Fairview House

Gorgeous house, clean and comfortable and just behind Portstewart Promenade with a lovely view out front. Had everything we needed for our stay and was great value at a very reasonable rate. Would absolutely recommend it and hope to be back soon.

Neil lovely accommodating host. Very quick to reply to any queries.

Great quiet location and parking. 4 double bed rooms. 2 lounges. Good front garden.

Shower very weak, needs replaced, especially since we were body boarding so good strong shower is essential. Stains on duvet and a few pillows.

We had a great family time with wonderful natural beauty in Portstewart and the surrounding area

Location was great and it felt very homely with beautiful sunsets in view of the house.

We had 6 people staying and another bathroom or even toilet would have made a difference

Fairview lives up to it's name

Gorgeous house with great character Close to the promenade Amazing views Lots of room inside to relax Parking on site and the street in front of the house Great kitchen diner area Comfy reception room Good mix of modern touches and traditional decor

One bathroom at full occupancy (can sleep 7 guests) would have been difficult We were a group of 4 so we were ok but something to consider

Lovely clean house in a great location with very helpful host.

Lovely clean house in a great location. Host very helpful and responded quickly to messages both before and during our stay. Free parking in the driveway of the house a nice bonus. Picnic table in the front garden lovely for watching the sunset over the sea in the evening.

I can't think of anything I didn't like except it would maybe be an issue that there's only one toilet if a larger group was staying (in my case it was just the 4 of us so not an issue).

Good location , house is in good order was warm and good communication with host

Sleeps 7 , small double beds a bit disappointing and 1 toilet on the first floor would impact the decision to return . Other small niggles , drying cloths ? Require More than 3 rubbish bags , lack of welcome pack ,

Loved it!

The property was full of character, cosy and comfortable. We loved it. The promenade was a short walk with everything close to hand. The host was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.
