Excellent hotel.

5 min walk to metro/railway station. Staff is very good. Hotel is clean and well maintained. One of the best places I stayed in India. Price is good.

Good rooms but location unsuitable for long drivers

Clean and comfortable room with good room service.

The hotel is situated in a narrow lane. Not suitable if the guest is coming on a big car/SUV. Very difficult to maneuver in that small path, although the room boys proactively guide with the parking.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Amazing value for money.

The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Everything was very clean. Especially the staff were going far and beyond to make you feel comfortable and make sure you stay is safe and pleasant.

The entrance is on a little backstreet which can be a bit shady at night. However there are several hotels lined up there, so generally busy.

Boa localização, mas não está na avenida principal, está na rua de trás. Junto à Railway central station, a 10 minutos a pé. Entrada para o metro a 50m do hotel, só passar a estrada. Metro a 15 minutos do aeroporto. Quarto espaçoso e limpo, com AC e ventoinha. Cama e almofadas confortáveis, lençóis e toalhas limpos. WC espaçoso e limpo.

Não havia cafeteira/fervedor de água no quarto. Preço demasiado alto.

Cleans rooms, hygienic washrooms. Amazing staff. Harish, Balu and Punitha along with their assistants were there while booking and welcoming. Any problem they will be there to attend and help.

Excellent Hotel with descent Staff

Very good hotel with polite staff, clean washroom, good AC, lift. Must try as a near by hotel to Chennai Central railway station.

Entry thru a small lane, but in front of hotel, parking space is enough for a 4 wheeler.

Best for solo women travellers

I was a solo woman traveller and felt very safe. Even when I ordered food from outside the staff helped me with plate and cutlery without even me having to ask for it. The room was very clean and they even let me keep the bags in the reception after I checked out. Because I had a lot of baggage, the staff helped me get an auto for a fixed rate and helped load all the bags into the auto as well.

A truly wonderful stay in Chennai

This is a truly wonderful hotel offering phenomenal customer service for such a low price. The hotel is conveniently located next to Central station. There are many restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean with extremely comfortable beds, hot water, good AC. The most special thing in this hotel is the wonderful staff, who go out of their way to welcome you and provide everything you need. It is remarkable that this hotel is so cheap when the service is so excellent.

If I could give this hotel 11 out of 10, I would!

As a business visitor, you can confidently choose this one without much thought.

It's a walkable distance from Central Station or Metro if you have light luggage. Rooms are clean, as are the bedsheets and pillows. Staff too is very helpful and polite. A definite value for money stay.

While they do have a recliner sofa seat, I wanted a chair so I could sit and work with my laptop. Sadly, they didn't have one at such a short notice. The surroundings aren't that great at all.

The staff was very attentive to customer satisfaction: they allowed me to change in one of their restrooms after my checkout and found me a tuktuk to go to the train station. The room is big and the bed comfy. It is clean even though there were some stains on the wall.

The room has no view. The window gives on a wall. But still great value for price

Lodge is clean.staff all very helpful. They arranged taxi .driver is very friendly. We planned for 5 temples but visited 8 temples.plus 1 memorial. He took us to best hotels in chennai.thanks thanigai (driver)
