Optional pool heating may be added at an additional fee of $50 per day. Please note heating is turned on day of arrival-pool heating will be set at 88 degrees. Colder outdoor temperatures can affect how quickly pool heats up. *No refunds given for cold weather affecting pool heating temperatures.
All arrivals later than 10pm will be subject to a $150.00 late night check in fee due upon arrival as per rental agreement.
All arrivals on 12/24-12/25-12/31-1/1 will be subject to a $150.00 holiday check in convenience fee due upon arrival.
Should a group misrepresent themselves and arrive in numbers beyond the villa's capacity or be under the minimum age requirement of 25 years of age, they may be required to pay for excess guests immediately or (in case of what the villa would label gross misconduct or misrepresentation) be denied the right to stay in the villa altogether without refund.
