It was quiet, close to the beach. Plenty of space. Large garden for our dogs. Spacious house with lots of room.
Holes in fences meant dogs could escape. Back lawn wasn't mown. We could smell the septic when sitting outside. The exhaust fan covers in kitchen and bathroom were filthy. The sliding door and windows tracts were dirty. Paint work around the doors was dirty. Cobwebs on walls and ceilings, outside sensor lights in back did not work, lot of dead leaves and plant debris on paths and near doors, top of headboard in master bedroom extremely dusty, pillow were old and stained. Ensuite shower wasn't working, repairs to walls unpainted. Generally felt the house needed a fresh coat of paint and thoughrough clean, and fences need repairing.

We were coming from the South so it was easy to collect on the way through.

A lovely house in a very quiet, bushy location a few minutes walk to the beach.
Lovely front garden to sit in/eat meals in.
Comfy lounge chairs.
Clothesline under cover.
Private, quiet.
Well equipped kitchen.
Could use a drier when staying at the beach.
Some maintenance issues - shower tap in en-suite fell off in pieces, main bathroom curtains are mouldy, dish drainer needs replacing.

Beautiful property. Loved the short walk on the track from the house to the beach.
The little dogs love everything about the house aswell.
Highly recommend this place.❤

Ability to take our dogs for a holiday with us and show them at Bermagui. The house was comfortable and had most things that we required
close to walking beach, shops, attractions and still private and quiet.

Beautiful bird sounds and trees. Comfy bed
Bit of mildew smell in smaller bedroom

Good location, dog friendly.

Great location! Home was clean and kitchen well appointed.
No fire starters for fire and timber was green and extremely hard to start. Air conditioning would’ve been great as I suffer from asthma and smoke is a trigger.

The property was a big disappointment. The photos on line are not a true reflection of the size or condition of the property.
It is a very tired house, in serious need of upgrades. Grubby carpets, the entire house needs painting, window coverings old. No use of the garage with owners belongings in them. Etc etc
For the top dollars charged, it should be a sparkling holiday let, which it is not.

Huge house, very clean, lots of space, two bathrooms, huge parking space incl. covered parking. Fenced off backyard (although a bit small: a bigger dog would easily jump it). Outdoor entertainment areas, incl. benches in cute frontyard. Super close to the beach (2 minutes walking across the bush, including wallabies and snakes :)). Beach was great, no lifeguards and sometimes quite windy with big waves, but mostly kids friendly, with interesting caves and rocks. We loved our stay there! Not such a long drive from Canberra (3h, easy roads), beautiful house and beach, Narooma is around the corner for all our shopping and other needs. Note that you need to pick the key on your way to the house at Narooma (not at Mystery Bay), that's not something we had planned for and we only received these instructions a few hours before arrival.
Everything was great, thanks. It would be better if there was some sort of bathroom mat: we only realised that there was no mat when going out of the shower, so dribbling water all around the house in order to fix that. Another thing that would be great is that we receive the key collection details way before: we learned that we had to collect them at Narooma only a few hours before arrival, meaning that if we had come from the South it would have added an hour to our trip (we were lucky to actually go through Narooma on our way to your house). But other than that, everything was really great and exceeded our expectations!

Interior very clean and in good condition. WiFi was great in such a remote location. Setting under the beautiful tall trees was lovely.
Needed a lot of external tidying up. Many cobwebs and spiders under the eaves and covered areas and around the windows. A lot of the windows were very hard to open to let in some air.
