Good value for family and spotless clean modern lodging

Spacious, modern and impeccably clean apartment with very friendly hosts. Short walk to the beach and mini-golf that my daughter liked.

Besides a couple of private spots, parking was on the streets. It wasn’t much of an issue but I had to look around a bit sometimes to find a spot. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, but for some reason, the pillows were not—-too hard. Again not a big deal.

Modern apartment with all equipment

Apartment was clean, rooms are spacious and separate bathrooms are a big plus. From the terrace you can see the ocean. We also rented the garage so we did not have any problems with car parking. For morning coffee you can go to Piccolo Cafe and La Lanterna was a good fish restaurant.

There was a bit too little kitchen hardware for five persons. And no necessities like olive oil, sugar and salt.

Excellent stay close to the seafront!

Lovely apartment and excellent service. This was our second year and we will definitely be back!

Would love to have daily cleaning of the apartment and an iron board!

The apartment was very clean and spacious! It was easy to get to the beach, which was great!

The apartment had zero basics. No hand soap, dish soap, or salt and pepper. We had to purchase everything ourselves for a few days.

Really very good, the lift to all floors was helpful and all areas were clean and tidy.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach with good restaurants and good supermarket nearby. Apartment was very clean and spacious with great balcony and excellent air conditioning. We paid a small daily fee for parking, which was very convenient.

It's worth it

Location ist brillant. Marco is a very friendly Host. It is very Clean and spacious. It's a really nice Apartment.

Unfortunately it's very noisy if the Windows are Open. If they are closed everything is fine. There is No soap, Salt, pepper or anything in the Apartment. So U have to buy everything u need even Just for short stay. The pillows are Not comfortable. After all the bed is it

Superb

Very nice and modern equipped apartment in the middle of the city IT - Follonica. The appartment is big and has also two very large balconies, one to the eastside and one to the westside. Short and nice walk to the city center and to the beach.

During the summer time, it could be a bit noise on the balconies, due to the nearby street towards the city center.

Exceptional

Very well equipped and clean apartment with comfortable beds, modern kithchen and bathroom. The Agency where the keys are available is very close to the building. Staff at the Agency is very kind and helpful. Higly recommended.
