Located just steps away from historic downtown Livingston, this newly updated 1 BR, 1 Bath apartment makes foot exploration easy! Just steps away from Livingston's various local restaurants, shopping and night life. If you feel like taking an evening stroll along the river, the Yellowstone is within walking distance and offers ample views along the way. Actual address provided upon rental.

This cozy, upstairs apartment offers a fully stocked kitchen, newly updated bathroom with a tub and a comfortable queen sized bed to lay your head after a long day on the road. Renter is responsible for snow removal from stairs in the winter months. Shovel provided.

The home is centrally located between Yellowstone National Park, Big Sky and Bridger Bowl ski resorts. If you're info fly fishing, you have come to no better place!

There is a 3 night minimum on all reservations. Weekly and monthly rates available upon request! Just use the ask the owner button below.

We love this place so much we returned again this year! Ann is wonderful. A quiet, lovely, clean and cozy place with everything you need. Kitchen has the utensils you need. Loved having a washer & dryer. Easy walk to downtown, the park and the farmers market. Quick access to Yellowstone and Bozeman. Look forward to staying here again in the future. It becomes our home away from home. Wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

This was my third time at this property over the last 2 years. It has been consistently clean, comfortable and quiet. Host communications are also great. The location is also good as you can walk to many downtown restaurants etc. I highly recommend it.

After three weeks on the road, our stay at the Cozy Gem was a welcome rest stop. Comfy bed and furnishings, a well stocked kitchen, and laundry room fulfilled our practical needs. The decor and special touches however, created a cozy environment that made us feel pampered. The location was perfect for sampling some of Livingston’s restaurants, bars, and shops. Don’t miss the Mint for great burgers and a beer and the Pickle Barrel for sandwiches to go!! Highly recommend the Cozy Gem.

This cute cozy second story apartment was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in Bozeman and access to Yellowstone. A quick walk to downtown Livingston for great food Nice safe neighborhood. Host Amy is very nice.

Perfectly situated upstairs apartment. Being here over the holidays I really appreciated the few tasteful holiday decorations. Well furnished with a super comfortable bed. Very close to everything downtown. I’ll certainly be back!

This was my second stay in 3 months. As with the first time, everything was great: cleanliness, location, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed/furniture, soft bath towels, etc. I will stay here again if the need arises in the future and would highly recommend it to others.

Couple of Ozzies stayed in the unit for 6 days. Could not fault it. Comfy bed [ a must], super clean [ ditto] and one thing that did impress was that there were “things” in the cupboards to “get on with life” !!! Not bare by any means. Location? In the older part of town but you need wheels anyway and QUIET!! You need sleep. Best Thai restaurant a few blocks away… as is the river. Recommend!

Really nice apartment and had everything we needed. The apartment was nicely decorated and very comfortable. I was concerned about parking that wasn’t at the apartment but it only was two houses down and not an issue at all. Would highly recommend staying here to family members and friends.

Very clean and neat. It was very hot the week that we stayed and the AC was not sufficient, so we purchased a little box fan and that helped. We loved being within walking distance of a great little downtown area. Easy to get to Yellowstone and other cool places around the area. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

A very lovely place. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping. Close to Yellowstone and Paradise Valley - hiking, swimming at Chico, and close to Bozeman. A kitchen fully outfitted to cook. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Laundry facilities. And a writing desk. Great communication with owner. Good side street parking. Will be back.

I stayed at this property and had a little bit of a hard time finding it BUT this home could not be any more perfect. The space is a LOT bigger than it looks online and had everything I needed to make food/do laundry during my stay. The hosts were extremely accommodating. I couldn’t recommend this enough for anyone coming out of town! I look forward to staying here again!

This cozy apartment has everything you need. It was a few blocks from the main street and short drive to many beautiful hikes and wonderful out of the way restaurants. We originally booked it because it was a short drive to Yellowstone, but the north entrance was closed due to flooding and rather than cancel our trip, we decided to explore Livingston and the surrounding areas - don't miss the Paradise Valley area! We would book this gem again in a heartbeat!

Perfect location for our 7 day stay. Great location, very convenient to downtown which has many great dining locations. Beautiful drive to Yellowstone National Park where we spent several days. The apartment is perfect for 2. Full kitchen if you want to stay in a few nights. The apartment is on the second floor and located on an alley but has access to 2nd street at the front. It is very private and quiet. Had no trouble with finding street parking the entire stay. Will definitely stay again when visiting the area again.

The apartment is nicely decorated and spacious for 2. The online description is accurate. The online pics are good, but in person feels even larger! This is the 2nd floor of a structure secondary to the residence, sits on an alley and all parking is on-street. We would stay here again.

This property was perfect for a 4-day trip. We were able to supply our own groceries since there was a fully stocked kitchen. The living and dining space allowed me to work without having to sit in bed. The alley entrance was a little tricky at night since we were in town for a wedding and not getting back until later. Only issue was phones and computers taking quite a while to charge. The outlets didn't seem to push much power. The bathroom was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable.
