is a cozy house of 210 m., 360m terraces, swimming pool, double Balinese bed, outdoor kitchen, gardens and covered parking area.

It is distributed in:
-4 bedrooms (2 with double beds, another with 2 single beds and the room with two single beds and a 2-seater sofa bed). The master bedroom (large in size) has its own bathroom and a large dressing room.
- 2 full bathrooms (one with a bath and the other with a shower).
- The living room is designed as an open space, has an exceptional Carrara marble fireplace and a large dining room for up to 10 people, the kitchen is open to the living room with a breakfast area with Silestone countertop, is fully equipped ( oven, vitro, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, television, microwave, etc, dishes, cutlery, utensils, small appliances). In the living room we have several LED TV sofas with satellite (satellite TV connected to the Astra satellite, check according to your country of origin which channels broadcast this satellite open).

The house is fully heated with cold / heat in each of its rooms.

If your idea is to travel with children we have a beautiful garden area, swings, slide and some toys.

The garden area (practically the entire plot) has a well-kept lawn that borders the 9x5 pool. Towards this area there is a raised terrace with hammocks and wonderful views of the Alhaurin mountains and the pool and garden. In the pool area we have a large Balinese bed with capacity for four adults. In this area the outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and gas iron is located. To the south of the house and under the shade of a leafy mulberry we have the outdoor dining room for 10 people where you can enjoy meals outdoors to the relaxing sound of an old fountain. In the large garden there are large palm trees, centenary olive trees, jacarandas, grass meadows, planters, antiques and varied garden plants.
The pool has purification equipment and lights, the garden has automatic irrigation, these extremes do not require any maintenance in a normal occupation for 1 week which means great privacy for guests.

The whole plot has a wide exterior lighting that makes the nights outside with the weather of this part of Spain, fabulous for meals outside, bathrooms, etc. The house is stocked with bed linen and towels. As well as garden furniture (tables, chairs, hammocks, etc.)

The access to the house is completely paved, having only to deviate from the regional road 300 m. The farm is located on the outskirts of Alhaurin de la Torre (3 km) in a villa and farmhouse area on 5000 m plots. approx.
In Alhaurin de la torre we have excellent restaurants, supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona), pharmacies, bars, etc.

Also we are about 15 km from Malaga and its airport and about 20/30 minutes from the main beaches of the Costa del Sol (Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, etc). So you can be in the pool or on the beach but without the stress of the coast in summer. If you like golf about 3km away, there is the "Laurogolf" golf course.
If you want to know Andalucia the house is located in the center and you can visit monumental cities such as Ronda (1 hour), Granada (1.5 hour), Seville (2 hours), Cordoba (1.5 hours), etc.

The house is totally private and very quiet.

The house is ideal for stays throughout the year because sunny days are predominant and temperatures are very pleasant in this area because it is close to the sea and protected from the winds by the nearby mountains. You can enjoy meals, readings, outdoor conversations practically all year.

loved the privacy and quietness , access to outside pool area through a bedroom , a book about local area, where to put rubbish, recycling and watering plants that looked dry would of been helpful, overall loved the property and closeness to supermarkets and local beach

We stayed at Villa Andaluza in January 2024 and it was absolutely brilliant. The villa is perfect, it is well located near Malaga, but up in the hills overlooking the coast. THe local town (Alhaurin De La Torre) has all the amenities you need - shops, markets and local food/drink. The villa is peaceful, has a huge secluded garden and a amazing heated pool, surrounded by a lovely garden with amazing plants and old trees. The villa is very spacious, and comfortable - the kitchen and living areas are beautiful, the bedrooms are immaculate and bathrooms very clean and also spacious. Antonio the host was very welcoming, and although we only had to message him once about the wifi - which was resolved straight away - he was fantastic. Check in and check out was so easy. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this outstanding property in such a lovely area. Gracias Antonio.

The house is as described in the photos, or even better because when we arrived we discovered that the owner had installed heating in the pool and we were able to swim every day in December!! Fabulous!! He also gave us this service for free. We also found that they had set up a beach volleyball court and a basketball and soccer area, we really enjoyed playing games as a family. The house is totally private and very quiet, no noise, no cars, just birds and a rural atmosphere, which is what we were looking for to be relaxed with the family. We also visited Malaga, which is a very attractive city with monuments and a great atmosphere. The house is very large, deliciously decorated, fully equipped and everything working correctly. Finally, the owner is a very nice person, he speaks basic English but he is helpful and explained everything to us and then helped us whenever we requested it. We will return in summer.

We had a wonderful stay here with family. The villa is in a very quiet neighbourhood and has total privacy which we loved. The pool and facilities were excellent. The location is great for trips to the beaches, Malaga city, Ronda etc. Antonio was a superb host who always replied to messages promptly and very kindly allowed us an early check in and late check out. Thank you Antonio. We would love to return at some point in the future.

This is a lovely villa, perfect for a 3 family holiday. Pool is amazing, our grandsons absolutely loved it. Owner very easy to communicate with, always replied promptly to any queries. Would definitely recommend it.

The property was as described. It was spacious enough for all of us. My only complaint is it was too far from the town, we had to get taxis everywhere, even to the supermarket. The pool was lovely and my grandson really enjoyed it.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Recommend to anybody. Quite at night but close to amenities. Host was approachable and sorted any problems we had. Loved Antonio's villa. It is very large well equipped and quite grand!! Outside space is amazing!! Pool fantastic. Outside kitchen great! Quiet and peaceful surroundings with lovely views and totally private. 15 minutes to airport and Alhaurin de la torre is great for all kinds of shopping bars and restaurants. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben ruhig gelegen, trotzdem ist der Flughafen nur gut 15 und der nächste Supermarkt keine 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, besonders der Außenbereich inklusive Outdoorküche. Auch die in der Beschreibung erwähnte "Essecke" unter einen Maulbeerbaum ist sehr schön. Antonio spricht leider nur sehr wenig Englisch, aber mit Händen und Füßen hat es ohne Probleme geklappt 🙂

Great villa with character. Lots of room around swimming pool and summer kitchen to relax. 10 min to nearest city by car. 30 min to airport. Good connection to Malaga and we even had trip to Giblartar(well worth going). Good host took care of everything. Thank you Antonio.

Wir waren mit 7 Personen im Februar/März in dieser Finca und es hat uns super gefallen. Es ist genug Platz für 8-10 Personen vorhanden und aufgrund der Größe des Hauses hat jeder sein eigenes Domizil. Der Pool ist angenehm groß, aber nicht beheizt. Wir waren trotzdem drin😉 Der Vermieter Antonio ist sehr nett und pünktlich. Mit der Schlüssel-Uebergabe hat es perfekt funktioniert. Auch eine unhygienisch (vom Vormieter so zurück gelassene) Kaffeemaschine wurde sofort gegen eine neue getauscht. Da die Nacht doch Recht kühl ist, kann man mit der Klimaanlage heizen. Der Kamin war leider nicht benutzbar. Der Carport bietet Platz für 2 Autos. Am Haus kommen regelmäßig 2 Katzen vorbei, was für die Kinder ein Spass war. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung von Andalusien eine gute Ausgangslage. Einkaufen kann man in 3 km Entfernung (Auto ist aber erforderlich). Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und können diese Finca gern weiterempfehlen...

Excellent villa for a large family

The villa was spacious , very clean and beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped although a few more oven dishes would have been helpful especially as we were cooking for 8. The dining areas were perfect although we never ate outside because of the fruit tree dropping fruit, slightly messy but a enjoyable messy. The pool and gardens were amazing , hide and seek was brilliant. The bedrooms were perfectly sized especially the master suite. Overall would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

I spent 10 days on this house on september, together with 7 friends. It was the most pleasent experience we ever had in Spain! I advice tou to book this village if you intend to have some time away from routine and rest. The house seems renovated, with a lot of attention given to details, decoration and commodity. It’s really like shown in the pictures! (Or better)! An experience to repeat, specially taking into account Antonio’s availability and care. Thank you for everything.

This villa has everything you require for a perfect holiday. It is located in a very peaceful area with views of the mountains. Its very spacious and well equipped with indoor and outdoor kitchens. Bedrooms are large and comfortable as is the enormous open plan lounge. The gardens are well maintained and the pool area is large with plenty of sunbathing space. The local village with its cafes and supermarkets is only a mile and a half away and is well worth a visit. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful holiday you cant go wrong.
