Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: Vaulted ceilings and exposed beams open up the main living area on the second floor. Relax in this light-filled gathering space, where living, dining area and kitchen combine. A plush sofa and chairs in ocean hues invite you to cozy up after a day on the beach. Prep a meal in the well-stocked kitchen with great central island, stainless appliances and custom-tile backsplash, then enjoy dine together at the large farm table with enough seating for 10. Step out on the deck to enjoy the beach breeze and views.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: Three of the bedrooms occupy the first floor, including a lovely primary suite with a king bed covered in soft linens and a private bathroom. The second is a cozy bunk room with built-in beds to sleep four, also with its own bathroom. The third bedroom is also a king suite with designer details and bedding on the king. Its private door leads to the expansive back deck with lovely dune views. This room also features a private bath with a large walk-in shower and double vanity! On the second floor, a bedroom with a queen bed and a separate full bath serves another couple. The third floor bedroom offers another adorable set of built-in bunk beds for four.

Mama's Happy is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Mama's Happy the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

We had a fantastic time at Cinnamon Shore! House was clean, well decorated with beach decor. House is well stocked with appliances, utensils, etc. There is a high chair and pack n play. Baby gate is listed as available in the home, however we could not locate one. There are lots of stairs and we had 2 babies. The gate would have been nice. Overall the house suited our 3 families fine.

This is a beautiful home which is a 5 minute walk to beach and pools and a short walk to shop and restaurants. We could have used the 2nd living area with 6 kids as we’ve had in the past. Also the 2nd bunk room on 3rd floor shares the bathroom on 2nd floor with the persons staying in the bedroom on that floor (which we wished had been a king size). The mostly screened in deck was very nice with a view of sea grass and vegetation.

We took a group of college girls with us to Port A. This house was perfect for us to be with them, and give them some space. The kitchen island was perfect for group breakfasts and lunches. We appreciated the large Keurig and panini. Beautiful home. It also worked well to play games when the weather was cold. It was very clean, which we appreciated. The house was the perfect walking distance to everything in CS. We still rented golf carts for the girls for driving on the beach and into town (20 min via beach). However, CS needs a sign before the Main Street exits that there are no golf carts on Highway 361. The first afternoon, one group took a cart out and got a $300 ticket.

The layout and decor of the mamas happy house was great for two families. This is our second year staying at cinnamon shore, and I could tell there was a huge decline in service from the front desk. We had issues every single day with our chairs / umbrellas. One day, they were hours late to setup . The other three days they setup wrong amount of umbrellas, and we had to call and request them to fix the issue. The mamas happy house had a lot of bugs. A lot of roaches on the first and second floor. The third floor bunk beds were covered in ants inside the sheets. Our kids couldn’t sleep in there. I told the front desk and they didn’t apologize or even care

Cinnamon shores embodied a full vacation bliss. We split our vacation with two other families totaling 6.5 kids. Mamas Houseet our sleeping, cooking, entertainment, and lounging needs we could have ever asked for. Cinnamon shores has all you need right in the community snd onto the beach. We loved the s’mores night on beach, lawn games, fishing at the ponds, the circle lawn entertainment, and the golf cart drives. Makes for the best 2.5 hr drive to enjoy a southeast coastal experience BUT in TExAS!

My only complaint is that Cinnamon Shore does not recycle. This is very disappointing for a progressive place so close to the beach. I think your company could do better to protect the beautiful area around you. I would also suggest pickle ball, basketball or tennis courts to be added to the green space. The pools were lovely but super crowded and a little dirty.

My family and I were so pleased with our stay at Mommas Happy. The home was in a great location and plenty big for our family consisting of 14 people. We especially loved the screened in back porch ( which kept pesty bugs out). Their were minor hiccups but nothing that wasn’t taken care of by maintenance almost immediately. Would definitely stay there again....

Great Trip
The house was in great shape - we would definitely rent it again.
Only bad experience was lack of communication from the property manager. We tried to connect with them for a week leading up to the trip to get details on Covid and other things. We never could reach them - to the point that we almost didn’t make the drive down. When we arrived, they said it was because they had been busy. No return text, email, nor phone call - seemed unacceptable.
Once we arrived, the trip was great - and the staff that was there was friendly.

Amount of supplies for a party of 13 for 4 days was inadequate. Garbage bags were of very poor quality. Toilet paper and soaps (dishwasher) detergent was not enough. Tried to reserve surfing for the kids and it didn't work. Restaurant closed on Sundays during peak season doesn't make sense. Garbage bin (outside) was full when we arrived.

Mamas Happy Place RESCUED our Spring Break!
Our family had a fabulous time in Cinnamon Shores! This was our first visit to the community, but we will definitely be back. The house had MORE than enough space for the six of us to spread out, and the kitchen was well equipped to cook full meals~considering all the restaurants were closed due to Covid-19. The house was within walking distance to the beach & pool~we didn’t need to rent a golf cart. There were a few minor glitches-bunk bed lights in the loft did not work, there was kitchen cabinet door in need of repair, and the back doors upstairs were difficult to latch. In addition, MBR pillowcases were stained. There was also no extra trash bags. A little disappointed that we were told that everything would remain open in the resort-only to discover that was not the case (gym & dining establishments closed). All in all though, super satisfied with our stay. Happy we had an opportunity to do something over our Spring Break.

We have stayed at Mama's Happy before, which is the reason we came back. It fits our multi-generational family of 11 very well. The kitchen is well equipped. It is close to the beach, fishing and lots of fun. The big problem is the very poor connection to the internet and TV cable. One of our family had to do some work and had to go out to get a connection. The TV cuts out continually and often. The internet coverage is very weak and SLLOOOWWW! There is some maintenance that needs doing, but over all the house is in good condition. The ice maker did not work. The staff at Cinnamon Shore were excellent in coming to help, but could do nothing about the TV. They put a small refrigerator in the down stairs to help.

Mama's Happy is a perfect layout for 2 sets of parents, a grandma and 5 kids. The screened in porch was an unexpected bonus; we loved it! The kitchen was very well stocked and the house itself was immaculate. We sometimes have trouble with too few towels, but this place was well-stocked. We all agreed that we'd be back!
Two drawbacks: no internet, so if you are planning to do something important like work, I wouldn't plan on it. The office said that there was a general outage. We never had it in the 4 days we were there.

Great space and plenty of room. Everyone can be together and there's plenty of room for personal time. The complex is safe and had activities during our weekend stay (a concert, movie in the park, ect). Only issue is for the price, I would have expected a quick run through with a sweep up of all the dead roaches and our coffee maker didn't work, making mamas NOT happy.

We were a big family group, 6 kids 6 adults. The house was perfect in every way. Well equipped with everything we need. Very comfortable beds and a porch swing that was well appreciated and loved.
The resort was excellent, we loved all pools and all activities they offered.
The management and the staff, super nice, helpful and on top of the all the problems and situations. Very polite and helpful.
We are looking forward to come back next Summer.

Wonderful vacation, great resort, we’ll definitely come back.
The property was very nice, homey, provided everything we needed, great location, our grandkids loved the swing on the front porch.
That was a big plus.

Reviewer Comments:
When we checked in, we were told we could call a specific number even after hours if we had an issue. Since night 1 of the 5 night stay, we had fridge issues. It took 3 days for the freezer to actually freeze our frozen store bought items. Which were basically ruined. We also needed a fan for the 3rd floor bunk room, which was very hot. We did call the number on night 2 and had a maintenance guy come out....only to tell us someone would be by the next day to replace the fridge filter. He did however bring a portable fan. So day 3, we haven’t seen or heard of a maintenance guy, yet the freezer seems ok but it shouldn’t have taken 3 days to actually freeze our items. That afternoon a maintenance shows up and starts to replace the filter in the fridge. He states he needs some more help because it wasn’t working. Then another guy shows up with this guy and they both try to fix the fridge yet left it worse than it was. So when they left, we had no water or ice and the fridge was basically messed up. Luckily it kept our food cool. But that was ridiculous. On night 5, as in the night before we left.....we had a power outage, which we could have gone down to the garage and flipped the breaker ourselves, but it was locked and we didn’t have a key. So we lost some power to the 2nd floor. My dad was staying with us and is on oxygen so when we’re frantic on getting the power turned back on but according to the operator, it wasn’t that big of an emergency and it would be taken care of in the morning. She said she had no way to get ahold of someone to come fix it. SO ALL IN ALL, myself, my mom and my dad split this rental for 5 nights. It was a lot of money for most people and we had plenty of issues in which a nice community such as cinnamon shore should have ways to fix these issues in order to make sure their customers return and are satisfied. We were very furious with the issues that happened and feel like we were gypped in a way.

Overall, it was very good.
